Parents play a crucial role in shaping a child's personality and future achievements. Their mental, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual development significantly impacts their offspring. Research has shown that children of educated parents are more likely to assume leadership roles in society, while those who foster autonomy are more productive members of society. Spirituality has been shown to have positive effects on stress management and quality of life, with a strong spiritual base helping individuals withstand negative consequences of stress. Spirituality has been linked to contentment, resilience, and a healthy state of mind.However, research on how parents' spiritual health is transmitted to their children is still in its infancy. Studies have shown that children of spiritually intelligent parents tend to have better psychological health, and young people raised in stable, loving environments are better equipped to handle adulthood rigors.

The introduction of the first computer in India in 1957 caused concern among the people, who were concerned about job loss. The United States produced the world's first electronic digital computer, the UNIV AC-I, in 1951 using vacuum tubes. Eventually, vacuum tubes were replaced by integrated circuits, which are small electronic chips with high processing capabilities. In 1980, the first PC was made available for purchase in India, and it quickly spread across the workplace and families. The rapid processing of information and easy exchange of information have significantly impacted the development of the Information Age.People now have the ability to share their information, resources, and processing load independently. The Internet, a massive network of computers worldwide, was the next significant advancement, transforming the way businesses operate. Access to the internet in India began in 1992, coinciding with India's decision to open its economy to the outside world through the globalisation movement.

Education is a fundamental aspect of personal and societal development, and it has evolved over the centuries. It is the process of transferring values, knowledge, and skills from one generation to the next through various institutions. Traditional educational models view learning as a sequential and enjoyable activity, with John Dewey stating that education is the reconstruction or refocusing of experience that increases one's wisdom, skill, and power. Education is a lifelong process that does not end with formal schooling but also includes social agencies such as home, religion, newspapers, radio, library, movies, and television.The best education is one that prepares a young person to thrive in a dynamic and unpredictable environment. The goals of education have shifted from one culture or age to the next, but they have always focused on developing students' minds and bodies. The effects of modernization on the educational system are summed up in the phrase "modernisation." The rapid expansion of human understanding has led to a need for modern education systems to keep up with the rapid expansion of human understanding.Educators should prioritize fostering students' natural inclinations to learn and explore, as well as their ability to think critically and make sound judgments. To achieve national goals, education must be a "powerful instrument of social, economic, and cultural transformation." The population explosion, especially in emerging nations, is attempting to alter the established order of things, much like the information explosion in the industrialized world.In underdeveloped nations, the problem of illiteracy must take priority. More educators are needed to eradicate this issue, but it won't be enough. Modern technology can help resolve many of these issues, not only increasing access to education but also enhancing the quality of education. The concepts of psychology have an impact on the design of educational methods, and technological advancements have had a profound impact on the educational system and its goals.Despite the excitement and confusion surrounding the current state of schooling, it is essential to recognize the importance of education in shaping a person's character and fostering their full potential.

India's economy is rapidly expanding due to capitalist expansion. The government has installed strong regulators to improve public order and enforce market-friendly norms in the telecom industry. The TRAI's inception has helped the telecom industry grow faster by enforcing market-friendly norms. Governments believed that a liberal state could still be strong and successful, with strong governance pushing the market and stimulating progress. However, the complexity of telecom charges, user confusion, and service provider plans has made it difficult for the average user to understand the telecom business, its laws, and competition. Understanding 2G, 3G, and 4G today is challenging due to the extensive literature on the sector.

The Internet of Things (IoT) enables autonomous, predictive, and real-time sensing and monitoring of things without human intervention. As connected devices have proliferated, so has the need to transmit and receive data, consolidate and evaluate it, and respond to events. IoT solutions connect machines, sensors, and control systems to speed up contemporary industrial manufacturing. Its Predictive Maintenance, Statistical Evaluation, and Measuring may increase system reliability.IoT links and organizes a wide network of devices and intelligent entities, enabling real-time communication between physical things through any Internet-connected network or service. Smart objects identify, communicate, and make choices, accessing data from other items. The Internet is still strong because it links individuals to actual objects and enables them to communicate in real time.The evolution of IoT began with landline phones, radios, and TVs, which were one-way experiences. The 1980s saw the development of Atari and Commodore home computers and IBM PCs, which improved the efficiency of machines in connecting to the outside world. However, slow dial-up rates and infrastructure made connecting a new concept.A smart object network may employ embedded sensors and actuators to observe, feel, record, share, and react to various types of data. The concept of IoT has evolved since 2009, with the goal of reducing waste, loss, and costs by allowing computers to know everything there is to know about things.

