Research in Administration

This book is entitled "RESEARCH IN ADMINISTRATION: LIBRARY STUDIES" and was organized by Professor Dr. Louise de Lira Roedel Botelho, Professor Dr. Marcelo Macedo and Master Fabiano Kapelinski. The book includes four chapters from the compilation of Course Conclusion Papers, presented to the Administration course at the Federal University of the Southern Frontier (UFFS) - Cerro Largo Campus/RS, in the 2nd semester of 2022. The topics covered in the chapters are bibliometric studies from 2011 to 2021 on organizational envy, work motivation, customer satisfaction in relation to companies in the retail sector and participatory management in different types of organizations.
