Today, cinema is considered an essential art form. It has many virtues, the main ones being to inform, educate, transmit and entertain. Most people find refuge in what is known as the seventh art. It's an art form that's quite sensitive, because it's the one that's closest to the people and the most accessible. During the colonial period, cinema was used by the colonisers for various reasons. As the telephone was not yet accessible to everyone, it was certainly the most effective means of communication and information at the end of the 19th century. The images filmed in Gabon at that time have documentary value and are a major contribution to the history of audiovisual, cultural and social history. This book offers an organised analysis of the various films, with a view to identifying how the images were taken? By whom? For whom? For what purpose? What was filmed? At what period? These are just some of the questions that guided our research and helped us put the finishing touches to this book.

This work focuses on divorces in the Yopougon Court. It analyzes its socio-economic factors and notes its resurgence in the said court in recent years. The study consisted in collecting data through documentary research and interviews. The accidental sample made it possible to retain 439 divorce files. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 divorcees, including seven women and five men. The interviews revealed various regularities in the way divorce is manifested. These resonate with certain mutations in the parameters of the spouses, supported by new ways of conceiving one's spouse using masks in the service of divorce.

The idea for this study came from the observation that urban motorcycle cab transport in Douala did not comply with any road safety standards. In fact, the State has issued decrees aimed at organizing the operation of this sector of activity in urban and peri-urban areas, except that in Douala these measures are not applied in compliance, which makes motorcycle transport a major cause of the negative effects on road safety. Yet these texts, which set out the terms and conditions for the operation of motorcycles for hire or reward, were adopted to enable the protagonists of motorcycle cab transport to carry out their activities without discretion. This study is intended as a contribution to synergy between all players in the motorcycle transport chain in Cameroon. It also contributes to reducing the externalities that have plagued this sector for decades, in order to take better advantage of the opportunities offered by this mode of transport.

In Lepidoptera, energy reserves at hatching are important for larval growth, and at pupation, larval reserves are sufficient to ensure metamorphosis. In our study, lipids and carbohydrates in aged caterpillars (L4 and L5) of the pine processionary Thaumetopea pytiocampa Schiff were quantified before and 24 hours after the application of field-tested biological products. Carbohydrate reserve levels in L5 larvae and L4 larvae before treatment were reduced in caterpillars treated with a biopesticide based on Bacillaceae (Bt), Verbenaceae Lantana camara (Lc) and the synergistic product BtLc respectively. On the other hand, lipid reserves increased to very high levels in L4s treated with the 3 biopesticides respectively. Total sugars remained unchanged before and after the stress effect. On the other hand, proline levels increased significantly under the effect of the synergistic product, followed by Bt and finally the aqueous solution of Lantana camara (Lc).

The governance of primary education in Burkina Faso underwent significant change with the implementation of decentralisation and full communalisation in 2006. Through the key concepts: autonomy, participation, and democracy, and their definitions and the theoretical references chosen, reflections were proposed based on the reading of the abstracts of these works in order to draw up a state of knowledge in school management, identifying the conceptions of management, the aspects given priority, and how these productions converge or diverge from one another, and how they dialogue among themselves. Foodborne diseases are a growing public health problem worldwide. The main causative agents of foodborne diseases in Colombia are Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, Aeromonas spp., Vibrio spp. and S. aureus, which occupy the first places in the annual reports of the public health surveillance network in Colombia. Queso costeño cheese is native to the Colombian Caribbean Region, is produced in an artisanal way using raw milk as raw material and elaborated under the minimum sanitary hygienic conditions, transforming it into a favorable environment for the proliferation of microorganisms. The objective of this research was to determine the microbiological quality of fresh queso costeño cheese sold in commune four of Valledupar-Colombia. This research was carried out in two stages, one of which was the Characterization of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in the fresh cheese outlets in Valledupar and Determination of the microbiological quality of fresh cheese in the outlets of Valledupar.

For decades, the Democratic Republic of Congo has been lacking in prevention and protection for vulnerable children. Some solutions seem to be envisaged and applied throughout the country, but without the expected results. And yet we continue to deplore the presence of vulnerable, abused, endangered and discriminated children. In this study our contribution is summed up in the effort to understand the role of the cultural facilitator in the phenomenon of vulnerable childhood. This demonstrates the vital role played by the cultural facilitator in society. This article also analyses the management of the phenomenon in general, and the situation of vulnerable children in particular, in the cosmopolitan city of Kinshasa, which is home to many of the Democratic Republic of Congo's tribes. Our concern is to provide innovations for the effective prevention and protection of vulnerable children. The system to be redesigned will therefore include the following headings: general considerations, consequences and strategic perspectives.

