Fundamental aspects for the adoption of the chronoanalysis

Through the tools of productive analysis, from Frederick Taylor's studies to the improved methods of the present day, one can observe their fundamental importance for contemporary companies. However, some implementations present certain limitations and/or difficulties. Thus, the steps for the adoption of the chronoanalysis are perceived, from the moment of the group formation, evaluating the current state of the process, visualizing the condition for its development and establishing methods for the generation of continuous improvement.
