Gaii Institutionum Iuris Civilis Commentarit Quattuor est liber qui a Gaius, iurisconsultus Romanus, scriptus est. Hic liber est commentarius in Institutiones Iustiniani, quae sunt unum ex principalius textibus iuris civilis Romani. Commentarii Gaii sunt quattuor libri, quorum primus tres partes habet, quae de personis, rebus et actionibus agunt. Quartus liber est de iudiciis. In libro, Gaius definitiones iuris civilis explicat et exempla addit, ut leges et iura Romana intellegantur. Hic liber primum in saeculo secundo post Christum scriptus est, sed in saeculo decimo octavo inventus est.
