The Forensic Perspective as an emerging category of forensic sciences, promises to be on the one hand the epistemology of the forensic and on the other hand its methodology; so that society, especially the states have a way of knowing the violence that occurs within their social relations and a methodology to address this process of knowledge. In the case of gender-based violence, among other forms of violence, it is essential to broaden the basis of forensic analysis beyond the primary cellular repair, integrating the advances that have been achieved in the understanding of the health-disease process and developments in human rights. It is in this context where the comparison between Female Genital Mutilation/Ablation and Biopolymer Infiltration provides us with a material basis that allows us to elucidate the components of a forensic perspective on GBV in general and in particular on these two forms of domination over the body and sexuality of women that occurs on both sides of the Colombian ethnic border.

The avifauna is considered an indicator of environmental quality of a place, due to its great ecological and taxonomic variety. This is why knowing the richness of bird species in a region and their status is very important in terms of conservation. The study was carried out from January 2015 to December 2017 and 125 species were recorded, distributed in 38 families and 18 orders. Some of these species are mentioned in the CITES appendices or in the regulations to the Wildlife Law, resolution: R-SINAC-CONAC-092-2017, also, according to the IUCN, three of them are near threatened and one with vulnerable populations. In our country, the greatest richness and diversity of birds occurs in humid or very humid tropical forests, typical in the South Pacific area. Similarly, an important factor in the species richness of the study site are the different types of ecosystems found, since these satisfy the ecological requirements of various species. It can be concluded that Monterrey supports the ecological needs of an interesting avifauna, and that there are still some species of which most of their biology and threats are unknown.

The subject of ADMINISTRATION II is part of the propaedeutic training, which aims that students identify the importance of the company as a driver of contemporary economic and social development of a country, as well as the different purposes it pursues, the resources it manages, the areas that comprise it and how it is influenced by the impact of globalization, corroborating all this in an ongoing business in order to obtain the knowledge and skills that allow them to generate a business project applicable in their community. In the General Baccalaureate, we seek to consolidate and diversify learning and performance, broadening and deepening the development of skills related to the disciplinary field of HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES, which promotes the subject of ADMINISTRATION II. All of the above is important for the success of the subject of Administration 2, and will result in the ability and skill to design a complete learning strategy with activities, resources, educational materials, learning environments and products that really help students and teachers to develop competencies.

This work analyses the tragic reality of human trafficking in order to provide an investigation into the construction of alternatives to combat this crime. It analyses the modalities of human trafficking and how this type of illicit business develops, especially in countries where socio-economic inequality promotes the development of illicit businesses such as drugs, arms and, of course, human trafficking. It looks at the international system for combating human trafficking, with a study of the measures taken at both national and international level to tackle this major global problem. It investigates the ineffectiveness of international legislation and the need for new measures to tackle this challenge and find more effective solutions. It briefly analyses the difficulties and limitations encountered in protection at international level and comments on them. It concludes with proposals for combating poverty and social inequalities as a way of protecting the groups most vulnerable to human trafficking.

Coastal regions range from the continental shelf to estuarine systems, comprising complex ecosystems, with the interaction of several climatic, geomorphological and biological variables and processes. Extensive macroalgae banks are found on rocky shores in the infralittoral zone, these algae are considered ecosystem "engineers", as they are important primary producers enhancing marine benthic richness and diversity. Variations occur in their extension according to the variation of the slope structure and texture of the rocky coast and the local hydrodynamics, more than increasing the substrate of fixation of the organisms, the macroalgae banks serve as shelter and food source. The brown macroalgae(Sargassum) have a wide distribution in tropical and subtropical regions, are characterized by having branched fronds and varied length, due to this structural complexity, macroalgae have a high richness and diversification of marine invertebrates with emphasis on species of mollusks and crustaceans among them the spider crab(Epialtus brasiliensis).

