Conscientious objection in the F.F.M.M. of Colombia

This book carries out a study of the constitutional jurisprudential development of the right to conscientious objection in the duty to perform compulsory military service. This research has a historical cut between 1992 and 2017, to answer the question: What is the evolutionary jurisprudential development by the Constitutional Court regarding conscientious objection in the case of the Colombian Armed Forces?
