During the conflict, both parties have violated human rights, namely the right to live in safety and other rights. This monograph traces the historical roots of Case Management System (CMS) in Educational Therapy (EdTx) and explores 10 selected models, in order to understand the system with its practical application through the CCAS model of human behavioral potentials. Within the CCAS framework, the Cognitive Hypothesis Testing emerges as a pivotal tool for CMS. The Triple-D model is introduced as an alternative CMS to the APIE model for EdTx with the aim to enhance its efficacy through the application of Learning Activity System. Within the broader context of the Ecological Systems Theory, where the EdTx CMS resides, a better understanding of an individual with special needs can be established. Inclusive and sustainable practices based on the 7 Universal Design principles are advocated within the EdTx CMS, aligning with contemporary educational paradigms. The specific objectives were to know the biological diversity of insect pest in the irrigated perimeters of Maga, and their repartitioning in the phenological stages, again, to see the effects of the aqueous extractions of the neem fruits on the insects pest per variety and in function of the phenological stages, also to evaluate the damages cause by insects pest during the talling stage in function of the varieties, finally, to evaluate loss cause by the insects pest. The compound 90b with electron donating 3,4,5-trimethoxy group on the phenyl ring, showed excellent anticancer activity (MCF-7 = 0.018±0.0039 ¿M, A549 = 0.011±0.0019 ¿M, Colo-205 = 0.12±0.029 ¿M and A2780 = 0.17±0.023 ¿M) than etoposide. The compound 117i having electron-rich on the phenyl moiety showed greater anticancer property on all cell lines (PC3=0.11±0.068 ¿M; A549=0.18±0.063 ¿M; MCF-7= 0.52±0.074 ¿M and DU-145=0.17±0.082 ¿M).

This study was aimed to produce and upgrade biogas to bio-methane from municipal solid wastes (MSW) in Kaduna State, Nigeria.

The Survey is conducted on Kathmandu valley with the duration of three months ranging from 3rd December, 2023 to 3rd March, 2023 and secondary data was covered from 1993/94 to 2021/22 and right auction up to October, 2023. Right auction, FPO are the major issue for violating shareholder's right in Nepal. The study revealed that the right auction of the companies of both ordinary and promoter which is sharply violated the Preemptive right of the existing shareholders and company are sale the shares in either premium or par value and are not given the chance to apply the right share on pro-data basis i.e. up to one third share more than they have as practiced in international level.

The present endeavor embodies studies pertaining to the development of nitrogen containing fused ring systems as potential central nervous system active agents. The thesis has been organized into three sections, each section includes five chapters. The studies cover all the aspects of medicinal chemistry research, starting from synthetic organic chemistry to biological activity and eventually the molecular docking of active compounds. Few privileged scaffolds have been identified for the current study. One of them is 3-benzazepine, a seven membered bicyclic benzoannelated fused ring system. Several protocols have been reported in literature for the cyclization and substitution on 3-benzazepine scaffold. As focus of the study was to synthesize C-1 substituted 3-benzazepin-2-one scaffold, a direct arylation method was tried with the help of palladium chemistry.
