Coping with Gender Inequities

Women faculty, their experiences, their assessments of the commitment that is made, and the standards that are in place, can determine if there is a sincere attempt to provide wholesome and nurturing working conditions in universities. We want to learn how women faculty perceives their personal and professional lives on and off campus.
