The objectives of this study are the total or partial removal of green pigments from olive oil, mainly chlorophyll and carotenoids, using a physical technique called ultrafiltration (UF) equipped with a mineral ceramic membrane. Three factors were chosen for the study, namely alcohol volume, alumina quantity and temperature inside the UF unit, and these were optimized. Using the experimental design as a statistical tool to build an adequate mathematical model explaining the experimental phenomenon, the results show that chlorophyll is reduced by 66% with an alcohol volume of 125ml and an alumina mass of 85gr. Carotenoid removal reached 70% under the extreme conditions of alcohol and alumina.

Environmental economics is not a naturally attractive discipline. Most of the economic principles underlying these approaches derive from complex mathematical models. This makes them inaccessible to those who don't have the time or energy to familiarize themselves with these mathematical theories. The lack of accessible textbooks has created a void. This course has been designed specifically to remedy this. We wanted to present the major theories in this field to students who are not specialized in economics, and more generally to readers with little or no knowledge of the subject. Ideas from the natural sciences, physics, literature, political science and other disciplines can be found throughout the text. In some cases, these references raise unresolved issues that economic analysis can help to resolve. In other cases, they modify the structure of economic analysis or offer a divergent point of view. The present research thesis is entitled: ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND JOB SATISFACTION IN THE COLLABORATORS OF CAJA RAÍZ, JAÉN AGENCY, 2016. Whose general objective is to evaluate the characteristics presented by the organizational climate and the relationship with job satisfaction in the collaborators of Caja Raíz, in the province of Jaén. And for this it was supported by some specific objectives, first diagnosing the characteristics and level of the organizational climate, then identifying the characteristics and level of job satisfaction, being the population and sample the collaborators of the Caja Raíz, of the province of Jaén. Finally, the general objective of the present study was to correlate the results of both variables.

Chemical control of crop pests has intensified, with new products appearing every year with little understanding of their impact on the environment and, above all, on living beings. The toxicity of the two pesticides was investigated through growth, respiratory metabolism using the polarography technique, and general morphology. In chicken embryos, we monitored average egg weight and hematological, anatomical and morphological parameters in ovo and after hatching. Egg treatment revealed an increase in average egg weight, a decrease in average shell weight and an increase in liver weight, accompanied by a disturbance in biochemical (GOT, GPT) and haematological parameters. In addition, our results show that malformations are observed in some embryos.

With the advent of digital technology, the book sector is undergoing constant change. Digital publishers are tending to develop and specialise their platforms (websites or applications), mainly for the sale of eBooks. So, based on the presentation of my end-of-studies placement at Presses Électroniques de France, a second, more reflective part will help to explain the model and the various challenges of the digital bookshop. As the project of Presses Électroniques de France is to create an online and networked bookshop, the second part aims to define what a digital bookshop is and then deal with the different models that exist in France. It concludes with a presentation of the new tools and business models that are being put in place, which will enable us to analyse the market and propose a model specific to Presses Électroniques de France.

The present study deals with indigenous people in the prison system in Rio Grande do Sul, making a diagnosis of the current situation of indigenous prisoners and proposing changes that are in harmony with their culture. The diagnosis surveyed the place and the prison establishment where the indigenous people are incarcerated, their number, the type of crime they answer, whether they are provisional or convicted prisoners, the regime to which they are submitted, the number of women and men, the crime with the highest incidence, among other factors. This information was sought from the Susepe (Superintendence of Penitentiary Services) of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and, with this information, it is possible to make projections which aim at a policy of humanist penal execution, in which the particularities and individualities of the indigenous cultures are duly respected. For this research, the method of hypothetical-deductive approach and historical approach were used. It is worth pointing out that the research is anchored in the research line "Law and Multiculturalism" of the Postgraduate Program in Law-Master's Degree from the Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões (URI), Campus Santo Ângelo.

