With this second book, the author collects his notes on the subject of virtuality. This time it is oriented towards the foundation of the educational actions in which the teachers know how to be flexible in the teaching-learning process, and adapt the methodologies and didactics to the educational needs of the students, to the training profile and to the learning context.It allows to understand -from its own experience-, some necessary and sufficient minimums that the implementation of such a Project implies, in which several instances, actors and protagonists are involved, so that, it makes sense to determine the "Protocols of Actions": designed as a tool or proposal of intervention - of guiding character -, so that each decision maker, can decide which procedures to follow and which measures to adopt to delineate the formative processes mediated by the new technology.

The theme of this research is the influence of teachers' continuous pedagogical training on the teaching-learning process: the case of a university in Nampula. To this end, the study was carried out at a public university under the pseudonym Universidade Júlio César (UJC), and its general aim was to analyze the influence of the continuous pedagogical training of higher education teachers on the teaching-learning process. In more detail, we aimed to (a) describe the profile and competences expected of university teachers, (b) analyze how teachers use pedagogical knowledge in class, and (c) understand the contribution of the teachers' continuous pedagogical training to the teaching-learning process, from their point of view. In order to guide the study in terms of methodology and answer the research question, we opted to carry out a case study associated with a qualitative approach (to understand how meanings are constructed), adopting the interpretive paradigm, as this enables the researcher to understand the phenomenon as it is experienced and perceived by the participants, combined with techniques for collecting data.

Beef cattle producers require continuous and effective veterinary technical assistance, which allows them to increase their productive indexes and in this way be competitive in the supply of their products, in this case MEAT. In order for the producers to achieve improvements in these indexes, they must be trained in animal welfare, nutritional management, reproductive management, sanitary management and they must also know the different breeds of beef cattle, which are adapted to the different environmental conditions, thus achieving the goals established in the Trilogy of Production Systems of beef cattle, which are: What to Produce, How to Produce and How to Produce: What to Produce, How to Produce and Where to Produce.

In the following work we will talk about breast cancer, its stages and the methods that exist to detect it. We will look at the importance of breast self-examination, which will help us to detect breast cancer. We will also learn about the causes of breast cancer, with avoidable factors such as alcohol and other non-avoidable factors such as ageing. And finally we will see how it can be treated, what different diagnostic tests exist and what treatment options are most effective depending on the type of patient and the stage of the tumour.

This is a collective effort to interpret the impact of the punitive system on the insertion of inmates into society, employment and the family, but as the reader can already anticipate, it is a failed process. In Mexico, this book updates the state of the art to remind us of the reverse process in which successful systems are developed in a way that is contrary to what they should be in theory, although the authors manage to describe and explain the social readaptation of inmates who undergo treatment for their addictions and violence control.

A thymic epithelial tumor usually develops in the anterior mediastinum, close to several important structures and organs, such as the pericardium, large vessels, lungs and heart. When the tumor is small and in the early Masaoka stage, no invasion of surrounding adjacent organs occurs, and tumor resection in this case to is relatively easy to perform. Preoperatively, a suitable approach should be consideredbe considered, such as a conventional median sternotomy, or a minimally invasive approach.In advanced stages of Masaoka, or for large tumors of aggressive histological types (such as type B2/B3, or thymic carcinomas), invasion of adjacent organs may occur. In such cases, monobloc resection is generally considered difficult, and only incomplete resection is sometimes performed. Surgery alone in these patients often fails to control the disease or improve survival. A therapeutic strategy involving surgical treatment combined with multimodal therapy needs to be planned.

Time is the most valuable and scarce resource we have. How we manage our time, what we do with it, then becomes a fundamental question. Such is the proposal of this book: to delve and inquire into the need and importance of time management in schools, linking time, the managerial function, and awareness of the ideal, the perceived and the real. The purpose is to determine the influence and possible contribution of these factors to a thoughtful, conscious, objective and systematic management of a manager's time. The reader is invited to a critical and reflective path on these issues as a means to achieve effective and efficient time management.

Implant surgery aims to offer the patient with dental loss a new contour with dental rehabilitation that allows them to feel good again both functionally and aesthetically. The patients in dental procedures that most require a strict control of systemic conditions are those who will undergo surgical procedures, in this range are implant placements, highlighting that most of them are patients who have lost their teeth throughout their life, therefore, the age range is high. In the United States, the population of older adult patients requiring implant treatment is estimated at 12% and this figure is expected to reach 21% by 2030. This range of the population is the one that usually has the greatest involvement of other systemic pathologies; a review of the most important systemic changes in the implant candidate patient that should be considered before, during and after implant procedures will be presented in this book.

