The research aims to point out the importance of ethics in public affairs as outlined in the various public policy compendiums, which provide the guidelines for politicians and civil servants to feel strengthened in their behaviour. It is easy to determine what ethical values are desirable, but the challenge is to apply these values in everyday life, the challenge is to find ways to make public servants aware of the importance of assuming these values for the good of the community.

What is the real legal nature of the obligation that arises between the parties involved in a traffic accident when one of them pays the full amount of the joint and several liability? What is the best way to deal with the problem of claims negotiation when it comes to defining transaction policies for insurers? These are some of the questions posed by the author, and their answers can be found in the pages of this work, which is based on the experience acquired during years of practice and consultancy in the insurance market of the Argentine Republic.

This work, entitled "La déshydrogénation oxydante du propane en propène sur le système Bi-P-V-O massique et supporté" (Oxidative dehydrogenation of propane to propene on a mass-supported Bi-P-V-O system), was carried out in collaboration between the LCCA Laboratory of Coordination and Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Chouaib Doukkali University, El Jadida, and the LACCO Laboratory of Catalysis in Organic Chemistry, POITIERS.It is composed of five chapters as follows:o Chapter 1: A bibliographical study of the propane oxydehydrogenation reaction.o Chapter 2: Description of the experimental techniques used to characterize the catalysts prepared.o Chapter 3: Preparations, characterizations and reactivities of BiP1-xVxO4 bulk catalysts.o Chapter 4: Oxidative dehydrogenation of propane on titanium-supported catalysts.o Chapter 5: oxidative dehydrogenation of propane on silica-supported catalysts.

The Colombian government has proposed as a goal to promote entrepreneurship in the territory in order to combat the high level of unemployment that afflicts the country, for this it has taken decisions and policies that put into action have given important results in business issues, however, the network of chambers of commerce of Colombia published in 2016 a document in which they talk about the birth and survival of Colombian companies, throughout what is exposed by Confecámaras refers to a problem that affects the entrepreneurial initiative that the State seeks to promote, out of ten companies that can be formed, seven fail before reaching five years of operation, there are different reasons why this phenomenon occurs, it ranges from financing, to the few resources that an entrepreneur has to create and maintain his company, as an own achievement either by necessity or opportunity.

To speak of a sociology of the spectacle, as Richard Demarcy puts it, "is first and foremost to specify the various poles of research: according to a traditional computer schema, we must distinguish, at the very least, the sender pole and the receiver pole. It is generally the latter that the sociology of culture (...) has focused on", which has led us, based on the work of Pierre Bourdieu and Edgar Morin, and other sociologists, to study these two poles at the same time, that of receiver and that of sender. In other words, people who watch movies and people who like to watch movies.And since we've been working on the theme of women's representation in Moroccan cinema, as a social fact, to use Émile Durkheim's expression, we've chosen, as a means of research, to conduct interviews with cinema people first, before analyzing a few Moroccan films that have tackled this very theme.

Generally, it has been thought that the technologies that Man has used throughout the history of mankind, are only tools to achieve a purpose and nothing more, but it has been shown that this is not really so. Man and Technology merge into a whole. The technologies that Man has used throughout his existence have influenced his social and cultural environment, his way of thinking, acting and valuing. It is also thought that the process of knowing never acts independently of the medium, the tool or the technology used; it is even said that the latter conditions and influences the way in which a certain type of knowledge is reasoned or conceived.

This work, entitled "SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND CATALYTIC BEHAVIOR OF V2O5 AND Ni-Mo CATALYSTS SUPPORTED ON COPPER ORTHOPHOSPHATE Cu3(PO4)2 ", was carried out at the Laboratory of Catalysis Chemistry and Corrosion of Materials (LCCM), Faculty of Science, Chouaib Doukkali University, El Jadida. It consists of five chapters as follows:Chapter 1: Bibliographical study of the research background Chapter 2: Experimental techniques Chapter 3: Synthesis, characterization and catalytic behavior of copper orthophosphate Chapter 4: Synthesis, characterization and catalytic behavior of V2O5 catalysts supported on copper orthophosphate (CuP) Chapter 5: Synthesis and characterization of Ni-Mo catalysts catalytic behavior supported on copper orthophosphate (CuP ). Our objective was the co-precipitation synthesis of copper phosphates, chosen as reference materials for depositing active phases such as vanadium oxide V2O5 and nickel molybdenum oxide NiMoO.

