A variety of learning situations, based on different teaching scenarios that are innovative in their use of technological tools and teaching methods, have been experimented with as part of the "Software Project Management" module. The aim was to encourage students to develop their skills. By observing the behaviour of the learners and collecting their evaluations, we were able to identify the strong points that confirmed the importance of the teaching practices underlying the use of technological tools, and the weak points that enabled us to readjust the scenarios tested. The final aim was to capitalise on this know-how in the form of scenarios that could be reused in this module.

This study aims to analyze the impact of new information and communication technologies on agricultural extension in the Niono area. The methodological approach that led to the elaboration of the document was based on documentary review, field observation, development of data collection tools, sampling, field data collection, data analysis and processing. In addition, the study revealed that the use of ICTs could increase agricultural production and productivity, according to 99% of respondents; with regard to environmental preservation, 98% affirmed that ICTs could make agricultural practices more respectful of the environment. The vast majority of producers expressed a willingness to pay for the various services provided by ICT in the context of their farming activities. Finally, this study shows that the level of education among farmers is relatively low in the Niono production zone.

The relationship between hepatopathy and nephropathy is complex and little studied. This was a cross-sectional study including patients with chronic liver disease, with the exclusion of diabetics, hypertensives and those with systemic diseases or previously diagnosed kidney disease. Patients with positive proteinuria had albuminuria and creatininuria determined by dipstick, and patients with hematuria had an HLM (Red Blood Cell-Leukocyte-Minute) test. We included 75 patients with a mean age of 53.17 years and a M/F sex ratio of 1.34. Viral B hepatopathy was the main cause of hepatopathy (50.7%). Screening for renal impairment using the Multistix urine dipstick revealed proteinuria in 33 patients (44%), 25 of whom had pathological albuminuria on quantitative assay, i.e. a prevalence of 37.3%. Among our patients, 20% had a GFR < 90 ml/min/m2. In multivariate analysis, the predictive factors for pathological albuminuria were male sex, hypercholesterolemia and viral B liver disease.

Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is the second most common chronic inflammatory rheumatic disease after rheumatoid arthritis. This pathology has been evolving for several years, in terms of classification and nosology, as well as comorbidities, imaging and therapeutic advances. SpA encompasses different phenotypic forms (radiographic or non-radiographic axial, peripheral articular, enthesitic articular). Extra-articular manifestations (such as psoriasis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and anterior uveitis) help to better characterize the phenotype of the disease. Although the clinical presentation varies from patient to patient, there is growing evidence of premature cardiovascular risk and increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in this population. Two recent meta-analyses have suggested that the increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in SpA is related to early and accelerated atherosclerosis.

Drug use is a real public health problem. Worldwide, it is estimated that more than 77 million people use cannabis, while the use of LSD is generally low and has been stable for several years. Drugs generally act on the reward system, leading to dependence. Their use causes numerous psychological and somatic problems. This book aims to show the effects of two psychoactive substances: cannabis, with THC as its active ingredient, which acts on the reward circuit, leading to dependence, and lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), a hallucinogenic chemical that also acts on the reward circuit.

We live in the midst of a profoundly inequitable, profoundly unjust society. We are living in a time in which the world is subordinated to a system that keeps us away from our minds, our bodies, our environment and ourselves. We are living in a time of conjuncture in which resistance is necessary to try to rescue the world that belongs to us and that has been taken away from us; a time in which we must think about what we want, what we need, how and where we should walk. And to begin to trace this path, it is important to recognise first of all that the reason for this profound injustice, that which refers to the unequal conditions that exist between the sexes, ethnic groups and social classes, is not due to differential access to optimal development conditions, but is the consequence of an access that is inversely proportional, in which the benefits obtained by a single sex, a single ethnic group and a single social group are generated based on the subjugation of the other sex, other ethnic groups and other social groups.

