France was the country of my ancestors! All of them came to colonize Quebec. Leaving by boat for a few months, men and women travelled the ocean and the dangers in order to establish themselves on lands where everything was to be done. From 1638 to 1671: Pierre Blais (Anne Perreault, daughter of the king), Robert Rivard dit Loranger, Louis Bolduc (Elizabeth Hubert, daughter of the king) and Charles Lesieurs dit Désaulniers all came to this country to found a family and make it the one we know today.

Unlike refugees, IDPs have not crossed international borders to seek asylum in another country. They have remained in their country. Even if they have fled for reasons similar to those of refugees (armed conflict, generalized violence, human rights violations), IDPs remain legally under the protection of their own government, which may itself be the cause of their flight. As citizens, IDPs retain all their rights, including the right to protection under human rights and international humanitarian law. The Kampala Convention on the Protection of Internally Displaced Persons was a remarkable step forward for the African continent, where conflicts, weather-related accidents, and economic strategies have led to increased displacement in recent years.

What principles underlie the tax administration's power to impose taxes and what prospects would allow tax matters, in particular tax doctrine, to be less of an obstacle to legality in Congolese law? The requirement of legality of taxation acts on the one hand and, on the other hand, the conformity of the tax administration's action to the legislator's will and the protection of the taxpayer due to the financial consequences of the interpretation adopted by the tax administration constitute the two major axes of this work. These two axes have been examined in the light of the legal provisions that have an impact on the taxpayer's legal security against changes in tax doctrine, mainly Article 39 of Law No. 04/2003 of 13 March 2003 on the reform of tax procedures as amended and supplemented to date.

The proper functioning of an economy requires five functions: production, consumption, savings, investment and distribution. Sylvestre Ossiala and Angélique Ngoma have uncovered this disturbing truth: African economies have only four functions since the production function is absent. Africa does not produce, it only knows how to consume what is produced by other continents: from cell phones, of which more than 80% of Africans own a prototype, to school pencils, glasses and hardware, all products consumed by Africa are labelled "made in out of Africa". Why does Africa not bother with what bothers all Africans, if not the other way around? By proposing ways out of the atypicality of African economies, through the "development and diversification model" presented here, the authors of this book give Africa the means for its real development and the opportunity to be in tune with other continents and to move together towards true equality of peoples and the balance of humanity.

In Togo, as in most developing countries, there is still great concern about the low probability of achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The realization of certain fundamental rights related to the MDGs, in particular the rights to health, education, food, decent employment, etc., still faces enormous difficulties despite the progress made since 2008 in terms of economic and social reforms. In its new dynamic of fight against poverty, main cause of this delay towards the MDGs, the country has challenges to face especially in terms of sustainable improvement of the quality of care administered to the populations and this at lower cost. To achieve this, multiple and diversified actions are developed in general in all regions of Togo. This book aims to share our vision for a new Africa and particularly a new Togo in which people will be able to eat properly, be treated by qualified health personnel and benefit from training that can ensure a better future.

The present work is a reworking of my master's thesis entitled "Contact and language use in the Algerian media space: from creativity to everyday life" completed in 2015. I opted for this approach in order to propose a version in pocket format, more practical for students and researchers specialized in linguistics, who would like to be interested in it.

The technological revolution poses a great challenge to politics through the development of the internet, especially Social Media as new alternative powers of resistance and change. The events that have occurred since December 2010 in the Arab countries, Europe and the Americas attest to the influence of Social Media in the reconfiguration of information and in the emergence of social and political protests around the world. Social media is a space for exchange, dialogue and mobilization. This virtual space encourages the emergence of the individual and the rise of the Subject: the international youth movement. A reflection will be carried out on the Internet, in particular the social media which currently impose themselves in the field of the communication where the information became a new alternative power. Through this digital medium, the youth of the movement develop a capacity for influence, resistance and change for new political forms. The aim is also to understand and analyze the stakes of actors around local and global logics in the public space.

The oral health status of patients with mental illness is sometimes considered secondary to the other conditions they have. There is evidence that these patients are more vulnerable to dental neglect and poor oral health. The change in behavior prevents them from knowing the need for oral hygiene and care. Another reason is that the medications they take for the control of psychiatric symptoms, alter the physiology of the oral cavity. Poor oral health, however, is a cause of discomfort, pain, eating difficulties, and altered aesthetics. A prospective study on the oral health of mentally ill patients was conducted at the psychiatry department of C.H.U. Point G from June to July 2014. The objective was to determine the oral health of patients consulting in psychiatry. There were 130 patients including 91 men and 39 women. The average age was 33.2 years. The target readership consisted of all those interested in Dentistry, Stomatology, Public Health, Psychiatry, General Medicine.