This chapter reviews the literature on the subject of Ethics in Corporate. Presenting the views by different authors at different times, an outline of the word ETHICS is given.Ethics when used as a singular verb, means the study of general nature of morals and specific moral choices; moral philosophy. The word when used in terms of a plural verb stands for the rules or a standard governing the conduct of a person or the members of the profession. The present study is the later.

Importance of Foreign InvestmentInvesting in a country by individuals andorganizations from other countries is known asinternational investment. Economicdevelopment depends on it. Economic development takes place when the economic welfare of the people of a country increases over a long period.' Economic development is to a great extent depends on the rate of investment or capital formation2 which are necessary for fast development. Capital formation refers to an increase in the stock of real capital like machines, plants, tools, equipment, buildings and inventories of raw materials. It leads to an increase in the supply of real capital thereby enhancing productive capacity of an economy. As a result, the I economy of a country would be in a position to make a larger utilisation of natural and manpower resources to achieve higher rate of growth in real national income. Thus, countries having higher rates of capital formation are found to have much stronger base for accelerated development as compared to countries with lower rate of capital formation.

The last decade of the twentieth century had one verysignificant development to offer, that was the massacceptance of, not so recent in origin, medium ofinformation and communications technology,particularly, the Internet.'The Net', 'The Web' etc are some of the phrases thatcaught the imagination of the masses, industry people& academics, alike. Whatever be the name used to referto it, the fact remains that today we have come to asituation when URLs and E-Mail addresses are almostan integral part of any resume, visit card and corporatebrochure, a far cry from the pre-1992 when Internetwas confined to a small group of people andinstitutions.

More than 58 percent of the Indian population isemployed in the agricultural sector. In India, agricultureaccounts for 15 percent to 20 percent of the gross domesticproduct. Globalization, liberalization and privatization are the three most spoken words in today's world. These initiatives paved way for all-round reforms, especially in developing economies, like India. The growth of the telecom sector in India during post-liberalization has been phenomenal. This research aims to throw light on the factors that contributed to growth in the segment and presents an insight on the present status of the industry.

Currently, the student community is crucial to theeconomy's future. In order for society to thrive and grow,students play an important role. The purpose of HigherEducation is to educate and mold students to becomeresponsible citizens. It is important for Noordin and Jusoff(2009) that the teaching faculty play a vital role in thesuccessful conduct of the education system. Recent years have seen an increasing importance given tothe development of women. To make development moremeaningful, inclusive growth is needed that encourageswomen's participation in various spheres of life.In many parts of the world, women's status is significantlydespondent. Further, the millennium development goals havebeen hindered by extensive gender inequality.Several Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), includingeliminating poverty, reducing infant mortality, achievinguniversal education, and eliminating the gender gap ineducation by 2015, have been argued as prerequisites toachieving gender equality, according to Kofi Annan, UNSecretary General (United Nations, 2005). The World Bank(2001) recommends policy changes to address genderinequality in "rights, resources, and voice" in its report,"Engendering Development.

Spirituality in general and in the workplace in particular has received heightened attentionnot only in the popular press but also in the business and management literature and inresearch (Fry, 2003; Gotsis & Kortezi, 2008; Kolodinsky, Giacalone, & Jurkiewicz, 2008;Konz & Ryan, 1999; McLaughlin, 1998; Pawar, 2009a). The phenomenon of connectingspirituality to work has now become a part of the popular culture. Evidences of workplacespirituality have become a significant movement and can be easily found (Conlin, 1999;McKee, 2003). Garcia-Zamor (2003) stated that over 300 books on workplace spiritualitywere in bookstores in 1999 which in 2001 captured a niche market of $2.2 billion (Lewis,2001). Some examples of such books are: A Spiritual Audit of Corporate America(Mitroff & Denton, 1999a), Liberating the Corporate Soul (Barrett, 1998), Spirit at Work(Conger, 1994), The Soul of Business: Managing for Profit and the Common Good(Chappell, 1993), Leading with Soul (Bolman & Deal, 1995), and The Heart Aroused:Poetry and Preservation of the Soul in Corporate America (Whyte, 1994). Aburdene(2007) in her latest book, Megatrend 2010, stated that the presence of spirituality inbusiness has become so pervasive that it is the greatest megatrend of this decade. Further,
