Gandy the basset hound and Parker the Penguin are best friends. However, their friendship is in danger when they learn that Parker's home is to be replaced with a sea lion show! Together they hatch a plan to run away and hide at Gandy's house, only to discover that it might not be the best hideout for a penguin after all...
