La Libye demeure toujours la destination des capitaux étrangers à raison de ses différentes richesses attractives des investisseurs. L¿implantation de sociétés étrangères de diverses nationalités sur le territoire libyen est de plus en plus perceptible surtout avec la stabilisation progressive que connais le pays. L¿étude de l¿imposition des bénéfices des sociétés étrangères établies en Libye jusqüà 2010 nous a démontré une volonté de la part des autorités libyennes pour l¿amélioration du système fiscal libyen et de l¿aligner sur les systèmes fiscaux voisins et s¿adapter à la conjoncture de mondialisation afin d¿attirer les investisseurs étrangers. Cette étude garde toujours son intérêt étant donnée qüaprès la stabilisation l¿oeuvre sera de reconstituer le système juridique sans abandonner les acquis. On a tenté d¿aborder ce sujet en étudiant dans une première partie l¿étendue de l¿application du droit libyen aux établissements des sociétés étrangères situés en Libye et dans une deuxième partie la dualité des régimes d¿imposition.

The appearance of the skin gives much information about one's age, race, health, occupation and even social class. Many factors can positively or negatively affect the skin's appearance. Some factors are internal e.g. genetic factors, general health, nutrition and psychological state, while others are external; the most important of them is UV radiation from the sun. Anyone can easily notice the differences in the appearance of sun-protected areas and sun-exposed areas of his own skin. By the passage of time, these differences become more clear and evident. Intrinsically aged skin is smooth, finely wrinkled and dry, while photoaged skin is rough with fine and coarse wrinkles, irregular hyperpigmentation and the most dangerous effect is the increased liability to skin cancers. This study was designed to compare the histological structure of sun-protected skin to that of sun-exposed skin in females. It was performed in Cairo-Egypt in 2007.

Dans cet ouvrage, nous proposons une méthode d¿optimisation qui permet de faire la synthèse d¿un réseau d¿antennes linéaires en contrôlant les poids d¿alimentations et/ou la distance inter-éléments d¿un réseau d¿antennes adaptatif, afin de maximiser le rapport signal à bruit plus interférences (SINR) et minimiser le niveau de lobes secondaires (NLS). Cette méthode est basée sur une méthode récente, dite méthode des mauvaises herbes (invasive weed optimization), inspirée du comportement intelligent de la colonisation des mauvaises herbes dans la nature. Elle a été développée pour la première fois en 2006, puis modifiée afin d¿augmenter la vitesse de convergence et améliorer l¿exploration de l¿espace de recherche. Le choix de l¿écart type affecte souvent les deux caractéristiques précédentes (la vitesse de convergence et l¿exploration de l¿espace de recherche). Pour évaluer la robustesse et les performances de cette méthode par rapport à d¿autres méthodes équivalentes telles que l¿algorithme génétique, l¿essaim de particule et l¿algorithme d¿évolution différentielle (DE), plusieurs exemples de synthèse sont présentés.

The use of plants and spices extracts as herbal drugs to prevent and treat various diseases has been in practice in many studies. Therefore, this study was designed to study the role of cassia cinnamon bark extract on various physiological, biochemicals, hematological, immunological and histological changes in male albino rats in which, normal, hyperlipidemic and diabetic rats were used. During this study, seventy adult male rats weighting about 170-188g were randomly divided into seven groups each with 10 rats; each group was designed as follows: The first group was used as a control and was fed on standard diet and tap water ad libitum. The second group was treated with alcoholic cinnamon extract (500 mg/kg.bw). Third group was fed on high cholesterol diet (hyperlipidemic) while the fourth group was fed on high cholesterol diet and treated with alcoholic cinnamon extract (500 mg/kg.bw). The fifth group was injected with alloxan as a diabetic group. The sixth group was diabetic rats treated with alcoholic cinnamon extract (500 mg/kg.bw) and the seventh group; diabetic rats were treated with metformin drug (300 mg/kg.bw).

Fwazi H.Zayr was born in Iraq 1979. He received the B.Sc. degree from University of Baghdad/science College, Baghdad, Iraq, in 2000 and M.Sc in clinical Biochemistry from the University of Al Mustansiriya in 2010. In 2006, Ms. Zayr joined the Department of biochemistry , University of wassit. He is currently a Professor in the same Department and head of clinical biochemistry department. His research interests are in biochemistry and molecular biology.

