Über Contention City to Stalingrad
Borders and frontiers seem interchangeable but in fact they are separate entities.
In Contention City To Stalingrad the author explores both physical borders in some less visited parts of the world from South Lebanon to the North West Frontier of Pakistan and frontiers at home both cultural and economic. The book takes the reader from the Canal Zone in Panama to Britain's oldest Rugby League stadium, from hunting with fell hounds high in the Lake District to some of the last truly amateur sports: Bull Running in Pamplona and Bore Surfing on the Severn.
