The Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital is part of one of the most important health care networks in the country. "The Sabogal Health Care Network, which is made up of twenty-three hospitals and polyclinics in the area of Lima-North and Norte Chico, hence its importance and significance at the national level. The Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital is the base of this network in the district of Callao, and its outpatient gynecology area is of great concurrence, since there is a high degree of referral to it, since the emergency or specialized care in the various polyclinics of the network is always referred largely to this area of the hospital in the district of the first port.Sabogal Hospital is an institution that serves insured and entitled patients on a daily basis. At present, the hospital serves workers, employees and professionals of the first port, being in the current situation in which the number of insured employees and professionals is increasing, with very high expectations of care.

In this work we determined the relationship between the population structure of Espeletia grandiflora and its sexual propagation in a disturbed sector of the Chisacá páramo (Sumapaz N.N.P.), in order to generate a baseline for studies that allow its conservation and restoration in disturbed areas. The population surrounding the Los Tunjos lagoon was sampled through plots, where E. grandiflora has a large supply of seeds, with low dispersal and seasonal germination rate, which forms a seed bank with regenerative potential due to its dormancy. The reduced survival rate of the seedlings and the longevity of its mature individuals, allows determining the species as a non-pioneer ecotype. Research like this in the ecology of high mountain populations is necessary given the environmental and social problems of our páramos and constitutes a tool for projects of organizations that are willing to work for the conservation and management of natural resources.

Cervical-uterine cancer (CaCu) is a multifactorial disease of dissemination with greater depth in the cervix and is the main neoplasm associated with human papillomavirus (HPV). Low grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LIEBG) and high grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LIEAG) are precancerous dysplasias that progress to CaCu. Phosphorylation is an MPP that plays an important role in the cell, its main function is to activate and inactivate proteins, where many of these proteins are involved in cell division, proliferation, cell death, apoptosis, among others. The amino acids that undergo phosphorylation modification are serines, threonines and tyrosines. It has been shown that changes in the phosphorylation states of tyrosine residues are closely related to tumor formation and malignancy. To our knowledge, changes in phosphorylation at serine residues in cancer, specifically in CaCu and precursor lesions, have not been studied. In this work we detected the phosphorylation status of proteins in serine residues, according to the degree of lesion by HPV infection.

Behind the sport, by imperative of several legislations, there is an institutionality that serves for its organized exercise, generically called sports clubs, which in the first instance and almost without exceptions were born and remain catalogued as private non-profit institutions. The times, more and more devoted to the "mercantile sense", have changed, and with them, the reality of sports institutions. It is no longer strange to observe how sports clubs have huge and ever-increasing annual budgets, worthy of any international company, which serve to satisfy an uncontrolled frenzy of spending on players, high debts and investments of dubious profitability, which have led to a general feeling of impunity due, in large part, to the lack of accountability that organizations of this type have. The objective of this paper is to study the legal figure of the Sociedad Anónima Deportiva in Ecuadorian and international legislation and to offer it as a new organizational structure to replace the old non-profit organization.

The realisation of early visual stimulation in children with low vision brings many benefits to their development, leading this individual to have a completely normal life, when it is not associated with some other disability, when it has more than one disability this subject will have the most limited development, occurring according to its possibilities, but there is evolutionary progress of the picture. Therefore, the need for children with low vision to be accompanied by a multidisciplinary team that must be aligned with the family, which will play the most important role within the framework of their child (a) because it will be monitoring and passing on information among professionals.

This research manuscript aims to express the demand of the context where professionals in the business sciences develop, seeking to identify the main competencies, knowledge, technical and transversal skills that a professional in the area of business administration needs to have, for which an analysis of the training demand and its trends is made in such a way that it provides the necessary inputs for the adequacy of the study contents to improve the training offer of professionals and, on the contrary, it does not constitute a study of the labor market in the area. The document presents the systematized results on the characteristics and training requirements in the area, at regional and global level. The information was obtained through the opinions of professionals from the public and private sectors, both professionals in function, employing entities, unemployed professionals, key informants working in companies and institutions in the area.

