Since January 05, 2022, the higher education and university system has resolutely switched over to the international standard of the Bologna process: Licence-Master-Doctorat, abbreviated LMD. Every new product launched on the market needs a terminological, technical and methodological explanation. This is the aim of this book, which is divided into two descriptive parts. The first part is a synthetic response to the many questions we receive from our collaborators, students and 3¿ cycle learners on the generalities and particularities of the ESU reform.The second part reproduces the Bachelor's and Master's degree models in the field of Agronomic and Environmental Sciences, whose various expert contributions we had to coordinate and compile.

Tourism has been considered a vector of economic development capable of generating foreign exchange and jobs, mobilising financial and human resources and changing the socio-economic infrastructure. This leads countries, regions and localities to invest in tourism as a way of boosting the local economy, which in turn can change the quality of life of the local population. In this sense, regional development is analysed from the perspective of tourism and quality of life. To this end, the text considers concepts such as development on a human scale, situated tourism and human freedoms in order to discuss their importance in the current debate on regional development and their implications for the material and immaterial living conditions of people living in tourist towns. This research aims to understand the actions of the agents involved in tourism and regional development in Cabaceiras and their relationship with the quality of life of the local population.

This research arose from my immeasurable desire to break down the barriers that existed in the study of criminal sciences at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, which is the result of a recent movement of students and professors who are now working together to improve their knowledge in this field. Looking for references far from home, I learnt that, as of the 2012/2013 Scientific Initiation Programme, the GV Law School (São Paulo) was opening its doors to external researchers. For some time now, intellectuals - such as Dalmo Dallari, Salomão Shecaira, Jacqueline Muniz, Guaracy Mingardi and others - and specialists in public security have pointed to the interference of the issue of militarism in the accountability of agents in charge of public security in Brazil, especially members of the Military Police, since "the absurd privileges granted to its members when they commit serious irregularities or crimes, and there is no denying that military police officers involved in the commission of crimes have benefited greatly from corporate protection, to the detriment of the efficiency and authority of the organisation" (Dallari).

Chronic non-progressive encephalopathy of childhood, originally known as cerebral palsy (CP), is attributed to non-progressive lesions that occur in the development of the brain during the foetal or infant period. The motor disorders of cerebral palsy are often accompanied by sensory, perceptual, cognitive, communication and behavioural alterations, epilepsy and secondary musculoskeletal problems. In view of these disorders, it is necessary to use standardised and validated assessment tools based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). The purpose of the ICF is to classify the components of health, divided into four main components: body functions, body structures, activities and participation, and environmental factors. Thus, the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) for lower limbs and upper limbs aims to meet the need to establish a standardised system for classifying motor functionality, with a more accurate assessment.

For more than a decade, Congolese prisons have been the frequent victims of prisoner escapes. This phenomenon, which has become commonplace in our prisons, undermines the intangibility and inviolability of judicial decisions, and calls into question the authority of the State and the credibility of the judiciary and the Congolese prison service. Seen from this angle, escapes are one of the problems currently facing the Congolese judiciary and prison services, as escape figures have been galloping steadily since the spectacular mass escape of May 17, 2017. Paradoxically, jurisprudence relating to the repression of prisoner escapes is in very short supply compared to the number of reported escape cases. As a result, there is a pragmatic ineffectiveness in punishing the offence under review. So we asked ourselves why this pragmatic ineffectiveness of the repression of the said offence and what could be done to prevent cases of escape.

The criminal justice systems, specifically that of the Centros Varoniles de Readaptación Social, take for granted that inmates have lost their ability to adapt to change, such as: trades, sports and interpersonal relationships. In this sense, the aim of the present work was to describe the conditions in which the rehabilitation of inmates is carried out in general and the effects of chess-centred therapy in particular. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the practice of chess and their physical activities. In other words, the continuous practice of sport and the practices presupposed by chess are part of a system of multiple intelligences that the inmates develop in the "Jaque al Ocio" workshop, which aims, in some way, to counteract the bad habit of the game of polo (associated with relapses in terms of addictions).

