The book is about assessing and evaluating organisation capability from an internal and external perspective, using two new strategic tools, to determine whether the organisation has the necessary requirements to achieve organisation goals and also to identify shortcomings or strengths in the organisation work environment to deal with internal and external factors impacting or potentially will impact on the organisation. The book formulates strategy decision making and direction action necessary for an organisation, based upon assessment and evaluation, to raise its capability, be successful, compete and survive. The book sets out organisation guidance for the assessment and evaluation application process through to strategy decision making and strategic direction to follow. Firstly, through identification of factors that can bring about change and improved performance in an organisation. Secondly, by measuring the organisation¿s capability against those respective factors of the two dimensional strategic directional tool components. Then thirdly, based upon the information gained, sets out a dimensional strategic directional focus for the organisation to improve performance.