To date, the problem of moral education in high school is actively gaining popularity in our modern world. Entering the world educational community oriented directions of the new system of education, which in turn will allow to save and improve the spiritual and moral traditions, which formed the rudiments of its development in the first quarter of the twentieth century.First of all, education begins with the family. Education has purposefully taken a course on the formation of a harmoniously developed personality of an individual student as a subject of formation of morality. The result can be the possession by students of such qualities as: humanity, selflessness, kindness, duty, sympathy, care, honor, attention, affection, compassion, love, mercy, dignity, respect, goodwill, altruism, modesty, generosity, patriotism, and much more. Vasily Alexandrovich Sukhomlinsky noted: "We strive to establish in the minds and feelings of every child an important moral ideal: my personal dignity consists in doing good to people and not doing evil.

The regeneration of plants from cells and tissues is an essential step in any breeding program incorporating plant biotechnology techniques. One of the main objectives of in vitro plant explant culture is to set up appropriate culture conditions to obtain somatic embryos capable of subsequently regenerating whole plants.With the aim of applying selection at cellular level to improve water stress tolerance in durum wheat, we evaluated the somatic embryogenesis and regeneration capacity of seven Moroccan varieties, using two types of explants: Immature and mature embryos. The study of somaclonal variation revealed phenotypic variations both during the in vitro phase and during ex-vitro growth.

This book presents an analysis of the training of educators participating in the extension course Escola que Protege, offered by the Centre for Psychological Studies on Street Children of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. In it, the organizational, theoretical and methodological strategies of the course are highlighted, as well as the subjective impact of the theme infant-youth sexual violence on the educators-course participants. The authors show that contact with this theme mobilizes subjectivity and contributes to the psychological suffering of these professionals, as one teacher expressed: "What shocked me most (...) and made me very ill, was the part about sexual violence in childhood (...). It's a very heavy subject". A reality experienced in the school space, which explains the anguish of these education workers in facing the situations of sexual violence that affect children and adolescents. The authors emphasize that, in addition to equipping the educators to deal with such violence, the training needs to establish collective spaces for speaking and listening, in order to welcome the uneasiness of these workers faced with the sexual violence that affects children and adolescents.

The natural acidification process of soils derived from volcanic ash can be accelerated by anthropogenic activities such as: change of land use, highly intensive agriculture without considering the replacement of nutrients extracted by plant species and inadequate management practices such as intensive soil tillage and prolonged application of acid-reactive fertilizers, without considering their use limitations and the chemical properties of the soil, has caused a gradual acidification of soils under this type of management, even making the production of plant species sensitive to acidification uneconomical. This management practice unbalances the buffering capacity of the soil, which added to the process of nutrient absorption by the plants, releases important concentrations of H+ ions into the soil solution, which have an impact on the decrease of pH. For these reasons, the choice of nitrogen fertilizer should consider its acid-base reaction and the chemical properties of the soil.

Jacques Lacan's RSI seminar (1973-1974), referred to the articulation of the three registers, Real, Symbolic and Imaginary, whose interlocking was the structure of the Borromean knot. While Lacan laid the knot flat to highlight its different "places", he also presented its spatial consistency. By introducing new notions such as the dextrogyratory and levorogyratory form of its configurations, Lacan enters terrain already familiar to chemists and biologists. From Pasteur and Van 'Hoff to Topochemistry, via the stereospecificity of Jacques Monod's biology of 'chance and necessity', molecules have revealed strange powers in space, to which chirality bears witness. By attempting to apply such notions to psychoanalysis, Lacan opens the way to a refoundation of psychoanalytic theory, and probably to its practice. Could "the Oedipus complex, (...) implicit in the knot" be tied in different ways? What place should be given to the different topologies of the knot? How does the object a attach to each register? An algebra of these configurations seems possible with William Rowan Hamilton's quaternion numbers.

This research presented as completion of civil engineering course, comes from the studies of soil types of the city of Unaí-mg, making a contribution to geotechnical soil studies in which gathered data from the soil profile at various points and a study of the types of foundation already existing in the city, for the comparison of cost between them which presents the best result. For this study were used reports of drilling method SPT for analysis of soil characteristics and foundation plans to identify the existing types.

