Investigate the analytical solution of steady and unsteady fluid between parallel plates in the presence of inclined magnetic field. The flow is assumed to be laminar, incompressible and viscous. The Navier-Stokes is assumed for the viscous flow and magnetic effects are considered. An analytical solution has been obtained using the similarity transformation method, the solution deals with increasing fluid flow with inclined magnetic field force which helps to the fluid velocity obtained in terms of Hartmann number. Magneto hydrodynamic channel flow uses of industries in Engineering and Technology, including MHD power generators, petroleum industry, polymer technology. Analyzed computationally with the governing partial differential equations relating to the momentum and energy equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations using similarity transformations which deals fluid's pressure distribution and axial and transverse velocities. The flow and heat transfer characteristics for various values of the governing factors, such as the heat source parameter, Hartmann number and Prandtl number are investigated in the presence of a heat source and magnetic field.

The study focused on impact of principals¿ motivational strategies on teacher¿s job performance in public Senior Secondary Schools in Abuja Municipal Area Council. The study was guided by three research questions and three hypotheses. Descriptive Survey research design was used for the study. Total population of the study consisted of 1888 (23 principals and 1865 teachers) obtained from all the 23 public senior secondary schools in Abuja Municipal Area Council. The findings of the study revealed that teachers¿ recognition by principals; teachers¿ welfare as well as principals¿ effective communication had significant impact on teacher¿s job performance in public Secondary Schools in Abuja Municipal Area Council. Based on the result of the findings, it was recommended among others that FCT Secondary Education Board should organize seminars, symposia, workshops and conferences for the principals to enable them acquire the various basic skills and knowledge required for the application of basic motivational strategies for the improvement of teacher job performance in Nigerian secondary schools.

In this study, Altman Z-Score, which is one of the first studies of traditional methods in predicting financial failure and is still frequently used in failure and bankruptcy prediction today, and traditional and modern methods such as artificial neural networks, random forest method, support vector machines, decision trees from machine learning methods are compared and explained. This study is derived from the PhD thesis written by ¿afak Sönmez Soydä (Advisor: Assoc. Dr. Handan ÇAM) in 2021 and accepted by Gümü¿hane University Graduate Education Institute.

Self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) of Nitrendipine was aimed at overcoming the problems of poor solubility and bioavailability. The formulation strategy included selection of oil phase based on saturated solubility studies and surfactant and co-surfactant screening on the basis of their emulsification ability. Ternary phase diagrams were constructed to identify the self-emulsifying region. Ethyl oleate as oil, Cremophore RH40 as surfactant and PEG 400 as co-surfactant were concluded to be optimized components. The prepared SMEDDS was characterized through its droplet size, zeta potential, self micro emulsification time and drug content determination. The optimized formulation exhibited 98 % in vitro drug release, which was significantly higher than that of the drug solution. Infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetric, SEM and x-ray diffraction studies indicated no incompatibility between drug, oil and surfactants. From the stability studies of solid SMEDDS, there was no significant decrease in drug release and drug content, hence the formulation is found to be stable and then Comparative in vitro release study of optimised batch.

An alternative to these invasive treatments is short and extra short implants, which is a less invasive procedure, have good predictability, and also improves patient acceptance. Short and Extra short implants were introduced recently as a new approach to simplify implant placement in compromised alveolar bone and to prevent possible damage to the vital structures.