The subject of the book MIRACULOGY is the explanation of the philosophical basis of the Miraculous animation series, which is the relationship between three elements. The latter are the set of relationships that exist between any three elements, such as the relationship between three characters for example. In their relationship, the intermediate element (the element placed in the middle of two other elements) is the hybrid element that shares common points with the element that precedes it and common points with the element that follows it. You will discover the complete explanation of this philosophy in the book.

Cannabis use and sexuality, are there interactions? And if so, which ones? In our French society there are more and more cannabis users, we know that regular use of cannabis impacts different regions of the brain, and has many social, family, judicial impacts... However, the impact of cannabis use on sexuality does not seem to have been much studied. We propose in this research work to study the impact of cannabis use on sexuality and more particularly on erectile dysfunction. To do this, we will first present a state of the art, then we will develop a part on cannabis and another on erectile function. Then, we will propose the choice of the research methodology as well as the analysis of the results followed by the discussion and the conclusion.

The problematic addressed in this research is based on the main question of the participation of civil society in national development. It is based on two main observations. Firstly, the unsatisfied needs of the population despite the implementation of development projects that are supposed to bring about a better well-being and reduce poverty. The second observation concerns the inability of the State to fully address all the development sectors without the support of civil society. The methodology adopted is based on simple random sampling with data collection from one hundred (100) NGOs and Associations constituting CSOs in Togo. In addition, the analysis of the contribution of Togolese civil society focused on three areas, namely, the protection of children's rights, women's rights and the care of PLWHA (people living with HIV/AIDS). This research shows the role that civil society organizations play in the development of African countries and in Togo in particular, in a continent decimated by political and ethnic conflicts.

This collection of 37 evangelical studies of an apologetic nature is the result of two years of hard work. In it I have succeeded in developing some basic concepts such as: saving faith, effective baptism, the church of Christ, resurrection of the dead, salvation by the righteousness of God, and the bearing of the cross. I have been able to draw a line, God willing, between Law and Grace. Among the studies that reveal hidden secrets in the Scriptures, I cite: the Parable of the Weed, The 144,000 Virgins, The Great Whore, The Lord Our Righteousness. What is amazing is that the Grace system appears as a new Law, the Law of Christ. Several studies are devoted to preparing God's people for the coming persecutions.

The veil is a complex and highly publicized issue that is debated in the Western world. It may or may not be permitted in the school, sports and professional arenas. The author of this book focused on the issue of veiled women's involvement in social work. She wondered if the involvement of these women is limited by laws, guidelines or by employers' representations of the veil, the woman who wears it and Islam. Therefore, her goal was to discover and understand the reasons why an employer would consider hiring or not hiring a veiled woman and to open a dialogue that contributes to a mutual understanding. To do this, she interviewed four employers in the social work field.

The family is the appropriate framework for the development of any child. Outside it, the young being is doomed to social maladjustment. In this sense, the phenomenon of street children expresses an imbalance at both the individual and social levels. Its reduction requires an analysis of its main determinants. Here, individual resilience is presented as the major element in the family reintegration of these children. To this end, a questionnaire was submitted to a sample of 64 street children who had returned or were returning to their families. The analysis of the results obtained indicates that the subjects with a high level of resilience succeed in their family reintegration, whereas those with a low level of resilience fail in this process of family reintegration.

This qualitative research sought, through interviews and document analysis to investigate the articulation of teaching with the extension in the Pedagogy course of the university in question. The direct contact with five educators, two of them active and three not participating in extension projects, gave rise to two categories of analysis: concept of extension and indissociability. From them, it could be observed that thinking about inseparability may be linked to the epistemological model present in the teaching action, i.e., in the way teachers perceive the construction of the students' knowledge and direct their classes is implied the possibility or not of articulating extensionist practices with teaching practices. It was also observed that the extensionist teacher is closer to what is desired regarding the articulation of teaching with the extension, since he or she goes through a specific training on extension, which may be indicative of the need for a training that permeates the entire university faculty.

The end of a university study is sanctioned by a scientific work either to deposit or to defend, and among these works we have a thesis, dissertation etc.Apart from the academic work, some are animated to immortalize the events by the writings, we will note that the scientific language is different from popular language that is to say that the scientific work must be free of any plagiarism, and to avoid the latter it is necessary to know how to quote the ideas drawn from the other authors and to list the worksThe purpose of this manual is to guide the researcher, to do his research well, and to better avoid plagiarism.

