Devastator

Los Angeles: 2019 - A city in the grip of terror as rival gangs fight
over the lucrative e-drug trade. Kung Fu instructor John Blake becomes
an unwitting pawn of the city's most ruthless crime boss. His mind is
taken over by a new type of e-drug called DEVASTATOR. It's designed to
turn him into an assassin. There's only one problem: Devastator's
defective and John Blake is nobody's patsy. It's one man against an army
and they're in for the fight of their lives.
