With the rapid changes taking place (economic, political and cultural) in the world, the concept of work is being redefined, bringing with it major transformations in the area of human resources, in which organisations need to develop new competences and skills to meet the uncertainties and turbulence of the business world. This study is qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and conclusive in nature. The data was collected through self-completion questionnaires, which were answered by each director and their immediate staff at the TRT 24th Region, with the aim of identifying the degree of competences of the directors.

The aim of this work is to present the construction of an extruder, the purpose of which is to extrude filaments of 1.75 millimetres in diameter, to meet the requirements of 3D printers. Used to manufacture filaments for commercial purposes, the extruder covers the mechanical structure, the operation of the direct current motor and the use of an Arduino® programmed to control the temperature in an open loop. The results obtained were satisfactory as the project was carried out, taking into account the optimum operation of the temperature control and motor torque, which are the key parts for good extrusion.

The book addresses the need to improve the treatment of the preventive guidance function from the initial training process of the primary teacher, which will encourage the development of the professional modes of action defined by the authors. The novelty of the research is expressed in the proposal of a system of educational actions for the development of the function of preventive guidance that favours pertinent modes of action of the primary teacher in training and to enhance the development of their ability to guide, prevent and direct, understanding this as the development of skills and abilities so that, in this way, they develop self-control, professional security, in the face of the challenges of the profession.

Our study focuses on the determinants of early sexual debut among adolescents in Kenge, conducted for a period from April to November 2022. Adolescence is a period during which the individual is more exposed to the positive and negative influences of society, and to the temptation to experiment. Identifying the concerns of adolescents through research is one of the priorities for public health, in order to identify avenues of intervention aimed at the development of a healthy and adapted sexuality. We therefore asked ourselves the following key question: What are the determinants of early sexual debut among adolescents in the city of Kenge? Our main hypothesis was that socio-cultural, socio-economic and environmental factors would be determinants of early sexual debut among adolescents in Kenge. As our study was prospective, we used a literature review with a structured interview as a survey technique, based on a questionnaire as a tool.

After my PhD thesis, defended in 2018 on the hydrology of arid and pre-Saharan environments in southeastern Morocco (case of the Oued Daoura watershed). The book is open to a variety of comparisons. Methodological applications, essentially focused on the hydrology of the arid and pre-Saharan environments of Morocco's South Atlas basins, and typically local case studies are abundant. This theme is a topical national and international issue.This work has enabled us to develop the concepts and mechanisms of arid hydrology linked by "rain-flow" climatic phenomena, to identify the close rain-flow relationship and its effects on the Daoura landscape, and at the same time to understand the adaptations of the local population to physical difficulties in a structurally difficult environment.

The research is based on the scope of the implementation of alternative means of conflict resolution. It is based on the best practices of collective law and the social actors who interact on a daily basis in the negotiation processes in the different labour spheres in Latin America, and who need to develop best practices for the implementation of solutions.

Pinus Halepensis needles are the most abundant tree in the Tazekka national park in the Taza province - Fès-Meknès-Maroc region. They are an ideal matrix for long-term monitoring of semi-volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere, as they are natural and distributed worldwide.The aim of this study is to enhance the value of Pinus Halepensis needles by characterizing the plant material through measurement of physico-chemical parameters and spectroscopy prior to extraction, extraction of essential oil, identification of essential oil composition and study of two antibacterial and antioxidant activities. The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation. Identification of the composition was determined bygas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Antioxidant activity was determined by the DPPH method. Antibacterial activity was tested by disk diffusion against two pathological strains, Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative Escherichia coli.

This book sets out to assess the contribution of solar energy to the energy matrix, analysing what influence the installation of solar heating systems and solar photovoltaic micro-generation systems have on the electricity consumption of homes that use these technologies, as well as verifying the environmental perception of the residents of these installations. The aim was to provide an overview of the Brazilian energy balance, to identify the main sources of energy used and describe the electricity generation matrix, as well as to draw up a profile of electricity consumption in the various sectors of the economy. Also, to present the evolution and current scenario of the use of solar heating technologies and photovoltaic solar energy generation in Brazil, surveying government policies and programmes to encourage the use of solar energy for heating and photovoltaic solar energy micro-generation. Analyse the costs of implementing these projects, as well as the existing incentive programmes.

