Dark Horse An Anthology of Horror

Set in the 1970s, a young rebellious woman named Lyla hitches her way home back to college in California. She's picked up numerous times with no incident until she meets what she first thinks is a harmless looking man. But as the miles go on and the roads get more isolated, she becomes more and more suspicious of her driver who introduces himself as "Bob Crane"...Knowing that isn't his real name, she becomes especially concerned when she hears warnings of a highway serial killer on a radio broadcast. A verbal game of cat and mouse then begins as the young woman finds herself figuring out how to escape the clutches of a man she believes will kill her...But is he the real killer? Or is there someone else on the road with them with evil intent?