Colombia is the country with the second highest homicide rate in Latin America, due among others to the internal armed conflict that has existed for decades and the homicide rate has not decreased since 2014, it is also the third highest rate worldwide. This research seeks to know through statistics the behavior of homicides for men, women and minors in the last five years. Homicides will be analyzed by the type of instruments, such as knife, firearm, explosives and blunt weapons, in the departments of Antioquia, Atlántico, Bolívar, Córdoba, Cundinamarca and Valle del Cauca, the data were analyzed by means of a shapiro Wilk test, ANOVA. Confidence limits were found for homicides projected for the year 2023 and will be between 10,552 and 13,540 homicides by December 31, 2023.

The present work is the realization of a research carried out with three transgender people who undertook intentional processes of feminization of the body through different processes. This research, qualitative in nature, implied the objective of describing and analyzing the ways of configuration of personal and affective meaning, the social significance and the interactive implications of such a situation. It is developed from the interpretative analysis thus giving way to the expressive richness of the testimonies and the depth of subjectivity in each of the persons, approaching diverse social meanings in the individual singularity. In this way, the investigative exercise approaches the experiences of such transgender people that involve interventions and transformations in the body and, their words give account of how the personal-affective sense that is at stake in the modification, is produced in the desired construction of the body that appropriates femininity, sitting on its flesh a different reality, opening multiple possibilities, exhibiting alternate sensibilities and filtering other differences.

The research was developed during the 2021 school year, at Amalia Simoni Elementary School in Nuevitas, aimed at the elaboration of multimedia educational activities that favor reading comprehension in 4th grade students. In the elaboration of the theoretical foundation, the author takes as reference previous researches and works carried out by outstanding exponents of national and foreign educational sciences. The causes that affect the problem are determined, which are verified through different research methods and techniques that made possible the detection of difficulties and the results are offered. In order to contribute to the solution of the problem, the author proposes multimedia educational activities that favor reading comprehension in 4th grade students. The practical significance of the research developed is ratified by the results obtained.

This book is a retro prospective and descriptive study covering a 25-month period from January 1, 2020 to February 28, 2022. The retrospective period ran from January 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021, and the prospective period from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2020.Over the study period, we recorded 82 cases of post-treatment complications of traditional closed limb trauma. The mean age was 7.01 years, with extremes of 4 months and 15 years. The male sex was the most represented, with a sex ratio of 2.03. Over 76.8% of patients lived in urban areas. The cause of injury was a domestic accident in 69.5% of cases. The segment most affected was the forearm in 28.0% of cases. We noted 12.2% cases of multi-segment trauma. Massage of the traumatized segments was performed in 97.6% of patients, and 15.0% of our patients were treated by their own parents. In 25.6% of cases, the time to hospital was more than 2 months.

The cycles that were born from equilibrium and that allowed the development of nature in all its aspects are being affected by human action, causing consequences that increase with each step and could become irreversible. For this reason it is urgent to create awareness in society, through education and reflection can begin to understand how to confront or counteract these changes. Hence this project was born, with the aim of creating an experience of bonding and understanding of nature that comes to generate awareness in the user, through navigation between the different areas inside the museum. By helping to understand the phenomena, feel them and live them, the visitor will be able to acquire knowledge based on their interaction, obtaining different perspectives during this experience. The proposed connection between the areas is mainly physical, however the emotional connection between nature and the respect generated by knowing it is the greatest connection that the project can offer between the inside and outside of the museum.

The monograph is devoted to the characteristic feature of the science of language of the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries - the orientation towards the transition from the description of language as a system ("in itself and for itself") to the idea of language as one of the most expressive ways of fixing human knowledge about the world and about himself, i.e. language as a "part of man". This was expressed in attempts to consider language units in a broad cultural context - in the aspect of language's participation in the creation of spiritual culture and the participation of spiritual culture in the formation of language.

This book analyzes the world of drug trafficking, mainly focused on the Americas in the 21st century, using a qualitative methodology, focusing on bibliographic and documentary analysis. The book is divided into four main chapters. First, the reader is introduced to the basic concepts of drug trafficking and how this activity is socially constructed, giving a sociological view of this topic. Secondly, the main drugs that the drug trafficking market commercializes are analyzed, analyzing them and showing the effects that they produce in the organism of the person who consumes them. Third, the main transnational organized crime groups linked to drug trafficking that are currently operating in the Americas are also analyzed, with a description of each of them. Finally, a brief study is made of the life stories of the main criminals who command these groups, so that the reader can have a complete vision of the world of drug trafficking and its criminals.