The capitalist mode of commodity production has changed historically, expanding its hegemonic capacity as a result of its transitions in the way it organizes work, employment and production. The industrial and technological revolutions largely reflect this reshaping and bring to light new configurations arising from these metamorphoses of capital in these first decades of the 21st century. These transformations have consequences for workers' lives, especially with regard to the organization of work, employment relationships and workers' subjectivity. Considering contemporary societies, which are developing from a logic of mercantile production based on telematics, various intermediary branches of productive activity have emerged that are intensive in information and communication, including call centers. Productive restructuring has reconfigured the dimensions of the worker and the way he or she is inserted into the world of work. Aspects that were once not appropriated by capital, such as the subjective dimension, are now taken over by the capitalist way of organizing work, in its new guise of flexible accumulation.

Today, as always, we are in front of thousands of questions that a teacher can ask himself in his daily life: What to do to transform the reality that surrounds the classroom? How to rethink the way to teach and bring knowledge to each of the students? Why is it important to know each human universe? We will go to the reunion with the pedagogical work and offer those potions of enchantment that it needs to be renewed and delivered from the mission of dreaming a school at the service of the interests and strengths of students through new learning scenarios. Engaging in a teaching strategy based on school research brings with it overcoming resistances and misgivings. Leaving the expository logic and masterly certainty is not easy; it means, not infrequently, confronting a whole training scheme strongly internalized. Letting our thoughts and souls free with a critical look at yesterday, today and tomorrow is to make every pedagogical practice anchored in knowledge and innovation become the banner of the hearts of all those who, like us, "LOVE TO BE TEACHERS".

The present research entitled "Work climate in a textile company" has the objective of describing the work climate in said textile company. The problems found in the textile company it could be observed that the work climate is not a favorable place to work because of the conditions in which it is located and this due to the little interest that the employees have and the demotivation that has likewise has been decreasing production and sales, because there is no pleasant place where you can develop with tranquility their daily work and to this is added the little interest of the bosses because it does not project in changes to improve the degree of satisfaction of the collaborators and their work environment.

This research sought to gain statistical insight into the behavior of suicides in Germany. Many debates and studies are focused on understanding diversity, seeking to understand the aspects and characteristics of other varied distinctions. The modern way of dealing with diversity is by valuing human relationships, bringing into focus the notion and need to provide equal opportunities and to respect the unique greatness of each person. Social inclusion, whether in the areas of work, education or leisure, depends a great deal on laws and policies that promote incentives to put into practice all the theoretical concepts and studies on inclusion, making the participation of people with disabilities effective by providing the necessary support for these people to be integrated and have access to all the resources in the social environment. The development of this study is valid for guiding people and companies on what is theoretically imposed by the authorities and understanding the reality experienced by companies and people who are inserted in this context.

Food hygiene and safety are a priority component of everyone's day-to-day life and of a wide range of activities and institutions. Today, more than ever, the safety of food products is a central concern in the eyes of citizens and responsible organisations, as well as a necessary condition for strengthening consumer protection. One of the sectors of economic activity with the greatest impact on consumers is undoubtedly the food sector. It's a sector where supply is constantly growing as trade intensifies and where quality is also demanded by those who buy. Companies that produce, handle, supply or distribute food recognise an ever-increasing need to demonstrate and document control conditions that have an impact on food safety, in order to guarantee the essential food quality.

The research was based on satisfying the following objective: to identify if B.C. is a candidate for the creation of a craft beer cluster, in addition to solving the research questions: Which states are relevant for a craft beer seller? Which municipalities in that state are most important for the creation of the cluster? The northwestern part of the country has the potential to become an extremely important beer cluster for Mexico, due to its geographic and climatic conditions. The beer produced there is of unbeatable quality, even for European countries.

