This study shows the real importance of knowledge of the fundamentals of analysis, research interests, and the search for new fields, by using ways of maintaining low-cost equipment, using alternative materials, to make the use of this equipment feasible, because today the need for software is essential for certain analyses, both chemical and in other areas. The use of software in chemistry teaching fosters scientific and technological development, promoting interest in the natural sciences in an interdisciplinary way and applied to solving real problems, as well as promoting initiatives for attitudes that avoid the misuse of natural and technological resources.

The present study constitutes a general description with the purpose of providing guidelines for further research on the subject of relevant mistreatment and degrading treatment of children, with a focus on the difficulties of interpretation that arise as a result of the normative wording. One of the characteristics to highlight is the effort to complement the purely juridical sense of the institutions under study with the knowledge granted by related social sciences, such as sociology and psychology.

This document intends to suggest a change in the procedural system that governs and regulates the disciplinary sanctioning law of public servants in Colombia, such suggestion is intended to be achieved by first addressing a brief explanation of the origin of the sanctioning law or ius puniendi, its main substantive elements and regulatory principles, to then establish the undeniable relationship that exists between the procedural system at the time of applying the disciplinary sanctioning law and the criminal sanctioning law for public servants. In this way it will be possible to establish the notorious difference that currently exists between the same sanctioning law, that is, the simultaneous survival of the system that the doctrine has called inquisitorial, which regulates all disciplinary actions and the accusatory system that predominates in the criminal process.

From the moment man arises, the concern about different natural phenomena, such as: water, fire, wind, war and death, a fact that was associated with the work of the gods, offering a mystical justification, but as man evolves, he becomes a transforming agent of nature. With the development of science, man begins to give explanations to all these phenomena, including diseases and death, in many cases managing to modify the course of these phenomena thanks to scientific advances. However, despite the efforts of science in general, particularly medicine and biology, there are a group of diseases, including oncological diseases, which in the course of evolution have not been able to cure the patients. Neoplastic conditions, as a very important cause of morbidity and mortality.

This book presents a reflection by Ricardo Antunes in his book "The Privilege of Servitude" where he highlights the existence of a "Dialectic of Work" exposing the contradiction present in the act of working (since work, while emancipating, also alienates man, and at the same time that it liberates, it also enslaves man) and also presents Norbert Elias' view on paying taxes to the State and this reflection is brought up by Pierre Bourdieu in his book "On the State" where both agreed that paying taxes is extortion and therefore wondered how it is possible for extortion to become legitimate without being perceived as extortion? That's the question!

In this research project proposal, a transversal, descriptive, non-experimental research design is proposed, by means of a novel methodology present in the representations of linear and non-linear dynamic systems, with explanations that fall on qualitative aspects, by means of modeling with automata and computational simulation. Open at all times to mixed approaches or a series of quantitative expositions with correlational approaches and with the objective of through the recreation, as well as the analysis of a computational simulation, it is possible to verify a series of hypotheses in relation to the research problem to be addressed, that is to say, to find and support the possible relationship between the linear and nonlinear dynamic systems. To find and sustain the possible relationship about, if the learning phenomenon germinates and develops from consumption, in the different new digital platforms, as well as orthodox, contextualized and transcending as a social phenomenon of our century, and taking into account, mainly the contributions of the information theory as well as the self-organization in follow-up with the deepening of models that adhere to these themes.

Nowadays, there has been a vertiginous growth of the constitutional perspective in the key elements of our daily lives. The Constitutional outline always portrays the deontology of a society that perfects it in its main text, The Magna Carta. And its constitutionalizing dogma, namely its normative constitutional content. This unique phenomenon of dealing with constitutional content in the field of public law summa divisio has presented an emerging counterpoint in our day, namely constitutional content in our day supported by reformist and simplifying or heterodox perspectives, among other modalities of this segmentation. The purpose of the book is to reread the constitutional molds in order to determine whether we are facing pure constitutional public law or the constitutionalization of mixed private law. A reflection on the subject is timely in the field of constitutional law and aims to demystify the intricacies of this logic in pluranormativity of its constitutional internalities that encompass the public versus private relationship externalizes norms to the entire citizenry.