This work is the accomplishment of an action-research carried out by a professional in the field. As a specialized educator and project manager in a service specialized in prostitution in the Paris region, I have put to good use eight years of listening to the life stories of young people. Indeed, this integration and prevention service completes its educational action with the tools of life history and genogram practice. My practice has allowed me to understand the problem of the risk of prostitution in the light of what they say and their reality. Today, in a difficult life context for young people between 18 and 25 years old, who have lost their family and social ties, the approach to the risk of prostitution and prostitution has changed. Their extreme risk-taking practices are invisible and unnamed and very often escape the institutions that accompany them. The act takes precedence over the word. The theme of my research is to analyze and better understand how the biographical device can reduce risk-taking among young people, and to identify the different factors of the slide into prostitution on which it is possible to act.

The pre-analytical phase is an important step in the analytical process, starting with the prescription of the examinations by the clinician and ending with the beginning of the analysis. This phase, which represents 57% of the time used, is at the origin of 85% of the errors and malfunctions that affect the analytical results. The general objective of this study is to improve the pre-analytical phase of the bacteriological diagnosis of Mycobacteriosis at the tuberculosis reference laboratory by analyzing the management of the reception of samples in order to propose corrective actions. We conducted a qualitative descriptive study. The audit of the 1177 tuberculosis samples received at the URAP during a period of 6 months allowed us to highlight the different non-conformities. We based our analysis on the reception register, the observations made at reception and the Ishikawa diagram. The non-conformities were essentially related to the analysis bulletin (25%), the sample (42%) and the method (33%).

In writing this document, the author's concern is to provide researchers in general and students in particular with a preventive tool that can help them to produce a good essay within a rational time frame and without psychological pressure... Writing is not an easy task, and it is not enough to be intelligent to produce a good quality final paper, one must also know how to avoid the many thorns or obstacles that can be found along the way.

The Directly Observed Treatment (DOT) is considered a milestone for TB control worldwide, which can contribute to achieving the global goals for disease control. The Ministry of Health (BRASIL, 2011b) highlights that the nurses' role is essential to ensure the supervision of the entire DOT. However, based on empirical observations of the practice and discussions in a research group between care nurses and researchers, we observed some limitations to the operationalization of the strategy regarding the nurses' performance in the OST, especially the importance given to the supervision of drug taking at the expense of other actions that are also part of the OST. The object of study of this research is the social representations about the OST for ESF nurses, using Serge Moscovici's Theory of Social Representations as a theoretical reference. This research aims to know the social representations of nurses of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) about the Directly Observed Treatment (DOT) of tuberculosis. This is a qualitative representational study, conducted in family health units that operated the DOT.

When we follow the origins of the feeling of morality and its unfolding in different human societies, we can see that at its core lies the problem of violence and the means to avoid, diminish or control it. Therefore, through a study of reality and of our biological aptitudes for altruistic behaviour, we can observe the importance of these characteristics for human and scientific development. Bioethics seeks exactly to diminish the damage caused by man to other animals and to himself. And considering the importance of empathy and perception for the recognition of animal suffering, we observe that people who limit their moral considerations to the boundaries of their own human community may be more indifferent to the suffering of other animal species. Thus, a society that represses our moral considerations and endangers our mental health, may at some point produce a population indifferent to suffering, making acts of violence common, contributing to an inhumane education, and in a specific case, may also contribute to an inhumane science.

In concrete and comprehensive terms, sarcopenia could be defined as a geriatric, multifactorial syndrome characterized by a progressive loss of muscle mass and strength, associated with severe consequences such as comorbidities, poor quality of life and mortality. It can be considered the result of different pathogenic mechanisms such as inflammation, malnutrition, hormonal imbalance, frailty, alterations in protein synthesis and degradation, mitochondrial dysfunction and physical inactivity. The prevalence increases with age, however, lifestyle, dietary habits, physical activity and the presence of diseases are factors that determine its evolution. Treatment of sarcopenia combines physical activity and diet. Physical activity is associated with increased muscle mass, preventing frailty and dysfunction, whereas the highest incidence of sarcopenia has been observed in sedentary older adults. A diet adequate in energy and, especially, protein helps to treat age-related decline in muscle mass, strength and skills.

All groups in society position themselves in this same society in a certain way, also having positions about the official historiography and, in some cases, building their own historiographic work. In this paper I will analyze how this process occurs with the religious movement of Jehovah's Witnesses, from the literature produced by these individuals I seek to understand how they appropriate the past, how they produce meaning about it and what are the uses of these narratives, especially how they contribute to the construction of a collective identity, in addition to the ways in which they build bridges with the studies of historians. My time frame, from 1989 to 2014, is justified by the years in which the sources I analysed were published. All the books and articles produced by the group and analysed by me were published and released within this time frame. The theme is important due to the scarcity of material produced about the Jehovah's Witnesses, and for opening great possibility for reflection on the appropriations, productions and uses of historical thought outside the academy and, in this case, by a religious group.
