Environmental safety of life activities

The development of the technosphere is in search of a way out of the historically established maze of wandering technological society in search of security of its life activity from the evolution of the concept of ecocentricity to the transition to the management of NBICSW convergences in technological improvement and the need for digital passportization of waste production and consumption for economic development of socially oriented society. The burden of life in the XXI century has put on the agenda a dilemma - to change the attitude of the ruling elite to ensure technosphere safety and build a democratic society.