The greatest environmental risk in offshore oil production lies in the upstream phase. That is, the stage at which the process of finding and extracting crude oil begins. But it can have less impact if the activity is well supervised and managed. In the process of oil exploitation, unregulated activities can at any time disrupt rich and sensitive marine ecosystems or undermine the fishing activities on which local fishermen depend. This recent oil discovery in the deep offshore Sangomar block comes at a time when scientific knowledge of the marine environment is very limited. Similarly, the implementation of appropriate technical measures to reduce environmental risk has yet to materialize. This being said, the State's capacity to monitor and ensure responsible environmental management remains weak. In this respect, the risk of negative impacts on the marine biodiversity on which fishing depends, in the face of the development of the oil project off the Petite Côte, merits particular attention from all stakeholders.

The aim of this project was to study the macroscopic changes in pododermatitis in broiler chickens, the sanitary condition of the legs and the severity of pathological lesions in the species. Two hundred and ninety-two (292) broiler legs from the kchida-Batna slaughterhouse were studied. These legs were classified according to macroscopic changes and lesions in six degrees, ranging from "nil" lesions to "severe" lesions (nil, low, medium, severe and severe.) According to this study, it was found that the incidence rate is low, low pododermatitis reflects the well-being of the animals and therefore the smooth running of rearing conditions in many areas (environmental management, nutrition ...).

Our research work on "WASTE MANAGEMENT IN THE UVIRA TERRITORY: Specific case of the City of UVIRA", whose household waste is poorly managed. The work has three Chapters, including: The First Chapter: dealing with the general consideration and monograph of the City of UVIRA, The Second Chapter: generality on the mega-management of household waste, The Third Chapter: presentation, analysis and interpretation of the results of the surveyed data, This sad situation led us to ask ourselves a number of questions, the main ones being: What are the real causal factors of this mega-management of household waste in the City of UVIRA? What strategies are envisaged for the proper management of household waste in the City of UVIRA? Two questions arose from this questioning: Ignorance of the population on the technique of waste management and the weak involvement of the competent authority in this matter, Organize an effective technical group able to create garbage holes (dumps) and dustbins in the environment to remedy this situation.

The diversification of contents in Physical Education classes is a controversial issue in the academic environment. This study aimed to identify the contents that are being developed in the classes of the final years of elementary education, the interest of students in diversified contents and the importance given to this diversification in their education. A structured questionnaire was applied to 905 students from six schools of the municipal network of Teutônia/RS. Sixth and seventh grade students believe in the importance of the diversification of contents for their education (50.09%), while the eighth and ninth grades do not have the same conviction (38.14%). The contents preferred by the students coincide with those most practiced in the classes: Soccer, Futsal and Volleyball. It is concluded that there is no variety of contents in the classes and also there is no interest of the students in this diversification, showing more interest for the conventional practices. Further studies are needed to deepen the theme and discover the reasons for this preference, since a structured questionnaire is limited for this type of discovery.

As part of the CBG expansion project, a baseline study of fishing activities in the dredging zone is being carried out to gain a better understanding of the issues related to the use of the space shared by CBG and the surrounding fishermen, with a view to promoting better cohabitation of the project with the populations living off the zone's resources. Due to its natural characteristics, the study area boasts a considerable diversity and abundance of fishery resources. It is a zone of interest for a large community of fishermen, the majority of whom are sedentary and poorly equipped (low mobility capacity). In the various communities, fishing activities are carried out according to the physical and financial capacities at different levels of the zone, with the aim of maximizing the benefits to be derived from the activity. Different types of nets are used to ensure that fishing opportunities are available at all times. Outside the channel used by ore boats, these fishermen lay down their nets following the migration of the fish.

Babassu is a rich source of natural resources and presents high potential for specific studies of by-products, especially those of food application, which may open space for valorisation and industrialisation of babassu derivatives, generating income and development of social technology. Considering the several potentialities of babassu, the almond can achieve a prominent place, by being incorporated into the Brazilian population's daily food routine in the form of new and more nutritious food products, in face of the wastefulness that the almond waste is currently being used. The physicochemical and functional properties of the almond flour can facilitate the processing and provide information about the development and performance of a new product.

