Demosthenes, orator Atheniensis, in orationibus suis contra Philippum vehementer loquitur et populum Atheniensem ad resistendum incitat. Orationes sunt consideratae inter exempla eloquentiae et rhetoricis Graecis et adhuc leguntur ut exemplum eloquentiae et virtutis civicae.