L¿objectif de ce livre, scindé en deux parties, par est de présenter au lecteur les fondements des techniques de compostage ainsi que de mettre en évidence l¿importance du compost de fumiers avicoles dans la préservation de la qualité et de la fertilité des sols agricoles. La première partie est consacrée à la présentation des principes de compostage où sont traités les types de compostage et ses phases ainsi que les paramètres de suivi et d¿évaluation de la maturité du compost. En outre, un aperçu sur la législation environnementale et la réglementation des composts a été abordé pour mettre en exergue l¿évolution des textes législatifs et réglementaires ayant trait à l¿environnement et à la qualité des composts. La deuxième partie traite l¿effet du compostage en tas sur la stabilisation et l'hygiénisation des fumiers avicoles ainsi que l'impact des composts sur le statut organique des sols agricoles, leur qualité physicochimique et leur fertilité. Les techniques de compostage se veulent très intéressantes de part leurs intérêts à recycler la matière organique et à la restituer au sol tout en limitant l'impact environnemental des déchets organiques sur les ressources naturelles.

Cet ouvrage fondamental présente les outils nécessaires et utiles au physicien pour effectuer une étude ab initio sur des matériaux solides. L'éventail des chapitres abordés, la clarté de l'exposé (des notions élémentaires aux thèmes les plus pointus), la référence constante à la physique et la diversité des applications proposées en font un ouvrage de référence complet, indispensable tant à l'étudiant qu'au professionnel. Les exemples d'application en stockage de l'énergie, en l'occurence la conception des batteries Li-ion et Na-ion, couvrent notamment la cristallographie, l'électronique, la mécanique et la liaison chimique du composé étudié. D'autre part, les propriétés de transport thermoélectrique des dichalcogénures de métaux de transition sont explicitement calculées en vue d'optimiser la figure de mérite. La valeur élevée de cette dernière témoigne de l'excellence du matériau désigné pour la réalisation d'un accumulateur.

Computer simulation was carried out, to describe the entrance wavefront into the circular and hexagonal aperture of telescope. The wave aberration function can be expressed as a weighted sum of Zernike polynomials. The next generation very large ground base optical telescope has segmented aperture with sub segments almost hexagonal shape, therefore, it requires to find modified Zernike polynomials analyzer for hexagonal shape by utilizing convention form of Zernike polynomials for circular shape. The modified Zernike polynomials have the same properties of the original one across hexagonal aperture, like orthogonality, normality, mathematically independent, making the variance of the sum of modes equal to the sum of the variances of each individual mode, the invers of transformation matrix is the transpose of it and this make the compensation process in Adaptive Optics system much easier and faster. Derivation of the modified Zernike polynomials was been derived totally according to Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization process. The number of aberration modes that was derived is only ten modes because of that orthogonalization process is complex and needed highly mathematical calculation.

The study aims to Successful isolation process of rubella virus from aborted feti and newborn infant with congenital deformity gave an indication of rubella virus circulation in Iraqi population.ELISA test can be used efficiently for screening of immune states of women at child bearing age , so that it mostly used periodically for the detection of non-immunized individuals in order to be included in next vaccination campaign . The result of this study showed negative anti-rubella antibodies test in some vaccinated women which might refer to an ineffective vaccine or bad coverage of vaccination campaign.Congenital rubella infection till now represents a problem of still birth or abortion in both governorates . Vero, Hep-2 and transformed human lymphocyte cell-line can be used successfully for rubella virus isolation. the study aims to project a light on the success of the ongoing vaccination program in Al-Najaf and Al-Qadesia Governorates.

The photo-sensitizer drug (HPD) alone has no effect on Ehlrich tumor. The use of infrared laser IL in the frequency range (1000 ¿ 7000) Hz has an effect on that tumor which is judged by the inhibition ratio of the tumor (¿ 10 %) on using 7000 Hz IL. The infrared laser in the presence of the drug is more effective than using IL alone. Using microwave with two energy levels, 30 W and 40 W, have more effects on the inhibition ratio of the tumor than IL. Exposure to microwave in the presence of the drug is more effective than using microwave alone or infrared laser in the presence of the drug. The combination of exposure to infrared laser (7000 Hz) and 40 W microwave is more effective than all the previous mentioned effects. In case of the effects produced after using IL or MW or combination of these two modalities on the dielectric parameters need more trials and experiments to reach a considerable conclusion. However, the promising results obtained by exposure to microwave alone or in the presence of the photo-sensitizer drug, may encourage us to perform more experiments using this modality with different energy levels and longer experimental period.

Dans notre temps,les gens passent environ 90% de leur temps à l¿intérieur des locaux fermés. Ces dernières années, la construction d¿enveloppes de bâtiment plus étanches, l¿augmentation considérable d¿équipement bureautique et l¿utilisation répandue de matériaux synthétiques ont fait en sorte que les préoccupations concernant la qualité de l¿air intérieur des bâtiments ne cessent d¿augmenter. Pour des raisons de santé, on a intérêt de ventiler nos locaux fermés pour garder une bonne qualité de l'air intérieur.