The dominant political system in the capitalist world, democracy, is still facing serious problems in its consolidation. It has not yet been able to combat poverty. Since the 1960s, many strategies have been adopted to alleviate people's suffering, but they don't seem to have the desired effect. Antidotes must be found to combat poverty in the world. We need public policies focussed on local realities and involving the actors themselves. The so-called poor must be at the centre of all initiatives, but not as mere beneficiaries, but rather as subjects of all actions. Social capital must play a fundamental role in the ownership of the problem by those who suffer. They need to have a voice, an opinion, a desire and dreams. Only then can they take charge of events by feeling part of the action. Mozambican public policies need to be analysed in depth, from their development to their implementation and evaluation. The desire to contribute to an ever better future remains.

The aim of this research work was to identify the factors that influence the academic dropout of students in the 4th year of the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at the National University of Misiones, year 2019.The variable under study were the factors that influence academic dropout, while its dimensions were established in personal, academic and work factors, for which a qualitative-quantitative study was used, with a descriptive approach and cross-sectional cut. The population consisted of all the students who dropped out of the career in the first quarter of 2019, totaling 137 people, of which 35 students were taken as a sample, using simple random probability sampling. The data collection instrument was a self-administered survey of 11 questions in which a concrete situation was defined and the students had to identify the option that most closely matched their reality, expressing details of the same.

In this work, the author proposes a series of works analyzing different topics related to gender violence. In its first part, the work takes us back to the prehistory of the system of oppression based on gender roles and makes a reading of its development up to the present day. The second part makes a historical analysis of the emergence of patriarchy, a system of oppression of women so well known today. The third part of the work is a reflection on the relationship that existed between sterile women and the patriarchal system that enshrined compulsory motherhood. Finally, the last part is an analysis of the role played by awareness and recognition in the development and rupture of relationships that give rise to gender violence. Although it is true that the author maintains the same line of analysis throughout the work, each part has a particular style and its own method when addressing its corresponding problem, giving the work a refreshing heterogeneity that, far from undermining its rigor, provides a broader and more comprehensive approach.

At present, the proposed management of patients with low-grade gliomas remains ambiguous in the absence of consensus, especially for treatment adjuvant to surgery.Our work is a retrospective, comparative and prognostic study of 33 patients operated on in our department over 12 years (between 1995-2007).Aim of the study:- To study the epidemiological and evolutionary characteristics of the most frequent low-grade gliomas.- To identify prognostic factors for the appropriate therapeutic orientation of patients.- To develop new recommendations adapted to the management of low-grade gliomas.Surgery is the initial and fundamental step in the confirmation of diagnosis and therapeutic management of low-grade gliomas. Post-operative radiotherapy should be used more systematically in cases of poor prognosis. The role of chemotherapy remains ambiguous. The development of a national registry would enable us to better evaluate the various therapeutic strategies.

Including well-designed experiments in the daily teaching of natural sciences has a direct impact on the quality of learning and is, in addition to being attractive, beneficial in other aspects of the development of the student's personality. The benefits transcend the academic performance in the classroom and are projected in leadership, observation skills, social bonds, entrepreneurial spirit and reflective character. Students lead and direct their learning with conveniently implemented experiments that significantly enhance the natural long-term fixation of content. This book offers practical considerations and a pedagogical didactic framework to design and contextualize an experimental instance, beyond "doing for the sake of doing" that favor the emotional and intellectual maturation of the learner and the professional consolidation of the teacher.

This essay intends to examine the phenomenon of administrative simplification in a normative and reflexive manner. To this end, it uses a triad of elements -normative, organic and procedural- that will give rise to a reflection on the normative provisions that regulate the phenomenon, as well as allowing access to an ius-philosophical reflection on the two levels present in the phenomenon: (1) normative level; (2) level of juridical subjectivity. Finally, we conclude with the insertion of the triad presented in the proposed double aspect in order to open the door to a possible reflection on the gradualness of the legal regime of obligatoriness.

Thesis presented as a requirement for obtaining a PhD in Production Engineering from the Postgraduate Programme in Production Engineering at the Federal Technological University of Paraná. Area of Concentration: Industrial Management. A model was proposed for managing technology transfer at the university-industry interface. New methods and resources were defined based on gaining the trust of partners through the provision of services. A framework was also proposed to support the actions required by the model. To validate the model, questionnaires were administered to academic experts with experience in managing university-industry interaction. Any problem that affects a society ancestrally, fully justifies its study in depth. Thus, it is to consider that this phenomenon identified as "corruption", which has taken great strength and has grown enormously in our country and other societies, is an evil, a vice that since time immemorial has undermined and destroyed society, culture and values. Unfortunately, "corruption" has found a medium, which as a breeding ground has been strengthened at all levels and strata of life in Mexican society, consequently, in all evolutionary stages of the subject. The incapacity of the subject himself and of the institutions to control and subdue this phenomenon is notable and manifest, because it is found in almost every activity and in a great part of the actions and evolutionary stages of the subjects.