The objective of this study is to analyze the implications of the budget for results in the budget execution of the district municipality of Chucuito Juli in the year 2022. To this end, an analysis was made of the fulfillment of the objectives established in the Institutional Operational Plan of the Budget for Results, the relationship between the budget-financial execution and the physical execution of the programs proposed in the budget for results was also determined, and finally, the guidelines for the implementation of the budget for results were proposed in order to optimize public resources.

In the course of our work, we carried out a financial diagnosis of the Company with a view to identifying SIP's strengths and weaknesses, and the Company's compliance with its financial equilibrium. This diagnosis consisted firstly in reprocessing the accounting balance sheets to obtain functional balance sheets enabling us to carry out our analyses. Secondly, we calculated and analyzed certain indicators, namely working capital, working capital requirements, cash flow, intermediate management balances, ratios, balance sheet structure, and the growth and breakdown of income and expenses. Our analysis shows that the Company is characterized by: positive working capital, which means that a portion of stable resources partly finance the operating cycle; positive working capital requirement, except for 2011, which is characterized by a surplus of resources that increases cash flow; positive cash flow for all three years under analysis; positive self-financing capacity; low level of indebtedness; high solvency; negative economic profitability, except for 2012.

The object of this study reflects on the right to be forgotten. The overall objective of the research is to investigate whether there is a legal possibility of invoking the right to be forgotten in the face of traditional and new media, analysing the legal grounds for such support, without losing sight of the critical perspective of human rights. Specifically, its objectives are: (i) to analyse if it is legally reasonable to sustain the right to forgetfulness as a personality right; (ii) to investigate if the right to forgetfulness is autonomous or not (con)merged with other personality rights such as privacy, intimacy, honour and the image itself; (iii) understand the role of freedom of speech in the informatized intersubjective relationships inserted in the network society; (iv) evaluate the existing criteria for the application of the right to forgetfulness in face of the Internet without neglecting the democratic perspective of freedom of speech; (v) compare the understanding consolidated by the Superior Court of Justice and by foreign courts.

The overall aim of this study is to carry out a feasibility study for the establishment of a modern laying hen farm in the town of Baraka. Following market, technical and organizational feasibility studies, the following results were obtained: total investment of USD 119,265, of which USD 30,000 is equity capital. The following values are significant: NPV= 9259.28; IP=1.08; DRCI=4 years, 10 months and 10 days and IRR=5.7%. All these figures indicate that this project is relevant, efficient, effective and sustainable until the year of maturity.

The idea for this book was born after participation in the course on preservation of monuments in the Caribbean area PIC I, held between June - August 1986 in Gainesville-Florida, United States, in which we were left with the concern of collecting somehow related to the general problems that contribute to the deterioration of our colonial buildings in Cartagena. A book aimed to awaken a new perception in high school and technical students about the theme "Sustainable Materials and Technologies". The motivation for the elaboration was due to encourage students of technical and professional education to investigate the approach of the various technologies that we can link in our daily lives and labor market, without needing to harm the environment to promote the development of nations. Moreover, this serves as a learning tool that seeks to present how materials have a strong influence within this context, being important for the manufacture of products and clean technologies, especially for use in various existing engineering.

In any profession, the health of the worker should always be advocated. However, in order to increase productivity or even by carelessness, workers often work in wrong postures for prolonged and repetitive periods of time, causing serious health and musculoskeletal problems, such as MSDs. In civil construction, there is the aggravating factor that workers perform manual work and physical effort. Another relevant element is the environmental condition of the construction site, factors such as lighting, dust, noise, temperature and exposure to bad weather can lead to complications for the construction worker. This research makes a study of the conditions to which masonry laying masons are submitted to perform their work, analyzing the construction site ergonomically and the complaints of these workers regarding pain. The mason was considered in this study because he is one of the workers who takes the longest time to finish his activity (masonry laying) in the construction site, being one of the last to finish all his task in the total time of the construction site. This research is aimed at all those involved in civil construction and occupational safety.

This paper analyzes the failure of the Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) program in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. Does this program, which aims to socially reintegrate former child soldiers, specifically take them into account? In this study, we sought to understand the educational role that play should play in early childhood education. Play is a behavior that leads to pleasure, is an opportunity for the child to express their internal fantasies, and is linked to aspects of physical development and symbolic activity. Based on this perspective, it is appropriate here to relate the following problematic for this study: What is the importance of games and play for the development and learning of children studying in pre-school? Thus the objective of the research is to understand and analyze the playful activities and their importance for the learning of children in early childhood education in a municipal school in Cruzeiro do Sul- Acre. This research is relevant because it will complement the reflections that have been happening about this practice in preschool. The study is qualitative descriptive in nature, is inserted in the field research mode. It was used as an instrument of data generation the participant observation, followed by semi-structured interview. Moreover, as the purpose of grounding the study, it dialogues with authors such as Kramer (2008), Almeida and Cesarin (2002), Santos (2002), etc.