Remote sensing (RS) of agricultural production has a high potential to contribute to the management of irrigated rice crops. To analyse this hypothesis, six commercial fields in the western border of Rio Grande do Sul with the IRGA 424RI cultivar were monitored in the field during the 2016/17 harvest, recording the characteristics of the area, management procedures and the main stages of rice development throughout the cycle. The available images from the OLI sensor of the Landsat 8 satellite with less atmospheric interference between September 2016 and April 2017 were processed to obtain the vegetation index (NDVI) of the crops and colour compositions. The NDVI images were photointerpreted (30 m resolution) with the aid of the panchromatic band (15 m resolution) when necessary. Photointerpretation of the images throughout the cycle made it possible to infer the main characteristics of the area, the plots used in production, the uniformity of the crop, the irrigation channels, the progress of sowing and harvesting. It is concluded that RS can contribute to the management of irrigated rice crops, providing information that can be clearly associated with the truth in the field.

This book seeks to provide a brief historical contextualisation of art teaching in the city of Manaus, taking into account the universities that train art teachers and how the respective art courses were created. It will discuss art teaching in the city of Manaus, taking as its starting point teachers trained and not trained in art, hired or made permanent by the state and municipal education departments SEMED and SEDUC. The book is the result of a discussion with teachers and coordinators who contributed to the implementation of the art degree courses, highlighting their conceptions of art teaching through interviews. This book is suitable for art researchers and teachers, as well as critics, ministers and secretaries of education, since in the book I question why art teaching in our state is critical, and make suggestions for improvements to teaching in general. It is also suitable for arts activists and students whose aim is to build a better world through education.

Introduction: Neonatal respiratory distress (NRD) is a very common pathology of the neonatal period and is a major cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality.Objective: To study the incidence of neonatal respiratory distress in term neonates.Patients and Methods: retrospective study made in the department of pediatrics and neonatology CHU Bizerte over a period of 6 months for DRNN. Newborns between 37SA and 41SA+6J with immediate or secondary DRNN were included,Results: During the study period, 13.06% of term newborns were admitted for DRNN. The gender-ratio was 2.52, the mean gestational age was in the GA range between 38SA and 39SA, with a peak at 38SA, i.e. in 30.86% of cases, DRNN was predominant in eutrophic newborns, i.e. in 82.71% of cases. The pregnancy was complicated by dysgravidia in 34.56% (gestational diabetes in 24.69% of cases). Infectious anamnesis was positive in 29.63% of cases.Conclusion: DRNN is a frequent cause of hospitalization in term newborns. Caesarean delivery before the onset of labour appears to be a favourable factor.

Plant tissue culture, also known as in vitro micropropagation, is based on the technique of propagating plants from plant cells, tissues or organs in test tubes or similar glass containers. This propagation technique has gained prominence among the biotechnology techniques related to plant cultivation because, among other things, it improves the quality of the seedlings offered. However, one of the biggest problems related to tissue culture is the existence of various factors, whether biotic or abiotic, which are preponderant for the success or failure of the technique on a commercial scale. These factors include the origin of the explant, asepsis in the process, the nutrient medium used, the quality of the light supplied, the cultivation temperature, as well as the possibility of phenolic oxidation, vitrification and contamination of the material. Despite being crucial to the success of in vitro cultivation, these factors can be controlled by adapting them to the species being cultivated, as well as the cultivation methods used, which has significantly reduced losses in the seedling production process.

An updated review of the topics of acupuncture and herpes zoster ophthalmicus is given. New treatments for this entity from the western and traditional points of view are presented. Finally, a case report was presented on the follow-up of a patient who achieved spectacular results, relieving pain in the first acupuncture session and total healing in 6 days, with no sequelae.

We sought to investigate the effects of leukocytes and in vitro zinc therapy (2 and 6 mmol/l) on semen quality and seminal oxidative stress through a prospective study performed on 94 semen samples from patients attending the Laboratory of Cytogenetic and Reproductive Biology, Fattouma Bourguiba University Hospital (Monastir, Tunisia).The nitro blue tetrazolium test was carried out for superoxide anion estimation, the TUNEL (Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP Nick End Labeling) assay for DNA fragmentation and the acridine orange assay for DNA denaturation. Total antioxidant status and enzymatic antioxidants: superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were measured using an assay kit . Lipid peroxidation was evaluated by the Malondialdehyde production using the Thiobarbituric Acid method. Our study has shown that even a low amount of leukocytes may lead to sperm quality impairment whereas zinc may enhance sperm quality. For the treatment of leukocytospermia, zinc is recommended to be associated to antibiotics. Zinc seems to improve assisted reproductive techniques outcomes when added to embryo culture media.

This book proposes a better understanding of the didactics of professional development, which articulates three levels of analysis: macro (historical construction and social construction of activity knowledge), meso (institutional training and work arrangements) and micro (subjects' experience, individual dynamics): the didactic device. For to optimize educational intervention, it might be wise to start from where young people are, i.e., in the fullness of their references and beliefs, rather than, as is easily thought, in the emptiness of their ignorance. We also need to take into account, to a greater extent than is currently the case, the way in which knowledge is transformed, recomposed and reinvested with meaning by those who receive it, most often for utilitarian purposes. This reflection is based on the presentation of various didactic processes derived from empirical research carried out by the author.

