Globalisation and the Western Legal Tradition

This title seeks to explore what globalisation can teach us about Western legal tradition by looking at seminal events. Addressing the role of law, morality and politics, it looks at the creation of orders which offer the possibility of global harmony and considers the unification of international commerce.
