Gender Ideology and Criminal Law

There is currently an ideological hegemony throughout the Western world: the hegemony of the "gender perspective", which has been influencing the social sciences for some years now. Legal science does not escape its field of influence. However, the Marxist origin of this perspective translates into an incompatibility in its application due to the political-ideological characteristics of the concept of "Gender" and the objective-scientific basis on which Criminal Law must be based.