It is impossible to talk about Paulo Freire's understanding of education without referring to and dwelling on an intrinsic part of it: his "Literacy Method". He proposes and encourages the insertion of illiterate adults into their social and political context, into their reality, promoting an awakening to full citizenship and social transformation. His ideas were born in the context of the Brazilian Northeast from the 1950s onwards, where half of its 30 million inhabitants were illiterate, with the predominance of colonialism and all the experiences imposed by a reality of oppression, imposition, limitations and many needs. Paulo Freire's literacy method is the result of many years of Freire's work and reflections in the field of education, especially adult education in proletarian and sub-proletarian regions, both urban and rural, in Pernambuco. The Paulo Freire method encourages the literacy/education of adults through the discussion of their life experiences with each other, the participants of the same experience, through theme/words that generate the students' reality, which is decoded for the acquisition of the written word and the understanding of the world.

The work of the Marist Migrant Support Center (CAMMI) is an initiative of the Marist University of Queretaro, which provides in its facilities a place where you can have direct contact with migrants and applicants for refugee status that require safe and dignified space that provides relief to their transit through the city of Queretaro. It began activities in March 2014 in a simple manner and with the clear objective of improving as much as possible the mobility conditions of migrant women, men, youth and children who transit or are integrated into the dynamics of the city of Querétaro; not only in material terms but with a view to generate in local society a serious understanding of migration and, therefore, a more humane and non-discriminatory environment.

The research was developed during the school year 2008 - 2009, at the Polytechnic Institute ¿Mario Herrero Toscanö of Nuevitas. It is aimed at contributing to the learning of unit # 6 orthogonal projections of the subject Construction Drawing. The author takes as a reference research and previous works carried out by prominent pedagogues and normative documents of the Ministry of Education, which address learning. The causes of the problem are determined, through different methods and techniques that made possible the diagnosis and characterization of the real situation of the current state of learning. To contribute to the solution of the problem, the author proposes a system of tasks. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the learning of the unit of orthogonal projections is approached for the first time at the Polytechnic Institute "Mario Herrero Toscano".

More and more people are talking about GMOs and the pros and cons of manufacturing them. Transgenics are indeed a great advance in biotechnology and can bring many advantages in terms of productivity and the nutritional value of food. However, the risks need to be properly assessed and controlled, which requires ongoing research and widespread dissemination of the results. Faced with the impact of new technologies and possibilities, society needs time to reflect and assimilate new knowledge and new technologies.

The research was developed in the IP "Mario Herrero Toscano" of Nuevitas municipality, with the objective of elaborating multimedia educational activities that contribute to the learning of the contents of Unit 2 of the subject Basic Mechanics I, in the 1st year students of the Industrial Mechanics specialty. It corresponds to the main scientific problems identified at national level and to the transformations of Technical and Vocational Education aimed at raising the quality of the Professional Pedagogical Process (PPP). The multimedia educational activities elaborated constitute an alternative to solve difficulties in Unit 2 based on the scientific, technical and methodological foundations that guide the use of multimedia educational activities in the pedagogical context.

The author takes as a reference research and previous works carried out by outstanding pedagogues and normative documents of the Ministry of Education, as well as of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security that deal with training and professional orientation. The causes of the problem are determined, through different methods and techniques that made possible the diagnosis and characterization of the real situation of the current state of the results of the training process of departmental teachers. In order to contribute to the solution of the problem, the author proposes a system of actions. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that it addresses for the first time the training of teachers of Civil Construction for the direction of technical professional guidance from the planning, execution and control of the proposed system of actions.

Interest lies at the heart of all social and international relations. It is both a unifying or socializing factor and a source of division or conflict. In this study, after reviewing this notion throughout history, we highlight the relationship between common interest and particular interest. This relationship, which in principle should be regulated by positive law, transcends the legal framework due to the inadequacy of the available supply of public goods in relation to the strong demand from citizens, and due to the neo-patrimonialist management of these public goods by African heads of state. The result is the interference of illegal factors in the distribution or redistribution of public goods. These include personal relationships based on ethno-tribal, family, religious, political or regional affiliations in African countries. This situation creates feelings of frustration, discrimination and injustice among the citizens who are its victims. It is therefore necessary to promote merit and create more jobs through entrepreneurship.

