Border women are the ones who are most vulnerable to violence and murder because they are not what society expects of them. They are women who go in search of their own destiny, who go out to look for work, who often find it, and although they face the most terrible forms of exploitation, they are the ones who have a fixed salary, who are the breadwinners, who transgress roles, even if this transgression is fundamental for survival.