Study of ten clinical cases of ten different pathologies in which the laboratory has played a fundamental role in order to reach the diagnosis and establish the correct treatment. We will analyze the role of the laboratory of clinical analysis, hematology and microbiology in daily clinical practice and how collaboration with the different medical specialties is essential for early detection, diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

This study is an analysis of the role of Occupational Therapists in hospital settings with children who are hospitalised. It is a systematic review study, with a qualitative approach and a descriptive-exploratory character, which empirically approaches the data on the subject through thematic categories. In addition, it provides a better basis for the work of different professionals in the field on the subject, giving them knowledge of strategies and actions that can be taken to provide better care for children in hospital.

This research explores the relationship between transversal competencies and the acquisition of linguistic skills, and is therefore entitled: "Heteroremediation of transversal competencies and acquisition of linguistic skills in school-age children with autism at the CESAM CRERA Yaoundé center". Our starting point is the observation that the acquisition of language skills in children with autism poses a problem, since most of these children have difficulty expressing themselves, and this hinders both their development and their relations with others. The aim of this study is to determine the importance of heteroremediation of transversal skills on the acquisition of language skills in school-age children with autism. The problem is therefore as follows: how can we help a child with autism to improve his or her language skills by further developing less-affected cognitive skills to use them as a support for language development?

According to the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the worldwide association of internal auditing professionals, sufficient knowledge of internal auditing practices requires at least an understanding of all the elements of the International Reference Framework for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. This book presents the essentials of internal auditing in the sense that it is based on the framework's mandatory provisions and implementation guidelines. The book's synthetic approach provides readers with a clear, accessible introduction to the fundamentals of internal auditing.

With a view to ensuring that children living with a disability have the right to education, international conventions have been ratified by Burkina Faso in order to guarantee inclusive, quality education for all citizens. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors favoring the school adaptation of children with hearing disabilities in inclusive schools in the Centre-Sud region. The study involved sixty-five (65) people, including teachers, children with hearing and non-hearing disabilities, school principals, heads of basic education districts, parents of the disabled, the focal point of the "LIGHT for the world" project and representatives of the inclusive education department. Through a questionnaire and interviews with the seven target groups, the study revealed that the social integration of the hearing impaired, the adapted teaching approaches used by teachers and the favorable school environment all contribute to the academic adaptation of children with hearing disabilities.

The dark origins of the 20th century can be traced back to the political and social scenarios that triggered the two great world wars. Spaces of hunger, death and despair, whose lives were themes of literature, art and social sciences up to the present day, especially in the social contexts of those who did not participate directly in the conflicts. These horrors were approached as the central theme of the present research, approached from the perspective of the psychology of the masses, described by Gustave Le Bon and Sigmund Freud, as well as from the approaches of the psychoanalysis of art that can understand the greatest aberrations embedded in the unconscious of a survivor of these contexts, as is the case of the artist Otto Dix, whose works, as a source of documentary research, will be a window to observe what has been called "the horrors of war" in the light of his paintings, always denoting a wide and gloomy scenario of political alienated, subsumed in misery and hostility that characterized the European society of the first decades of that century.

The author analyzes on the basis of available statistical data the development and role in the world economy of oil-producing countries on the example of Indonesia, Iran and Saudi Arabia in the second half of XX - early XXI centuries. He focuses his attention on the key processes of economic, political and social development of these countries in the period after World War II. The theoretical framework of the study covers mainly neoclassical and endogenous models of economic growth. For the econometric analysis we have chosen, first of all, the so-called general or world growth model constructed by Prof. György ¿imon Sr. (1930-2008) on the basis of data from 131 countries of the world, including oil-producing countries. This endogenous Caldorov-type model takes into account not only physical and human capital, but also time as an event space of creative economic activity. It makes it possible to compare the total factor efficiency with the world level.

Microbiological analysis of hydrocarbon biodegrading bacteria isolated from leachate collected from the Ain Témouchent C.E.T. revealed that they belonged to the Pseudomonadaceae and Staphylococcaceae families. Biochemical tests revealed the presence of : Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Ps), Pseudomonas fluorescens (38 ) and Pseudomonas sp (98), Staphylococcus aureus (St), Staphylococcus xylosus (5), Staphylococcus hominis (78 ) and Staphylococcus warnerii (28). The latter were molecularly characterized by genomic DNA extraction and amplification of the 16S rDNA gene using universal primers. These bacteria were tested for the presence of the degradation gene catechol 2,3-dioxygenase (C230), by PCR amplification using primers specific to the latter. Of the seven strains studied, only Pseudomonas strains possessed this gene. The protein profile of the seven bacterial strains was then studied, enabling better characterization of hydrocarbonoclastic bacterial species...