The medieval period is also known as the "dark ages", in reference to the ecclesiastical focus on metaphysical and theological reflection. However, several authors stand out for their numerous contributions to the most varied fields of knowledge. In this book I seek to highlight aspects that demystify this period of human history, showing that it is not only a period of faith and intolerance, but also a fertile time for philosophical and scientific reflection.

This research, now published in book form, was developed as a small contribution to the updating of the Theory of the Two Circuits of the Urban Economy, elaborated by Milton Santos. Its focus was on the lower circuit, observing its articulations with the upper circuit, in the contemporary period, taking as reference the formal commerce around the camelódromo of the city of Londrina (PR), Brazil, and, on the other hand, observing how consumers move to this area and relate to it.

The issue of child labour is inextricably linked to questions of population and development. However, studies of child labour are complex and exciting in that they require the adoption of a rigorous methodology. In this research, we are interested in the links between family structure (explanatory variable) and child labour (explained variable). The aim of the research is to determine the role of family structure in child labour involvement in the Dakar region. The study showed that the child's sex is associated with the risk of child labour. However, the link between involvement in child labour and kinship with the head of household was not established. We note that being a girl increases exposure to the risk of child labour among children aged 5-17.

The present book is a work that comprises an apparatus of several works by renowned authors, seeking to present a practical approach to the performance of the blood count in dogs, emphasising the main techniques used, in addition to themes inherent to interpretation, in order to assist the veterinarian in performing it. In addition, a photographic and illustrative collection of the author himself is available, which will provide the reader with a greater understanding of the changes observed in the blood count. The work aims to analyse the educational and protectionist rights guaranteed to children and adolescents, to demonstrate the status of fundamental rights and social rights of the population in focus, to describe the system of guarantees elaborated for them, emphasizing the integrality, the peculiarity and the centrality of the child/adolescent person and the consequent instrumentality of the public powers, analyse the main norms that guarantee the right to education in the CF, the ECA and the LDB, aims to present a vision of what has become the minorist legal system, with the introduction in the legal system of the doctrine of integral protection and demonstrates the legal foundations for the realisation of the rights of children and adolescents in Brazil.

Individual monitoring of glucose levels is based on repeated capillary blood glucose strip measurements. However, the reliability of this method in clinical settings is questionable. The aim of our study was to determine whether blood glucose levels measured by glucometer are acceptable in emergency departments, as is the case in some health centres. The study was conducted in a medical intensive care unit over a period of 03 months. Capillary blood glucose was measured with a glucometer in 100 patients admitted to the emergency department, compared with venous blood glucose measured in the laboratory on blood taken from the same patients. Correlation tests between the two methods were performed using Sigma Plot Statistical Analysis Software 2001. Our results showed that there was a poor relative correlation between capillary and venous blood glucose levels. In conclusion, we can say that capillary blood glucose results should be interpreted with caution in intensive care settings, as some cases of hypoglycaemia may be falsely diagnosed as normal.

This work elucidates the work of the speech therapist in the hospital setting, in the oncology sector. It aims to explain how audiological monitoring is performed and the actions that can be developed to improve the quality of life of patients undergoing cancer treatment. All work is based on the Research Project Audiological Diagnosis in Oncology carried out in a Public Hospital of Sergipe in partnership with the Federal University of Sergipe.

The book in question presents aspects of educational management, in the case of management criteria, as the focus of numerous discussions among many scholars who defend different theoretical currents that support this activity present in the school, so we seek to present the basic meanings of the criteria of efficiency, effectiveness, effectiveness and social relevance, understood as criteria that guarantee quality in the development of work within school institutions, according to the thought of Benno Sander, explained in his book: Education Management in Latin America: construction and reconstruction of knowledge (1995), starting from the importance in understanding the meanings of education, school education, management and educational management.