A scholarly research conducted in six pharmaceutical companies in Egypt to measure employees¿ perception of organizational justice, and its impact on their willingness to exert organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Employees were classified by their gender, their managerial level, their years of experience, and the sector they work in. Results show that organizational justice is one of the antecedents of OCB, along with other factors discussed in literature.

Efficacy and safety of anticancer drugs are traditionally studied using cancerous cell lines and animal models. Recently, one of the potential anticancer agents, JQ1 an inhibitor of bromodomain and extra terminal (BET) protein, has been shown to promote apoptosis of cancerous cells by arresting them in G1 phase of the cell cycle. However, JQ1¿s effect on normal cells is poorly understood. In this study, we investigated the safety of JQ1 by using human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) as an in vitro model system. Our results indicated that JQ1 induced cell cycle arrest of MSCs in G1 phase, but did not promote apoptosis. Microarray analysis of MSCs treated with JQ1 indicated that it down-regulated genes involved not only in cell cycle regulation but also DNA replication, mitosis, and cell division. These findings suggest that JQ1 has a deleterious effect on normal cells and may not be safe for anticancer therapy.

L¿intelligence économique est une démarche permettant à une entreprise de se renseigner sur son environnement économique, afin de prendre les meilleures décisions stratégiques. Pour appliquer une telle démarche, l¿entreprise doit sélectionner les informations pertinentes parmi la grande quantité d¿information disponible sur les différentes sources, et principalement sur le web. Les techniques du web sémantique, particulièrement les ontologies, propose un ensemble de technologies donnant lieu aux machines de comprendre la sémantique de l'information, et de cette manière, d'effectuer les tâches de recherche, avec plus de pertinence pour les utilisateurs. Mon travail est réalisé dans le cadre de l¿élaboration d¿une nouvelle ontologie décrivant l¿environnement intérieur et extérieur des entreprises sous le nom EntrOnto. Je cherche par cette ontologie à guider les acteurs au sein des entreprises dans les phases de la recherche d¿information, et dans la résolution de problématiques concrètes liées à l¿intelligence économique. Mon travail est structuré en trois axes principaux : la construction, le peuplement et l¿utilisation d¿EntrOnto.

This research aims to study the effect of addition of different concentrations of titanium oxide on the structural properties and catalytic activity of zirconium oxide loaded with 15wt.% ammonium sulfate.Structure characterization of the catalysts and phase changes were determined using thermal analysis and X-ray techniques.A mixture of tetragonal phase and ZrTiO4 had been formed by increasing the percentage of titanium oxide adding to sulfated zirconium oxide and by increasing the calcination temperature to 750¿C.Textural properties were determined by measuring the adsorption of nitrogen at -196 ° C. The BET equation may be used to calculate the surface area of catalysts prepared, as well as, ¿s method is used as another way to calculate the surface area, and set the types of pores of these catalysts.The total surface acidity of the surfaces of prepared catalysts was determined by titration with a solution of n-butylamine in acetonitrile to determine the total acid sites. The catalytic activity of the prepared catalysts was measured by coumarin formation reaction, named (Pechmann reaction).

Little is written about Shi¿a Imams in English, especially the Imams after al-¿adiq (a) with the exception of the Twelfth Imam, al-Mahdi. This short work sheds some light on the early life of Imam Ali ibn Muhammad al-H¿di from his birth to his appointment and to his displacement to Samarra. It explores some less known aspects of the historical context of his life and especially tries to shed some new light on the topic of Inquisition (al-Mihnah).

From hydrochloric acid solutions extracted metal cations Cd(II) and Hg(II) after change into chloroanion complexes as ion pair association complexes by using many organic reagents as complexing agent according to liquid ion exchange method it was ¿-Naphthyl amine (¿-NA), 4-Amino benzoic acid (4-ABA), 2-[(4-Carboxy methyl phenyl)azo]-4,5-diphenyl imidazole (4-CMePADPI) and Cryptand C222, among the optimum conditions definition the laboratory experimental studies shows there was different optimum concentrations of hydrochloric acid HCl in the aqueous solutions according to the kind of organic reagent used,shaking times for the two phases, so that the research involved many other studies for instances electrolyte, interferences and organic solvent effect, in the side of thermodynamic study appear liquid ion exchange for extraction Cd(II) was exothermic by using ¿-NA and C222 but endothermic with 4-ABA and 4-CMePADPI, whereas extraction Hg(II) demonstrate the method was exothermic by using 4-ABA, 4-CMePADPI and C222 but endothermic with ¿-NA. Stoichiometry showed the complexes extracted was 1:1:1 Cation:Organic reagent:Anion.