The purpose of this book is to provide information on the perception that patients hospitalized in the gynecology service have about the treatment, attention and care provided by the nursing staff.By measuring the patients' perception of the attention and care, it is possible to provide useful information to understand or predict the patient's behavior. This will not only allow the development of a closer relationship with the patient, but will also contribute to identify, analyze, and evaluate the problems or situations that generate dissatisfaction with the nursing care process and to define and promote the necessary preventive and/or corrective measures to improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided.

Guaranteeing freedoms is an undeniable fact of life in today's increasingly democratic world. It is indeed difficult nowadays for violations of people's rights and freedoms to be perpetrated anywhere without mechanisms being put in place to denounce them. In fact, several mechanisms have now been put in place to guarantee people's rights and freedoms, including jurisdictional mechanisms. This reality, which is perceptible in most regions of the world, is not unknown to CEMAC. This justifies the study on "The community judge and the guarantee of freedoms in the CEMAC zone". To carry out this study, we asked ourselves: what are the mechanisms put in place by the community judge to guarantee freedoms in the CEMAC zone? To provide an anticipated answer to this question, it appeared that the CEMAC community judge participates in guaranteeing the freedoms of CEMAC populations exclusively through judicial mechanisms.

Adoption implies the creation of a substitute or additive filiation. Whether you're the adopter or the adoptee, the transition from one family to another brings with it a host of psychological manifestations. Distress, sadness, anguish, rejection, acting out, etc., all come into play. If these various manifestations constitute a search for help for the child, they don't always seem to be properly interpreted by the adopter and certain professionals in the adoption clinic.

The Douala 3 district today covers 16,814 hectares and is home to a population of around 1,936,994 (BUCREP, 2005). It is experiencing unprecedented urban sprawl. At the same time, population growth is contributing to an increase in the production of household waste, the approximate management of which is having repercussions on the population via the environment. These populations dump waste in waterways, on public roads, and create piles of rubbish in neighborhoods, which is at the origin of various risks. The aim of this study is to assess the environmental stakes of the household waste management system in the Douala 3 district, using a holistic-systemic approach based on documentary research, surveys, interviews and field observations. The aim of this research was to reduce the social and environmental impact of poor household waste management in Douala 3.

Sepsis is a global public health challenge. The q-SOFA was proposed at the 3rd Sepsis Consensus to identify infected patients with an unfavorable prognosis. This single-center retrospective cohort study included 51 hospitalized patients from January 01, 2014 to June 31, 2018 at the CHN. We collected and analyzed demographic, clinical, therapeutic and outcome data. Qualitative variables were described as frequencies and proportions, and quantitative variables as means and standard deviations. The AUC was calculated to determine the discriminating power of SIRS and q-sofa at the 95% confidence interval.Sepsis is a real problem in our environment. The q-sofa can be used to identify infections with a poor prognosis (sepsis).

This paper aims to investigate the social cause that motivated the creation of legal norms in relation to the demarcation of indigenous lands and the resulting social repercussions, thus establishing a relationship between social reality and the set of legal norms. The work's analysis is based on theoretical research. A bibliographical review discusses the state's treatment of indigenous rights and demonstrates the importance of recognizing legal pluralism in order to guarantee ethnic diversity in the country. In order to elucidate this plurality, the Raposa Serra do Sol indigenous land is used as a case study. The judgment of the case by the Federal Supreme Court has become a major benchmark in terms of the rights of indigenous peoples, revealing debates that have called into question the principles and values that were in force until then, testing the commitment of the Federal Constitution to give effect to the rights of indigenous peoples.

This study, on "The right to the image of the deceased in the Democratic Republic of the Congo", raised a number of questions: What is the scope of the right to the image under Congolese law? What about deceased persons? By way of hypothesis, we have said that the content of the right to image is superficially governed by the constitution of the Democratic Republic of Congo of February 18, 2006, in its article 31, since it emphasizes respect for privacy.Indeed, with the development of the Internet, it's becoming easier and easier to take photos and distribute them worldwide. What many people are unaware of is that individuals and personal property are protected by a rigorous right to image. Violations are innumerable, but not all go unpunished. The right to one's image could therefore be a right that everyone has over their own image or that of their private property.