The possibility, but even more so the need for reparation by indigenous peoples in the face of the State's omission of prior consultation, has not been the subject of specific studies in the Colombian legal literature, as have other aspects related to the exercise of direct reparation or the right of ethnically differentiated communities to free, prior and informed consultation and consent. In this way, the present document, in general terms, gives an account of the background that allows illuminating the title proposed here: "Reparation to indigenous peoples for omission of prior consultation", whose review was guided by the treatment given in the academic field to three central aspects, namely: 1) the right to prior consultation; 2) reparation and 3) the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court. These are three elements that make it possible to base and orient the work around the above-mentioned title.

The aim of this book is to address the epidemiological training of medical students in accordance with the doctor's social role. The insufficient theoretical approach to epidemiological training was highlighted and modelled from the existing relationships between the contents of epidemiological training and the context of their training, in correspondence with the social determinants of health, which will allow the graduate to improve their epidemiological performance and thus fulfil the function of promoting health, preventing risks and diseases in the different training scenarios.

This research is based on a theoretical, historical and comparative study of the need to constitutionally enshrine municipal financial autonomy in Cuba as a function of the scope of greater local development. For this purpose, the historical, theoretical and comparative assumptions regarding the constitutional regulation of the principle of municipal financial autonomy and its link with local development are systematized. As one of the results, guidelines are proposed for the constitutional recognition of municipal financial autonomy in Cuba in pursuit of greater local development.

Over time, we have been able to see how people with some kind of disability have been increasing in society, especially in the case of those who are deprived of their liberty, often remaining in oblivion. These are people who are vulnerable when they are in a penitentiary centre, and in some places they have little support and material for their recovery. The aim of this paper is to compare the legislation and doctrine of Colombia, Spain and Mexico, in order to be able to contribute positive aspects to the legislation of each country, as well as to improve it.

The present work was carried out in SAGARPA DDR 143 Moctezuma, Sonora; developing the project analysis and Productive Evaluation of Sorghum Technological Packages in the mentioned section. Based on different techniques and strategies for data collection, within these, the predominant one was the survey, which was applied by telephone and personally, which included multiple choice questions, which was applied to the producers of the twelve municipalities that depend on the district. For the present investigation, bibliographic sources were used referring to the topics of administration, project evolution, agribusiness and others related to the research topic. Among the outstanding results was that the producers recognize their needs for support to arrive in time and form, since sometimes the economic importance is not in accordance with their needs for rainfed crops, which due to the climatic and territorial situations are the usual in the district. Greater promotion of the programs managed by the DDR is one of the main recommendations mentioned by the farmers.

Environmental education is a priority objective for the 21st century at all levels and modalities of the educational system and is a central concern of local and international organizations. However, there is still discussion about the most effective methods to achieve this goal, especially in higher education. The text presents the results of the implementation of the Case Study Method as a didactic strategy for the inclusion of the environmental approach in the training of civil engineers, obtained through a research carried out among five faculties of the National Technological University of Argentina. It offers reflections and suggestions for teachers who wish to apply the methodology, as well as concrete examples for its development in the classroom, adapted to different subjects and career levels.

The lacerating Catalan separatist conflict, which has been developing for several years now and taking an increasingly worrying turn, has become from the end of 2017, at least, a hot topic of European and international current affairs, thus exceeding the mere Spanish domestic scenario. Said conflict unequivocally questions the perception that we European citizens in general and French citizens in particular have about the current reality of Spain and Catalonia as well as its history and deep being. We intend to analyze this representation (which is usually quite stereotyped) based on the brief development proposed in this regard by a famous essayist and thinker of our country, Emmanuel Todd, in the context of a radio interview.

This brochure aims to provide the scientific community with updated data on a group of infarcted patients who have an adequate interval of application, in door-needle time, of recombinant streptokinase as a therapeutic modality, with the objective of demonstrating the early use of thrombolytic agents in the Municipal Intensive Care Unit of Nueva Paz, Mayabeque, Cuba. The early use of Cuban recombinant streptokinase in this condition has allowed a radical change in the evolution of patients and opens new perspectives for the treatment of other cardiovascular conditions.

The aim of this book is to analyse the advantages of the individual micro-entrepreneur (MEI) in the perception of entrepreneurs. A quantitative research method was used, using a questionnaire made up of fourteen questions applied to ten individual micro-entrepreneurs registered with the Accounting and Tax Support Centre at the Anhanguera College in Passo Fundo. The information obtained was identified through simple statistical analysis with content interpretation, indicated with commented graphs, the profile and the main reasons for entrepreneurs opting for formalisation. Based on the results found, it was indicated that formal workers have the possibility of issuing invoices, being entitled to social security, low taxes, proof of income without bureaucracy, issuing a licence over the internet, hiring an employee at a lower cost, among others. As well as identifying these advantages, we can see that the MEI is a way for people to leave the informal sector.
