The central focus of this research is poetry made in a computer environment, as well as a conceptualization and exemplification perspective. During the development of this critical product, the triadic semiotic relationship established between poetry, the arts, science and technology will be addressed in the process of promoting the digital poem and other computerized poetic forms. In this context, this work is justified by the fact that the internet is a contemporary instrument that increases the number of combinatorial possibilities, as well as the accessibility and dissemination of works. It creates a new relational structure between poet and reader, both in the production of the poem and in its reception and interaction between the two subjects. This results in a new perspective between them, now composed of author-machine-programmer-reader, enabling the creation of alternative poetry that circulates in the electro-electronic-digital space.

The objective of this work was to evaluate the morphological and physiological quality indicators of Pinus hartwegii L. and Pinus douglasiana Martinez by the effect of preconditioning in the nursery, as well as to determine the percentage of survival. For the nursery phase, plants were selected for each forest species, which were transplanted and maintained in a preconditioning process in order to evaluate the morphological and physiological indicators of each species. In the field phase, the preconditioned seedlings were established in the field in order to evaluate their survival rate in the field. Finally, there is evidence that each pine species responds differently to preconditioning, so it is important to identify and know the factors that affect the quality of nursery plants for each species and thus improve their percentage of survival and development in the field.

This book covers a monograph based on a case study in which the patient underwent physiotherapeutic treatment with gamma therapy. The patient volunteered for the treatment after suffering a trauma to his ankle. The study was carried out because of the need to assess static and dynamic balance in a person who had suffered a traumatic ankle injury, and the sequelae that affected their regular day-to-day activities. Lasiodiplodia theobromae is a cosmopolitan, polyphagous and opportunistic fungus with little pathogenic specialisation that infects plant species in tropical and temperate regions, causing the most varied symptoms. It is a member of the order Sphaeropsidales with greyish-white mycelium and aggregated dark pycnidia. These pycnidia contain spores that can reach 30 ¿m in length, up to 15 ¿m wide, and vary in colour from hyaline when young to dark brown when mature. The tropical fruit trees most commonly affected by this pathogen are cashew, mango, anonaceae, coconut, Spondias, banana, aceroleira and sapodilla. The growing expansion of diseases caused by L. theobromae in tropical fruit trees has caused invaluable losses, both in the production system and in post-harvest, representing a threat to fruit growing in the Brazilian Northeast. Hence the need for basic knowledge about the biology and interaction of the pathogen with host plants.

Since its independence in 1960, Mali has given pride of place to the French language. It is present in every branch of Malian administration, including schools, the justice system, health care, politics, the media and all the institutions of the Republic. For the most part, however, French is associated with the written word, modernity and administration, while the national languages are dedicated to orality, conviviality and daily life. With the promulgation of the new Constitution resulting from the referendum of June 18, 2023, French is no longer the official language of Mali, as stated in the 1992 Constitution, but only a working language. According to article 31 of the new constitution, "The national languages are the official languages of Mali" and "French is the working language". The text does not specify which national languages will henceforth be the official languages of Mali, but indicates that an organic law "determines the conditions and modalities of their use".

Primary prevention of COVID-19 among healthcare workers must be based on risk assessment and the introduction of appropriate measures. Our study showed that healthcare workers had sufficient knowledge and a positive attitude towards COVID-19. Consequently, healthcare workers must continue to enjoy the right to decent, healthy and safe working conditions in the context of COVID-19. The continuous dissemination of information on prevention and protection against COVID-19 to all healthcare workers promotes healthy working conditions and better management of the risks associated with this pandemic. Healthcare establishments must therefore have occupational health programs in conjunction with infection prevention and control programs.

The President of the Republic is a pivotal institution in DR Congo. He is the central political figure. As such, the Constitution grants him powers that he either exercises alone or shares with the Prime Minister, head of government. However, the constitutional powers attributed to the President of the Republic are likely to go beyond the constitutional framework and into the real world. These powers can either be enlarged or narrowed, depending on the majority fact. The present work therefore analyzes each of the majority facts in the Congolese context, and their impact on the scope of the powers of the President of the Republic.

The research aimed to explore, describe and update the sexual mythology proposed by the Salvadoran social psychologist Ignacio Martín-Baró. In addition, it attempted to describe the relationship between sexual socialisation and sexual mythology. The participants were six (6) female university students and eight (8) male university students between the ages of 18 and 21. The data collection technique was focus groups. Content analysis was used to organise the verbalisations, document findings and subsequently draw conclusions.

The Contribution of Cashew Industry Associations to the Social Development of Communities in the District of Mogovolas, in the Province of Nampula in Mozambique is associated with the economic and social facts of the country, given that cashews play a role in the unfolding of the development history of the Mozambican nation, having been the determining crop that allowed the paradigm shift from PRE to PRES development and, currently, the encouragement of SMEs, which are confused in their embryonic form with the associations. In this context, based on the assumption that the country's policy guidelines encourage groups to organise themselves into associations so that the surplus can not only be used to support themselves, but also as a way of placing it on the market. The research was carried out in the five administrative posts of the Mogovolas District, based on semi-structured interviews with the existing association groups, which allowed this manual to be embodied. The SEVIFI Expert Group (2017) defines violence by children against parents as a set of recurrent forms of physical, psychological or economic violence directed at parents or surrogates. This does not take into account one-off assaults, assaults that occur in a state of blackout and disappear upon recovery, assaults caused by psychological disorders, and patricide without a history of previous assaults. In 2016 alone, 4,355 cases of such violence were registered in Spain, which is a very high figure if all unregistered but existing cases are taken into account. The aim of this study is to collect information on risk and protective factors from the literature for a subsequent forensic psychological evaluation of a case of child-parent violence.

The question of access to land raises a crucial issue around the notion of gender, which remains complex in terms of definition despite the fact that it is at the heart of many legal discussions and debates on the effective application of texts. The reality is that in Africa in general, and in Senegal in particular, access to land is less favorable to the most vulnerable sections of society, including women.