Gestation in all living beings is a fascinating stage of life that marks the beginning of a new life on the planet. In the case of South American camelids, gestation lasts an average of 11 months, the development during all this time is not evident from the outside of the animal, which makes it difficult to differentiate between pregnant and empty animals. Moreover, the use of ultrasound in these stages is very useful for gestational diagnosis, so this atlas will contribute to the knowledge of how the foetus develops inside the maternal uterus from the formation of the embryo until its birth.

The difference between the minimum salaries established in a society and those received by high-level Latin American government officials poses a problem of equity that needs to be addressed and resolved based on a culture of results, where the salary of high-level government officials is in line with the performance of their public administration, generating actions in favor of economic dynamism and evolution, in such a way that it helps the productive apparatus of the country to increase its income and therefore the minimum wage of the workers, so that there is a balance between what is made and what is received as a salary for the subsistence and development of the individuals of a society, always looking for a sustainable development for future generations.

The aim of this manual is to help engineers design balanced vibrating conveyors. They are used to transport bulk materials through stainless steel vibrating chutes for use in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, tobacco and other industries. The equipment is considered hygienic to avoid contamination and is easy to clean. The conveyor belt is supported by elastic fibreglass springs fixed to a base. The vibration is produced by an eccentric driven by an electric motor. Below the chute is a steel profile frame with elastic springs fixed to the base with reverse vibrations of the chute. The weight of the chute must be equal to the weight of the counterweight. A vibrating conveyor in operation is balanced when the springs of the chute and counterweight are vibrating at their natural frequency, coinciding with or as close as possible to the rotation of the eccentric. This results in minimal vibration at the base, quiet operation and minimal maintenance.

The construction sector is known for its environmental impact, consuming large quantities of the planet's finite natural resources. In order to change this paradigm, a set of actions is needed linked to the introduction of sustainable practices that seek to reduce waste rates, improve quality in processes and qualify the workforce. In an attempt to identify how sustainable a construction site can be, this paper proposes a sustainability assessment methodology based on good practices adopted by existing environmental certification seals and research into reference cases, using a questionnaire with five themes: waste generation, water consumption, energy consumption, relationship with the environment and pollution prevention. As a case study, an assessment is presented of how the concept of sustainability is being absorbed on the construction sites of fifteen construction companies in Greater Vitória - ES, thus providing an overview of the practices adopted on the respective construction sites.

In the production - distribution - delivery operations of a product or service, the supply chain plays an important role, since the quality and promptness with which supplies or materials are delivered to the company depend on their proper administration and management, so that the company is able to carry out the production cycle.Currently, although most companies are convinced of the importance of good supply management, few of them assign control activities to ensure optimal operations. It is at this point that it is necessary to know what the supply chain is, before implementing it in any business or company.

The descriptive, qualitative and autoethnographic study looked at the role of emotions in serving the public in state agencies and focused on the sociology of emotions, behavioural patterns (display rules), feeling rules and expression rules adopted by civil servants, based mainly on studies by the author Arlie Russel Hochschild on professions in the service sector. The results were analysed using discourse analysis methodology and revealed the manifestation of the four techniques used to manage emotions: body work, surface acting, deep acting and cognitive work. The results suggest that affective processes can interfere with motivation, behaviour, information processing, choices, service and performance evaluations of civil servants due to the high level of involvement and absorption of emotional load, which is characteristic of our population. The relevance of the study lies in the concern to study emotions in the Brazilian organisational context, since the studies found are from outside Brazil.

Commercial law is the law of commerce and encompasses all commercial activity and operations which have as their object the transformation of products. Commercial law tells us that the trader is said to be a trader if he is registered in the trade and property credit register and that the latter earns his living from his trading activity. Commercial law is a branch of private law in the sense that it governs relationships between traders. It intervenes at all stages of economic life. The origin and evolution of this right lie in the history of commercial law. The speed of operations, the importance of credit, its history dates back to the Middle Ages and is quite difficult to retrace due to the absence of commercial activity. And, with the commercial court, the notion of territoriality takes precedence when judging a commercial matter. This means that the court which judges a commercial matter must be in the territory where the problem or dispute occurred.