Information security is the concept behind defending data, details, and the like to ensure that they are accessible only to those legally responsible for them or the people to whom they have been sent. In a company, information security is nothing more than the policies, processes and methods that should be employed so that the circulation of data and information is secure and controlled, preventing unwanted people from using or at least having access to this information. Having an IT department, the so-called Information Technology, prepared to take care of information security is fundamental. There are already a variety of tools that can avoid major problems and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information, which is ultimately the primary desire of companies. Information will only be secure when users and IT professionals act accordingly, putting in place the best ways to avoid future risks.

This book is part of an inclusive education approach, with a particular focus on the two-fold issue of school maladjustment, i.e. for children with specific learning difficulties and for gifted children.Generally speaking, failure at school is often considered to be the result of a child's negligence or laziness, whereas failure is a real symptom masking a number of factors that require specialist consultation in the same way as an organic pathology.The case of gifted children is another issue that we look at in depth, in that when a gifted child attends an ordinary school, he or she becomes maladjusted, because the school doesn't suit him or her and he or she is wasting time, so a specialized school adapted to his or her level is needed.These two issues are analyzed and guidelines are given to school heads on how they can manage the two issues in depth, within the framework of inclusive education, while determining the principles of refernce and counter-reference.

Malaria is a real public health problem worldwide, and in Cameroon in particular, with children aged 0 to 5 years the most affected. An analytical study was carried out on 100 samples taken from health facilities, wholesale distributors and illicit distribution markets in the various districts of the city of Douala. The results of the analyses showed an overall non-compliance rate of 77%, with the informal sector being the most represented, with 92% of its samples non-compliant, compared with 62% in the formal sector. At the end of this study, it emerged that the oral liquid antimalarial drugs marketed in the city of Douala are mostly of poor quality, which may have several origins (poor preservation, absence of active ingredients, physico-chemical instability, etc.). Faced with similar results, the WHO recommends the use of dispersible tablets for the treatment of uncomplicated malaria in children, at least to overcome the problem of physico-chemical stability.

Customer satisfaction is vast and complex. Practical analysis focuses on the relationship between product offerings and customer satisfaction. In other words, the customer service relationship is generally the focus of particular attention. Today, it's a veritable industry, playing an increasingly important economic role in most countries. In all activities, in all organizations, whether political, in the service sector or in tourism, the various players seek to attract customers and satisfy them, because without satisfaction, there can be no talk of the sustainability of an offer.

In this work, the focus was on the educational process developed in the wider social context. It brings reflections and daydreams developed over almost 15 years of work as a Professor of Applied Psychology in undergraduate and graduate courses. I understand that discussing the educational process brings up not only the process of who teaches, but also alludes to the process of who learns. In other words, it encompasses the whole teaching-learning process. Therefore, our daydreams here do not intend to exhaust or limit your own reflections. We only intend to contribute for a better debate about this thematic. It will not be brought, here, a tutorial of application of techniques. It is up to each one of us who engage in discussing these issues, invariably, to adopt a broader reflective stance on human activity, teaching and learning, to take a stand and do something about it.

The management of differentiated thyroid cancers is a hotly debated topic, especially when it comes to defining the best treatment modalities using radioactive iodine as a complement to surgery. Papillary thyroid micro-carcinomas (PCM) with lymph node extension are no exception to this rule. While there is a consensus for low-risk PCMs, therapeutic attitudes diverge as to complementary iratherapy for intermediate- to high-risk PCMs.We conducted a study to evaluate the post-surgical complementary iratherapy protocol proposed for patients followed for PCM with lymph node extension in the Nuclear Medicine Department of the Salah Azaiez Institute. These patients underwent either high-dose or low-dose complementary iratherapy, with a 6-month post-cure and long-term evaluation. We concluded that the efficacy of low-dose treatment was non-inferior to that of high-dose treatment for patients followed for PCM with lymph node extension.