Free choice of political leaders is the hallmark of democratic regimes. Elections are regularly held to ensure the circulation of elites. With a view to enhancing the value of the people, citizens are called upon to choose from a number of candidates the one capable of meeting their expectations. This is because sovereignty belongs to the people or the nation in democratic states. Electoral competition is therefore a logical consequence of political pluralism. This explains the invasion of the political field by numerous political entrepreneurs, whose competitive capacity remains dependent on the resources they can mobilize. Taking part in an election requires considerable resources, especially when it's a major national election such as the presidential election. Presidential elections are a key moment in the political life of democratic states. It's the opportunity to choose, according to the rules of the political game, the main leader of the state. That's why it's so important.

The struggle of women for equal rights in Ecuador has been marked by the difference known as "gender gap", which does not allow their economic independence and thus does not allow them to achieve a better quality of life, so the application of an essential tool called entrepreneurship as a proposal for the development of the peripheral sectors of Ecuador and thus to improve the social and economic situation of each of the users of CIBV, that is to say, to potentiate the valorization of their knowledge, capacities and abilities, turning them into women producers and contributing to the decrease of unemployment through the creation of jobs with these innovative enterprises.

This project is a Final Degree Project in Social Work, based on the analysis of social interactions among peers in the school context of a kindergarten classroom. We analyze these interactions through qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interview and sociometric techniques, to detect students who are rejected and proceed to the development of an action plan, with the aim of improving the social climate of the classroom in general, and to promote the integration of these students in particular. In this action plan, we will find activities related to play and dance, as a resource for personal development and social inclusion and we will end with an analysis of the results obtained and a series of conclusions that make visible the importance of social work in the educational field.

Sefevid Iran was a constant focus of attention for Europeans, especially the French of the XV¿¿th century. In this book, we have studied Iranian society according to the travel accounts of the traveler-traders named Jean Chardin and Jean-Baptiste Tavernier, as these two travel accounts are considered true resources of Sefevid Iran. Fascinated by the strangeness and diversity of manners and customs, the two great travel writers gave marvellous images of the country in the Sefevid era after their long stay. We have meticulously described Sefevid Iran from the point of view of these two travelers, from various political, social, religious, cultural and historical aspects, such as the state, the public, religions, beliefs, festivals and the country's artistic and architectural flourishing.

Human beings, due to their social nature, need to know the laws that govern their conduct in society. In this way he will regulate his conduct according to the law in force, being able to foresee the consequences of his acts. For his development in society he needs security over his life and property. Hence, security is a supreme value of the law and constitutes its immediate purpose. Without predictability of rules and laws it would be impossible to make contracts, nor would it be possible to know what to expect from the actions of others, nor from the public authorities. Uncertainty would reign and life in society would not be possible. Within the specialized framework of legal certainty, the land registry and the Latin-style notary's office are institutions of preventive legal certainty that prevent or reduce litigation. In turn, important registry principles have a direct impact on the achievement of preventive legal certainty of a given registry system.

The specific objective of public procurement is to improve the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of public ordering. These three famous notions of the objectives of public procurement should be achieved through competitive tendering, which should lead in principle to the selection of the most economically advantageous offer. Our study consisted in analyzing the contribution of public procurement procedures to the performance of construction companies. In other words, we sought to identify the degree of non-control and lack of transparency in procurement procedures, in order to propose appropriate solutions. This is a research project with a mixed methodological approach. We adopted a positivist epistemological stance and a deductive approach. The research involved 100 construction companies and 25 public-sector entities. Data collection techniques included questionnaire administration, document analysis and observation.

Global structural analysis methods aim to determine, firstly, the internal forces and, secondly, the deformed state of a given structure subjected to a given combination of actions. These internal forces and displacements are essential for structural design. The present work is a contribution to the global analysis of hyperstatic structures using the cut-off (or force) method. The general equation of the cut-off method uses flexibility coefficients which are determined by Mohr's integrals or tables giving the result of these integrals directly (Veretchaquine's method). These tables are therefore an indispensable tool for implementing the force method.

The challenge is to break with the paradigm that only formal authorities at the local or municipal level can and should intervene in the solution of neighborhood and community conflicts. It invites to action and is the central purpose of this work. Through the experience acquired, a reflection and analysis is shown on the links of cooperation or conflict in the local and community spheres, having as axis the community mediation from the point of view of Social Work and the third sector. This article is the result of the systematization of a professional practice of a master's degree in conflict resolution and mediation in a City Hall of Mexico City. It shows how social conflicts that arise in the communities are managed and dealt with on a daily basis. What methodologies are used in conflict resolution, and what perspectives does community mediation have in the management of social conflicts.