This work aimed to unveil the social relations around criminality in Curitiba, the capital city of Paraná, during the years 1894 to 1908. To do so, we had as a source the official reports written by the police chiefs. Furthermore, we questioned what would then be the scope of an official source for a study of the social. The period is recognized as being endowed with a feeling of crisis, given the restructuring of society from Monarchy to Republic, as well as the transition from slave labor to wage-earning. In this way, we tried to understand how relations were accommodated in this period of crisis, regarding criminality, thinking of these relations not only as an expression of contradictions and ruptures, but also as continuities and as constitutive elements of the social structure.

The researches for the discovery of new drugs from vegetable extracts are more and more directed, either to be applied in the pharmaceutical or cosmeceutic industry. Through the advances in science and technology it is concluded that there are methods capable to evaluate the antibacterial and antifungal activity of the vegetal extracts, thus contributing for the advances of new researches and development of natural products with active substances. The objective of this research was to evaluate the antibacterial action of Arrabidaea Chica on colonies of the microorganism Staphylococcus sp.

Nearly 30 years after the Earth Summit, we had become aware of the challenges emerging on a planetary scale, from climate change to the disappearance of species to desertification and soil degradation. Today, many of these concerns, which seemed so far away, are becoming a reality, with implications not only for achieving the Millennium Development Goals, but also threatening the very ability of almost seven billion people (nine billion by 2050) to live. Since then, a number of global and regional meetings have been held, giving the world a vision of a sustainable future. But this will only be possible if the environmental and social pillars of sustainable development are treated on an equal footing with the economic pillar. "Les Pratiques De L'économie Verte Au Profit De L'environnement" intends to add a contribution to the promotion of environmentally-friendly practices, particularly in terms of management on the one hand, and energy on the other, with a view to reducing the carbon footprint by benefiting sustainable development.

In the present work, we are interested in the thermal study of a PDLC-type composite film pane. To do this, we first set out to determine its characteristics, based on the variation in temperature in both the inner and outer faces of a cube, in the presence of a heat source. The results obtained show a significant improvement, as well as a minimization of heat losses, with the addition of an opaque PDLC plate next to the glass panes, instead of doubling the thickness of the glass panes used, so we deduce the crucial interest of these innovative materials.

Rationalisation aims to direct partners in order to minimise wastage of resources due to the co-presence of several of them on the same sites and in the same Health Zones (ZS). This process will take place in three stages: localisation in a site by the end of 2015, zonalisation by 2016 and finally provincialisation by the end of 2018. Important steps have been taken to manage the transition smoothly, including the preparation of transition plans in the Provincial Health Divisions (DPS), with the involvement of the ZSs concerned, and the establishment of a buffer stock to manage any stock shortages. Finally, an agreement between the PNLS and the main partners was signed to sanction the redistribution of the ZS to the support partners. A number of lessons were learned from this process, including the leadership of the NACP, which was the driving force behind it, the support of the partners who adhered to the NACP's vision, the establishment of a framework for partner consultation on the NACP and, finally, the anticipation of implementation problems. This book is therefore aimed at managers of HIV/AIDS programmes.

Inclusive education has been discussed in the world, thinking about an educational model and a fair society for all. This research aims to analyze the impact of public policies for Specialized Education Services and inclusive teaching practices on the learning of students with special educational needs in kindergarten and elementary school classes in the city of Cabedelo - Paraíba, in light of the laws that govern and guide inclusive education.

The dynamic created by the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region in 2006 is intended to be one of the ways out of the multifaceted crisis affecting the sub-region. The primary objective was achieved with the adoption of the Nairobi Pact by the States of the sub-region, which is currently being ratified by the parliaments of the States parties. This pact puts in place protocols and action programmes conducive to the emergence of a zone of peace, stability and shared prosperity. However, we note a duplication of frameworks and even more different policy orientations according to the architecture of existing sub-regional organisations in the same sub-region (CEPGL, CEAE, COMESA,...), but also specific measures sometimes contrary adopted by each of the States at the internal level. And despite the policies adopted within the framework of these intergovernmental organisations, each State has its own vision and its own objectives relating to its own interests. The result is problems in controlling official and illegal migratory flows, coupled with a lack of political will to promote integration.