The research "Role of students and teachers in school violence in public high schools in the State of Sonora" aims to characterize the different roles assumed by students and teachers in school violence. Focusing on describing attribution variables and continuous variables (which measure: levels of violence, roles, moral emotions, behavioral variables, socioeconomic variables and risk behaviors) that discriminate each one of the roles exercised in this type of situations and that were chosen for standing out as the most important secondary schools on this topic. Type of research, quantitative approach, survey method, probabilistic sample. A total of 2352 students and 395 teachers from 64 schools in the state of Sonora participated. The results indicate that each of the roles and their sub-levels adopt different levels, with those older than age and grade being the ones who mostly assume the role of aggressors. Likewise, the incidence of female aggressors has increased according to other comparative studies with this work, in a ratio of two male aggressors to one female.

Despite their recent appearance, the presence of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), in addition to mediating various everyday activities, now characterises social relations. An increasing percentage of human communication has been digitised; consequently, the family environment has been modified by these technologies. This book contains the research prior to the pilot chapter of a web series, which raises questions about parents', caregivers' and children's experiences with ICTs in the home and spaces derived from family coexistence. In order to do this, issues related to mediatisation, the information society and parental mediation were addressed, as instances in which it is possible to reflect on how children participate in the context raised; and the incidence of these three axes within the family context.

Stenocereus gummosus, commonly known as pitayo or pitayo agrio, is a plant commonly seen in its natural environment in the arid regions of the peninsula of Baja California, which produces fruits appreciated by the inhabitants of nearby areas and from which those dedicated to its sale during the fruiting season obtain an extra income. During the establishment of this species through asexual reproduction, it was possible to observe the susceptibility to attack by phytopathogenic microorganisms, among which are five genera of the deuteromycetes group, which damage stages such as rooting, vegetative growth and the reproductive stage of the stakes already established, causing problems to the development of the plant. Recognizing the symptoms manifested by the plant after infection makes it possible to find the appropriate way to attack the disease and control the problem quickly. This paper describes the symptoms manifested by cuttings infected by phytopathogens, according to the genus in question, as well as a compilation of photographs of the symptoms caused by the diseases.

This work examines the toxicity of heavy metals on medicinal and health plants. The results demonstrate the sensitivity of these plants to metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury, copper and chromium, which can lead to excessive accumulation and compromise their therapeutic quality. Preventative measures and early detection of soil and water contamination are essential to ensure their safety. In addition, it is crucial to develop detoxification strategies and promote herbal medicine to treat these contaminated plants. Strict regulations limiting heavy metal emissions and regular monitoring are necessary to maintain the quality of medicinal plants. In conclusion, a proactive approach is essential to ensure their therapeutic effectiveness and preserve their sustainability.

With increasingly competitive markets and ever more demanding consumers, there is a need to seek information on parameters that seek to qualitatively and quantitatively help them answer their questions about animal productivity. The Brazilian semi-arid region is characterised by irregular rainfall and the poor quality of its water, especially groundwater. From this perspective, water and soil management strategies are of paramount importance for living in the semi-arid region. The vegetation in this region is of the tree and shrub type, and predatory deforestation for charcoal production has reduced plant density, thus leaving the soil exposed to direct radiation, as well as the direct incidence of the potential energy of raindrops, thus promoting the dispersion of sediments that are carried to the riverbeds, thus promoting siltation and reducing their useful volume. Soil conservation techniques such as stone damming can mitigate these effects, as it accumulates organic matter on the soil surface, promotes microbiological development, plant growth and facilitates the infiltration of water into the soil profile, through the vacancies formed by the roots, reducing the run-off and consequently the production of sediment, whereby the potential energy of rainwater is dissipated by the interception of plant leaves.
