FACTORS AFFECTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE "TODOS ABC" PROGRAM

The following research is focused on recognising the importance of education in the development of society and the policies proposed by each state to achieve a broader global objective, identifying the elements that intervene in the performance of an educational programme and investigating those that generate student desertion in order to establish mechanisms to combat this problem and improve the quality of life of people.