During the rainy season, many neighborhoods in the city of Douala are affected by flooding and rising capillarity. Poor neighborhoods such as Nkolmintag, Nylon and Tergal are among the worst affected. These life-threatening phenomena are inherent to the characteristics of the physical environment. In other words, flooding and rising capillarity tend to develop dangerously in this area due to heavy rainfall, the site's flat topography, sandy-clay or sandy-loam soils and dense drainage. On the other hand, populations already weakened by their low socio-economic status - visible through the factors of settlement on the site and certain elements such as monthly income, housing, source of water supply - find themselves in great vulnerability. The issues at stake are essentially economic, social and health-related. In any case, only the introduction of a risk culture can help to sustainably reduce the vulnerability of the populations in the area studied.

Giant cell tumors are histologically benign tumors representing between 5 and 9% of all benign primary bone tumors, and their treatment varies according to several parameters. The aim of this study is to provide an epidemiological overview of the circumstances of discovery, gender distribution, most frequent localizations and predisposing factors, as well as an assessment of the various therapeutic techniques used.

The aim of this paper is to show the importance of the credit channel in the transmission of monetary policy, and the impact of monetary policy on economic activity. The first part of the paper reviews the theoretical literature on credit market imperfections and monetary policy transmission mechanisms. The second part outlines the channels through which monetary policy is transmitted, while the final part focuses on the transmission of monetary policy in Tunisia.

The present work is focused on the study of the Areas of Permanent Preservation (APP's) and Land Use and Occupation of the Watershed Ribeirão Periquito, which is part of the drainage network of the municipality of Selvíria in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, which is a tributary of the Rio Sucuriú on its left bank composing an important hydrographic region in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, formed by the Rio Paraná to the east, Rio Verde to the south and Rio Quitéria to the north. The Watershed of Ribeirão Periquito is located between the geographical coordinates 20° 32' 12" S, 51° 36' 34" W and 20° 22' 37" S, 51° 45' 6" W. The study is directed towards the evaluation of the respective areas of permanent preservation, possible changes in their dynamics, consistent with the forms of occupation of this region, whether by forestry or livestock. Therefore, the studied environment will be structured in the following way: the Watershed of the Ribeirão Periquito River and a component part of the Subsystem Sucuriú River Watershed, which has the Paraná River Watershed as its System.

Morocco is the only country in North Africa, and the second along with Egypt, to plant sugar cane and sugar beet side by side. Both crops play a key role in the Kingdom's agricultural policy. Indeed, the Green Morocco Plan has given these crops a place of prime strategic importance. However, the development of these crops has always been confronted with the proliferation of a whole range of pests and parasites threatening their production and sometimes even their existence and sustainability. In this book, several pests identified in Moroccan fields on sugar beet and sugar cane have been the subject of several studies, screening and diagnosis. The pests and pathogens dealt with are highly varied, attacking all parts of the plant (roots, stems and leaves), and are characterized by their diversity, aggressiveness and great damaging power. The book describes some aspects of Moroccan experience in the control, protection and detection of the main pests encountered in one of the Kingdom's largest irrigated areas.

The horse-horse-surface dynamic is influenced by the functional properties of equestrian surfaces, with variations in the absorption and dissipation of impact by the reaction forces received by the musculoskeletal system. Thus, the knowledge of the mechanical characteristics of the surfaces can ensure locomotion efficiency, minimize rates of orthopedic injuries, promoting well-being and safety during equestrian athletic activities. Surface performance can be measured by in situ measuring devices, which simulate in part or completely the vertical and horizontal forces generated by equines, verifying the response of the surface. The control of functional properties is recommended by the FEI (Federation Equestre Internationale), because the behavior of the surface directly influences equine biomechanics.

