Dr Livingstone's Cambridge Lectures

First published in 1858, this book contains two lectures given by the missionary and explorer, David Livingstone, after he returned from his extraordinary travels to Africa. It includes a biography of Livingstone up to this mid-point in his career, and a substantial appendix containing his scientific and anthropological observations.