Despite the introduction and spread of modern medicine, people's attachment to traditherapy remains as strong as ever. Tunisia seems to be no exception to this rule, with traditherapy as a solution to physical and mental health problems deeply rooted in its culture. One of its main practices is 'Roqya'.The aim of the present study was to describe the socio-demographic and clinical profile of the population using 'Râqy' traditherapy, to determine the factors that may influence this type of practice and their potential impact on the population.This was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study, spread over two months (November-December 2020), covering the Tunisian population, using standardized data collection tools: GAD-7, PHQ-9. The results of this study show that the use of traditherapy remains a topical issue. This attachment to traditional "medicine" demonstrates the importance of socio-cultural beliefs in many populations.

Thedescription of the situation of Bolivia during the last few years regarding the export of quinoa to the international market specifically in 2015 where the boom and the quinoa Boom for Bolivia began, then it goes on to analyze the exports of neighboring countries such as Peru and Ecuador which were the states that surpassed or stripped Bolivia of the first place as the top producer and exporter worldwide, in addition to describing the favorable numbers for Peru and Ecuador in terms of quinoa exports will be identified because these countries in an accelerated manner had produced or had the possibility of meeting the needs of international markets in terms of quinoa, continuing with the work describes the current situation of Bolivia since 2018 where an agreement with the country of China is presented in order to improve exports to that country, getting to know the current situation until the year 2021.Finally, what are the roles and duties of the different types of governments, whether central, departmental, municipal or regional, to promote the cultivation and production and export of this grain.

Nursing care in prenatal care has been recognized as an effective strategy in promoting maternal and child health. The present study aims to understand the nursing care performed during prenatal care in a Basic Health Unit in the municipality of Pindaré-Mirim. This is a descriptive study, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, on nursing care performed with 28 pregnant women. The results show that 71.43% of pregnant women are between 18 and 30 years old, 75% of them are single, 50% have only high school, 53.7% have 3 or more children. The findings indicate that 56.7% and 43.3% respectively refer to "excellent" care and access at the UBS. As for satisfaction, 46.7% of the participants had revealed "excellent" and 78.6% reported no problems in relation to appointment time and location of services. The present study concludes by calling the attention of public authorities and health professionals to adopt measures that speed up the appointment process and expand the coverage of services in more remote geographical areas, contributing to the improvement of prenatal care for pregnant women.

This work deals with the management of the various health corps, from professors to ordinary employees, who work in public health establishments in Algeria, and their status, rights and duties under Algerian regulations.This work is based on current legislation and on my modest experience in the administrative management of a public health establishment.

In view of the above, here we are at the end of the Information Analysis Study Method I course. The aim is to represent the information circulating in a certain Company by means of models based on three levels of abstraction. It is important, and even extremely important, to note that this book is approached in the first part, that of the study of the existing situation, through the construction of a conceptual data model, the conceptual processing model and finally the organizational processing model. At the start of this syllabus, we emphasized the simple fact that we are not detailing the different parts of an analysis (MERISE) here, as this will have its effect in the second part, that relating to the design of the IIS, which is the computerized information system. In the latter, we are now thinking about the implementation of an application that we need to develop. The foreign exchange market sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo is regulated by a number of laws, instructions and measures issued by the BCC. These instruments relate to the regulatory powers of the Banque Nationale du Congo with regard to foreign exchange regulation, set the rate and terms of collection of the foreign exchange hedging premium on long-term foreign currency loans, and regulate domestic and foreign currency transactions in the DRC. When we speak of the regulation of foreign exchange markets, we imply the intervention of the State to give price and value to its currency in relation to foreign currencies. Admittedly, in the DRC, this currency exchange sector, although regulated, is confronted with structural or organizational problems, in the sense that exchange operations are carried out everywhere and by everyone. Hence the solutions envisaged in this book, with a view to providing an appropriate framework for foreign exchange markets in the DRC.