Introduction: Diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease are highly prevalent chronic conditions that represent a major public health problem.are chronic conditions of high prevalence that represent an important public health problem. Objective: To characterize the presence of some risk factorsof Chronic Kidney Disease in diabetic patients belonging to the Family Medical Clinic 16-18 of Santa Clara Polyclinic, in the city of Santa Clara, Villa Clara, from January 2021 to May 2022. Conclusions: It is concluded that patients aged 60 and older of female sex, Diabetes Mellitus type 2, with an evolution of the disease between 5 and 9 years, obese, hyperlipemia and arterial hypertension predominated, the association between risk factors for chronic kidney disease was demonstrated. Recommendations: Design intervention strategies aimed atto prevent the appearance of risk factors for chronic kidney disease.

In multicultural societies, social justice seems to be directly proportional to the cultural patterns and levels of moral recognition relations prevailing between subjects, delimited by the plurality of axiological orientations on well-being and social contribution capacities. But if affection for place has been particularly capable of social production of meanings, modulation of instrumental rationality and moral demands for recognition of this particular affective relationship, as a moral impulse to conceptions of good living and legal claims, as explained in the case of the Caiçaras of Trindade beach, then this necessary exegetical opening also seems to depend on the affective interest in the subjects' relationships with the natural environment.

With the advent of Law No. 13.243/16, which amended the Innovation Law - Law 10.973 in force since 2004, NITs are authorised to assume their own legal personality. Differences in management and legal form can play an important role in the ability of the Technological Innovation Centre to offer adequate conditions to fulfil its purpose. The objective of this work was to identify which legal entities exist in the national legal system, compatible with the new legal provision, to score the advantages and disadvantages of each one and to suggest the best legal form to be adopted in NIT-Rio for the exercise of its activities.

This book is a compilation of works on the theme of intentional homicide and also a reflection on the legal and social effects that the prescription of such a crime generates, mainly on the feeling of impunity and insecurity. It also addresses gender issues and how the number of homicides committed against women has increased. Finally, the analysis is about the presence of intent in traffic offences, and how they impact society.

The author analyzes two practices that energize relations between men and women in rural Côte d'Ivoire. The first (i) takes into account the socio-anthropological factors underlying a unitary approach to people's customs, which foresee, in all customary systems, that the woman will marry into another family, and farm the land belonging to her husband. The current paradigm foresees efficient exploitation of the land by the woman for the benefit of her household, if she acquires customary land rights. From this paradigm, which is purely Western but has been taken up by the State and civil society organizations, we note an opening up of the bundle of rights to women in the South-East, Centre-South, South-West and West of Côte d'Ivoire. The second practice (ii) relates to the factors behind the expansion of cassava to the east of Abidjan, where the income generated creates jobs and empowers women.

Since the dawn of mankind, we have always sought to preserve our health. To achieve this, we use the resources of our environment. Indeed, African flora in general, and Beninese flora in particular, contains many plant species that biologists have not yet identified, and whose therapeutic virtues are perhaps still unknown. WHO statistics estimate that over 80% of Benin's population turn to traditional medicine for their primary healthcare needs. The aim of this study is to examine how traditional medicine can be integrated into the official health system in Benin. This overall objective is broken down into five specific objectives: to investigate the foundations of traditional medicine; to study the bases of traditional medicine practice; to examine the framework of collaboration between traditional medicine practitioners and health workers; to identify the diseases treated by traditional practitioners. Finally, to assess the safety aspects of traditional health care offerings, particularly in terms of efficacy, safety and quality.

Toxic substances have accompanied us since our most primitive history and with time they have become more sophisticated and lethal. One of the concerns that has troubled the population since ancient times is to be in contact in daily life with this type of substance and the ease with which people can access them, the fear is that most people who go through a certain problem, see the solution in suicide through the consumption of these substances.

Better known in the history of Brazilian literature by the name of Augusto dos Anjos (1884-1914), the "son of carbon and ammonia", born in the Paud'arco Mill, in Paraíba, an innovative poet and owner of his own poetics, broke with literary tradition by using transgressive themes (death, horror, putrefaction) and doing so through a linguistic elegance that legitimised him as a great poet.