A classroom where students connect via video calls with people from different parts of the world, who present them with generative questions in which students research the answers via the Internet. In teams of four people with a computer, in freedom of action and integration. At the end they share their conclusions with the whole group and hand in hand with these people. They gradually generate metacognition through dialogue. This creates a community, learning processes through mistakes, talks in English even without knowing the language, understanding the use of the Internet and computers in an autonomous way; self-esteem in the students, behavioral changes, coexistence, valuation and acceptance as individuals and members of a group. The children state that they enjoy learning and also apply it, thus increasing their learning achievement levels mainly in reading comprehension and mathematics.

The protection of a pumping station is neither necessary nor desirable, as it encompasses not only the technical aspects but also the financial impacts. As part of the planned expansion of REGIDESO's hydraulic network, pumping station 2 will be protected by two anti-sludge reservoirs with capacities of 10m³ for the medium-pressure distribution zone and 25m³ for the high-pressure distribution zone. The present research aims to analyze the subject of social control by citizen oversight in health, it is intended to know the current status of citizen oversight; It is based on the following problem: How can be done to perform an analysis of social control of citizen oversight in the health system to serve as a strategy for improvement action and to obtain its strengthening? For this purpose, specific objectives were proposed, which are based on examining participatory fiscal control in health, assessing the regulatory system, describing participatory fiscal control in health and underlining the importance of the social control system by citizen oversight. Under the theoretical approach provided by Law 850 of 2003, the conceptual bases of social control by the overseer on the exercise of participatory democracy in the quality of care were considered. In turn, and in order to accompany the theoretical development of the study, an intensive and in-depth examination of the current state of the veedores in health is described.

In the vast field of embedded systems, where electronic systems interact in a complex, synchronized way, reliable communication between components plays a vital role. This is where the Controller Area Network (CAN), or CAN bus, proves to be an essential cornerstone. The CAN bus is much more than just a communications protocol: it is the link that enables embedded devices to communicate, whether in the automotive, industrial, medical or aerospace sectors.This document will focus on understanding the elements of CAN frames, explaining their structure and operation. The aim is to show how the CAN bus guarantees secure data transmission, even in electromagnetically harsh environments. To illustrate these concepts, we'll be using the Arduino in combination with the MCP2515 shield, enabling us to put the CAN protocol into practice.

This book is an anthology of texts written over a period of more than 10 years as a result of my MA studies in Visual Anthropology at Goldsmiths College, University of London between 2003 and 2004. They deal with this young discipline and its multiple interpretations, as well as, in particular, with the relationship between ethnographic film and performance within the audiovisual representation of cultures. They were published, for the most part, previously, in various print and electronic media individually and now I gather them here, because they have received very good reviews and have been widely consulted according to the Academia.edu page; so it seemed a good idea to gather them and give them a chronological continuity.

The control of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM2) depends largely on the sick individuals themselves, in particular their knowledge, attitudes, self-care practices, in order to promote their short and long term well-being. These components can be strengthened primarily through diabetes education. To determine and implement the most effective educational strategies, it is necessary to estimate the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of self-care regarding DM2 in each demographic. Therefore, it is essential to promote knowledge - favorable attitudes and practices regarding the disease, its treatment, complications and the personal image of the patient as a sick individual, through activities aimed at providing motivation and empowerment to these individuals in order to achieve the necessary measures to achieve good metabolic control and avoid subsequent dependence.

The work examines the effect of harmonic waves on a spherical body. The problems of the eigenvalue of spherical bodies located in a viscoelastic medium are also studied. Numerical results were obtained for the stress-strain state of spherical bodies taking into account the rheological properties in the environment. Discrete eigenvalues of spherical bodies located in a viscoelastic medium were discovered.A mathematical formulation, solution method, algorithm and programs are proposed for determining complex natural frequencies and vibration modes in the problem of spherical bodies located in a viscoelastic medium, taking into account the rheological parameters of the mechanical system.

This paper is framed within the historical evolution of the so-called theory of the separation of powers of the State, as an expression of modern democratic states. Thus, where in the beginning there were kings or emperors, today there are three great powers of the State: the Executive, the Legislative and the Judiciary. With this historical evolution, an inherent and palpable tension has also arisen over time between these three powers of the State, since the powers and attributions that kings or emperors had solely and exclusively in one of these three powers had to be channelled, also adapting their limits and control over them.The decree of economic emergency, i.e. the special attribution of the President of the Republic to dispose of a constitutional 2%, calculated on the amount of the expenses authorised by the Budget Law for exceptional cases, thus giving course to payments/expenditures that are not expressly authorised by said law, will be used as a framework for analysis with respect to the private powers of the Executive and Judicial Power, control and limits of them.
