Guided by Magic

Karakesh is a beautiful kingdom filled with magic and danger. There are the Grassmen who steal horses and leave your eyes burning with sneezie powder. The helpful travelers are kind and always on the move. There are the dwarves, guaranteed to put you to work in their dark mines. Rami, Sada, and Miela are sisters destined to flee from their small mining community and their dangerous father, whose plans for their future will leave them all working in someone else's home, married to a cruel man, or even dead. Each must travel her own path. Each must find the magic that will lead her to an unknown future that can only be better than the past she is leaving behind.