This work is linked to the experience of industrialization and the construction of economic integration in West African countries in the aftermath of independence. The author bases his analysis on the theory of economic integration based on the creation of a single market. Does the Economic Community of West Africa (E.C.W.A.) meet the requirements of economic integration theory? To answer this question, the author analyzes the instruments of the C.E.A.O. and draws a parallel between these instruments and those of the European Economic Community (now the European Union). This theoretical reflection, applied to the practical situation of textile companies, leads the author to establish that economic integration in Africa can give rise to multiple advantages. African countries would find in integration a means of compensating for the very low intensity of each national market taken in isolation. However, the author does not lose sight of the reality of African countries, and shows that in their case, this mechanism cannot be automatic, as "adding is not merging".

The phenomenon of hunger in the world is a consequence of the disorganisation of the world community, the absence of a global policy, the lack of structures capable of harmonising human vital interests and the lack of knowledge of natural dietary rules. Hunger is at the centre of world concern because of its intensity, the large number of people affected and the social crises it can cause; we must therefore seek to resolve this situation within the economic and political framework, which is now international. Although the number of malnourished Africans has been growing for decades and now stands at around 200 million, a new commitment to change has emerged both within African leaders and the international community (African Conference Directive 2020). In Mozambique, the concern with ensuring food and nutrition security is no exception to the above and is a constant. Thus, it is necessary to develop policies and strategies that can be effective and sustainable to ensure food and nutrition security in the country.

This book seeks to evaluate the problem of bullying in female workers in the education and health areas of a municipality in the Sertão region of Paraíba, Brazil. With the new contemporary economic and social perspectives, it is followed, from the workers' reports, how much it has required them to perform absurd work activities. This condition not only affects the productivity of the organisation, but also causes serious psychological damage, one of which is bullying, contributing to problems in the organisation-work-individual-health relationship. The problem is more serious when it is observed that this phenomenon does not occur in a social vacuum, but has its origin in the very attitude of managers towards their employees.

The change of jurisprudence is a frequent and accepted phenomenon in Colombian judicial practice because, it is said, it allows judges to apply the law at the pace of its evolution, preventing it from becoming petrified. In spite of this, the author proposes that the simple change of jurisprudence, as well as its retroactive application, are two phenomena that may eventually harm the rights of citizens, in which case, he asks whether it is possible to attribute patrimonial liability to the State.

In the second half of the 19th century, hygienist, urbanist and modern ideals were being established in Brazil, mainly coming from Europe. Entering the backlands of Rio Grande do Norte, we could find the village of Conceição do Azevedo, now Jardim do Seridó. It was in 1858 that the public cemetery was installed, which to this day can be seen as a space of cultural and social representation, through its various funeral monuments. By entering this memory space, we can understand the cultural configuration that describes a population, in its tones, its shapes, smells and descriptions. "The city of the dead in Jardim de Conceição" is a book that aims to discuss a little about the history of Jardim do Seridó through its public cemetery.

"Education is the point at which we decide whether we love the world enough to take responsibility for it." Hannah Anendt (1906-1975). To begin the work, it was necessary to understand the whole process of evolution of the human rights struggles of people with disabilities. In addition to this historical overview, the meaning of the term people with disabilities, public policy and how access and permanence in higher education are addressed throughout the book. As a possible hypothesis of confirmation or rejection, we would argue that the policies or "affirmative" actions, developed by the Federal University of Maranhão, through the reforms in education (REUNI), have not yet solved the problem of educational exclusion of people with disabilities due to the lack of continuing education policies aimed at didactic methodologies for the education of people with disabilities. It is important to develop teaching strategies that lead teachers to question their daily attitudes of their Teaching Work Plan, reviewing their daily preparation of theoretical and practical classes and thus raising awareness of the need for transcription, adaptation and adequacy of content.
