Criminal liability for smuggling

Smuggling of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, their precursors or analogues, as well as plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, or their parts containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, is one of the most serious threats to the security and stability of Russian society. In fact, we are dealing with drug aggression, into which more and more groups of people are being drawn. This not only increases the criminalization of society and creates a threat to public health, but also undermines moral and moral foundations.