This thesis deals with the question of which trauma pedagogical measures primary school teachers can use to stabilize dissociating children in the classroom. Since there is often a lack of specialist knowledge about trauma in the school context among teachers, dissociation in children is often not recognized and misinterpreted. The aim of this paper is therefore to shed light on dissociative symptoms in children and to present practical trauma education concepts.

Blueberries are fruits whose use has increased in recent years because they are a source of antioxidants for the diet. In this study, blueberry wines, i.e., alcoholic beverage obtained by partial or complete fermentation of fresh blueberry juice, pulp maceration and addition of sugar water (21 °Brix), have been elaborated. Specifically, different proportions of fruit/sugar solution were used and fermentation was carried out at different temperatures and fermentation times, with the aim of selecting the best conditions for the production of these wines. In addition, a series of post-fermentation treatments were applied to the wines produced to improve their organoleptic characteristics. During the winemaking process, the wines underwent a maceration process, where part of the bioactive compounds from the skins were transferred to the liquid. Anthocyanins are the most important pigments in vascular plants and are responsible for the color of the fruit, between the red and blue characteristic of blueberries. Also of note are the flavonol families and flavan-3-ol derivatives.

Today, school and philosophy must come together through poetry to generate new forms and other ways of doing education, of living experiences in school. The ultimate questioning is life itself. School and philosophy are engines and fuel to live as consciously as possible. Poetry to re-think practices and make practices almost like poetry so that in the end, society is simply better by means of both poetic and philosophical art, so that education becomes a poiesis. A long time ago, organisations didn't have an area specialised in people management. The bureaucratic work was usually done by the accountant or the person in charge of finance, who paid the employees. Nowadays, a more strategic approach is being demanded of the Human Resources area, where managing people properly has become essential in organisations.

Nowadays, the alignment between public institutions, their practices and the Democratic Rule of Law paradigm must be more than an ideal, it must be a reality. However, in order to achieve this, old models must be abandoned and new ideas must be dared, without forgetting to take advantage of the experience already acquired. This work attempts to demonstrate the need to change the current model of Brazilian preliminary investigation, altering the beginning of criminal prosecution, in other words, the current Police Inquiry, and thereby enabling work that is in line with constitutional dictates, more efficient, impartial, free from manipulation and consequently of higher quality for all citizens.

The study is based on a factual presentation of North, South and East Tyrol. The basis of the considerations is the pedagogical endeavor of political education in the context of (contemporary) history. Tyrol's history in the 20th century requires a review and its political culture. As a federal state of the Republic of Austria, Tyrol cannot be understood without the national and international framework conditions between 1918 and 1938. The decisions of 1918/1919 influenced the development of the entire 20th century. As a "land in the mountains", the question of the future in the Alpine region is an essential issue for political education.

The reflection of all this can be perceived if we read an everyday landscape, where we can observe the different levels of man's performance in that natural environment. Currently, a cistern is an element that gets in the way and is of no use. But this element is the vestige, witness and legacy of a way of living from a previous landscape that has meant so much to its first owners; Rural cisterns have been and are being dismantled, destroyed, filled up or buried, for not knowing how to project to society the value they had and have.

In Peru, the modernization of public management is fundamental to the country's development. Despite economic growth and increased state revenues, the public sector faces challenges in terms of efficiency and citizen satisfaction, particularly in the province of San Roman. The research aims to analyze the influence of public investment and economic activities on the economic development of the province in the period from 2007 to 2021. The hypothesis is that both public investment and economic activities have a positive impact on the economic development of the province. It had been assumed that public investment would be the most influential factor in this process. The results of the regression analysis show a strong positive correlation between economic development, public investment and economic activities. However, public investment has a relatively minor influence (0.35%) compared to Trade (63.99%), Agriculture (28.82%) and Manufacturing (4.11%). This suggests that, in reality, Commerce is the most influential factor in the economic development of the province, in contrast to Trade, which is the most influential factor in the economic development of the province, in contrast to Trade, which is the most influential factor in the economic development of the province.