Analyzing in the book the categories of retrospection and prospection in the text, we turn to the concepts of "temporal", "spatial" and the process of their use in linguistics, determine their connection with the category of continuum. Retrospection creates an empirical thesaurus of the reader, through which the "relation of time" is learned, and the writer's thoughts are immersed in what he wants to say. It is realized in different ways. Its characteristic features are: repetition, to slow down the movement of the narrative, to suspend the continuum, to actualize the previously described event and to provide content-factual information to the content-conceptual part. The category of prospection is the second version of the verb form, which connects different linguistic forms in the content-factual information, predicting what the next part of the text will be about. Prospection is an element of speech, which meaningfully indicates what the main part of the text will be about.

After leaving her position as Human Resources Manager, Bel Lauretta TENE joined the family business created by her husband Thierry TENE. A firm specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).At the same time, the two partners set up a magazine called "Dirigeantes, le management au féminin".The name coincides because Bel lauretta TENE studied Business Management and, at a very young age, she also held a senior management position: Human Resources Manager with a thousand (1000) employees. On top of this, she is passionate about management and women's issues.It's therefore a godsend for her that, in addition to promoting women managers, the magazine enables her to understand, through day-to-day exchanges with them, exactly what female management and leadership is all about.

The conception of this work was the result of the research experiences of the organizers in health institutions involving the themes of quality, patient safety and hospital accreditation. The reading and the study start with Primary Health Care and the importance of this dimension to ensure the guarantee of care to the clientele, in line with the principles of the SUS. The chapters extend to the discussion of quality in the hospital environment, treating the process of hospital accreditation in Brazil, with experiences and practical experiences of professionals and organizations in the achievement of excellence. To achieve quality, the institutions need to go through a process of continuous improvement, because what we have in the Brazilian scenario is still a dynamic based on cost reduction and there is no priority on patient safety. These are barriers that need to be overcome to ensure a culture of quality and safety in health.

This book deals with one of the subjects of Political Sociology since the foreign penetration of the Arabs and then the Portuguese in the country, from the IX-XIII and XIII to XX Centuries, each with specific characteristics but with other similar ones. In this last century, especially in the North of the country - in Cabo Delgado - the situation of social stability is constantly challenging. We take into consideration the human person as a being in society with its essential characteristics and above all its way of being and participating in the destiny of its country. At the same time, this work calls for special attention to the issue of Political Conflict Management in a society where, in addition to the multiparty system in Mozambique - with the Constitution of the Republic of 1990 and the first multiparty elections in 1994 - there is a religious, ethnic, anthropological plurality and a "natural" and political disposition of the country in North, Central and South zones. All these details are treated in a context of the History of Mozambique, old and more recent, challenging the Universities for an Education and Training of young people in view of Dialogue, Peace and Reconciliation in society.

The physical and sensory characteristics of breads containing flour from the Malagasy cassava cultivar Menarevaka were determined. Composite loaves of 0/100, 5/95, 10/90, 15/85, 20/80, 25/75, 30/70, 35/65, 40/60, 45/55 and 50/50% cassava-wheat flour were produced using bread-making processes. Appropriate methods were used to determine the physical and sensory characteristics of the breads produced. The results obtained showed that the mass losses of the breads varied between 9.38% and 12.79%. Loaf heights ranged from 4.5 cm to 7.5 cm. Their volumes ranged from 189.35 cm3 to 340.76 cm3. Their specific volumes range from 1.23 cm3/g to 2.42 cm3/g. Good-quality loaves similar to control loaves can be obtained up to a 25% incorporation rate of cassava flour. Above this level, bread quality deteriorates. However, the addition of Magimix, at a rate of 0.5 g per 100 g of flour, improves the quality of composite loaves. Flour from this cassava cultivar can be used in bread-making to reduce the amount of wheat flour imported by the Malagasy.

A system represents a specific place where both energies that favour disorder and energies that promote order converge. In this way, the paradox can arise for a living organisation, which is fed by these two aspects without ever exhausting them due to the clear appearance of homeostasis, which can detect out-of-control mechanisms and be able to direct them towards Negentropic reversibility as an elementary alternative in the solution of the problems detected.