When a learner loses motivation in what he or she should do best, learn, it is necessary to think about a necessary remodeling and recovery work, and this introductory work gives you some ideas.

Following the example of most African countries, Guinea implemented a strategy to exploit its fishery resources as soon as its economy was liberalized in 1984. This strategy seeks to combine maximization of state revenues from the exploitation of these resources, food security and conservation of biological diversity for their sustainable exploitation. The integrated analysis of such a strategy has shown mixed results, reflecting the impact of the country's political, economic and social environment over the last decade, and the growing demand for fish on the international market. These constraints are detrimental to biodiversity conservation and food security. Solutions are proposed that promote the active involvement of local players in the concerted development of the sector, and enable better control of operations, and the protection and restoration of species and ecosystems, with a view to limiting the causes of biodiversity erosion and ensuring sustainable development in the sector for the benefit of the local community and the State.

Conducting research in Education requires very special preparation. These are delicate investigations that lead us to reflect on the other and on ourselves. The ephemeral time for the completion of a Final Coursework was a limiting factor in approaching the research subjects. On the other hand, it was sufficient to verify the need to expand the discussions on children's rights, which lacks visibility. The historical battle that has been conquering spaces of expression for children in society still seems far from the end. Is it possible, in a society where adults do not recognise themselves as subjects of rights, for children to be respected as such?

The fig has been a typical fruit component of the Mediterranean diet for a very long time. Since it is a seasonal fruit with a perishable aspect, it must be preserved in its dry form which can be obtained by several drying processes namely sun, oven and microwave drying. Several investigations were interested in the study of the influence of these drying processes on the quality attributes of this fruit whether it is physicochemical, nutritional, phytochemical and especially on the antioxidant activity. The dried fig proved to be a fruit rich in nutrients as well as bioactive substances such as total polyphenols, flavonoids and anthocyanins which contribute to its very important antioxidant power.

Information and Communication Technologies imply the emergence of several challenges in order to combat the misinformation circulating in the virtual environment. To this end, issues such as freedom of expression and the right to information were analyzed in relation to the architecture and dynamics of the social networks Twitter and Facebook. From these understandings, we investigate what are the main political-legal challenges in Brazil in combating disinformation on these social networks from the Covid-19 pandemic, considering the clash between the public sphere versus the private sphere. The contradictions of the main bill in progress and the general panorama of what the others seek to propose were verified. We evaluated how the Federal Government dealt with the pandemic in relation to information (which is also a problem of legitimacy), since the very agents of the State and responsible for preparing the regulations are the exponents of misinformation. Finally, it was specifically addressed how Brazil behaved considering the Access to Information Law (LAI), since it represents the institutional way to get several answers about the pandemic.

Islamophobia in France, a theme that reflects the current climate in France. The importance of the subject has prompted us to delve deeper and provide new insights into its visible and hidden phases. The study includes a historical retrospective and a legislative approach, through which France's institutional and jurisdictional order was built. The study is divided into three parts: the first deals with the history of Islam in Europe; the second with the history of Islam in France, and the third with the legislative content between two structures, that of France and Islamic principles. In addition, the reports taken into account for this study emphasize the scale of Islamophobic acts, as well as the share of responsibility of political leaders. So, a sharp increase in Islamophobic acts has been noted, which may be translated by the transfer of a certain fear of the unknown, and of strangeness, or by hostility to getting to know others through principles that are not common to one's own.

Currently, one of the materials that most contributes to global warming is cement (second most consuming material by mass). The use of mineral additions as partial replacement of clinker in Portland cement has been one of the main strategies for reducing CO2 emissions by the global cement industry. However, the availability of blast furnace slag and fly ash does not meet the demand. In the Amazon, the kaolin beneficiation industries as paper cover have already deposited about 70 million tons of waste consisting mainly of extremely fine kaolinite. An alternative for the region would be the use of Portland cement with mineral additions of limestone and calcined clay to produce a low CO2 emission cement, the limestone calcined clay cement (LC3). The objective of this work was to evaluate the properties of these cements from high incorporations of limestone and metakaolin from calcined mine processing waste, the kaolin flint.
