The general objective of this work is to study the integration of decentralized generation (DG) in the MV electrical distribution network of the Société Nationale d'Électricité/Lubumbashi in order to improve the quality of electrical energy supply.To achieve this objective, a literature review on the issue of integration of distributed generation into the electricity distribution network was conducted. A model of the electrical distribution network was simulated with the Power World and ETAP software to highlight the effects of decentralized productions. It was also carried out a data collection on the electrical network which was the subject of the case study. Finally, simulations were made on the latter with the PowerWorld software.Let's say, from all the results presented in this work, a general trend emerges. The modification of the voltage plan, the decrease of the load supplied by the source substations or cabin, the distribution of the fault currents, the power transits change and increase according to the power of the PD and, of a decrease of the joule losses.

This work aims to demonstrate that the Camillian novel is more similar to the novel of violence than to the novel of love. We first propose a typology of violence based on a large corpus. The concept of possession is the result of a long evolution, which started with the first societies and still continues today. Its character is very heterogeneous because of the elements that make it up, of Roman, Germanic and customary law origin, among others. It is a constantly evolving and changing path, so much so that today we speak, for example, of the possession of claims, shares and other intangible property. This complexity raises many questions about the role of possession in today's society. However, in order to be able to understand and know in depth the current notion of possession, it is necessary to identify its origins and its long evolution through the centuries. In order to study the present notion of possession, it is necessary to refer to human societies of the past and their subsequent evolution. This is necessary in order to understand the role of possession in positive law, which is also fundamental.

The monograph presents the results of synthesis of porous silica gas-sensitive materials for semiconductor hydrogen sulfide sensors. As a result of studying the activity and selectivity of individual and binary oxides in the oxidation of combustible gases the composition of the catalyst for the gas-sensitive element of the hydrogen sulfide sensor is selected. The selected catalysts provide high selectivity of the PSS in a wide range of temperatures and concentrations of the determined component. The optimum ratio of the initial components for the synthesis of silica gas-sensitive materials for the semiconductor hydrogen sulfide sensor was selected. The maturation period of the film-forming solution of the stable state was established. It was found that increasing the process temperature with a slight change in solution viscosity leads to a sharp decrease in the solution stability time. Rectal cancer is a major public health problem and its treatment is based on neoadjuvant radio-chemotherapy associated with surgery.The objective of this study is to identify the factors that predict tumor response after neoadjuvant treatment.This is a retrospective descriptive study of 35 cases of rectal adenocarcinoma operated on and treated with neoadjuvant treatment. The series was composed of 12 men and 23 women with a mean age of 57 years.It was an adenocarcinoma in all cases. On biology, 22 patients had an CEA value higher than normal. Downstaging was found in 15 patients. The tumor was classified as ypT4 in 5 cases, ypT3 in 20 cases, ypT2 in 5 cases and ypT1 in 2 cases. Clearance was R0 in 28 patients and R1 in 12 patients. The tumor was TRG1 (3 cases), TRG 2 (2 cases), TRG3 (6 cases), TRG4 (19 cases) and TRG5 (5 cases). A significant relationship was found between CEA and TRG (p=0.037).There was no relationship between epidemiological data, parietal invasion rT(p=0.056), degree of tumor differentiation (p=0.142), histological type (p=0.196) and TRG.

This study was conducted in the wood processing unit of ADAF-BOIS in Soa. For this purpose, an evaluation method based on the relationship between the worker and his activity was used. Thus, the first analysis of the organisation of work and the characterisation of the equipment used reveals that two major groups of workers can be determined, namely, task workers and full-day workers. The second analysis, carried out using an inductive approach based on a questionnaire and direct measurements in all work areas using a class 2 integrating sound level meter, reveals that 90.91% of the employees feel that they are victims of the harmful effects of noise exposure. The third analysis, based on noise mapping, provides a general overview of the noise distribution in the factory and therefore helps to facilitate the implementation of the recommended measures. The fourth analysis, based on the principle of cost-effectiveness analysis, identified a series of important measures to be implemented in order to effectively reduce noise.

The aim of our study is to investigate the perception of the family meal in obese children aged 6 to 10 years. We assume that the obese child sees the family meal as a privileged way to bring the family together; that for him, food replaces the expression of emotions; and finally, that he sees the family meal as an obligation to follow dietary rules. We received 12 obese children with one or two of their parents. The children, coming from all social backgrounds, were followed at the hospital on a quarterly basis for the management of their obesity. The study consisted of a semi-structured interview with the parents, presentation of CAT and FAT charts. In addition, the children were asked to draw themselves as they saw themselves; and to draw a family meal.

The organizational diagnosis of an economic entity is intended to be an exercise with an economic aim, by improving its mode of governance, its functioning and its process of generating results, in order to reach the optimum. This diagnosis, applied to a banking entity, becomes more relevant when combined with the credit risk management policy. In the case of the Banque Malienne de Solidarité through its SME Department, the exercise revealed a number of dysfunctions, both in terms of organization and curative credit risk management. Avenues of improvement were formulated in the form of recommendations on organizational shortcomings (notably on the prerogatives and attributions of the service, the management of human resources, the process of handling customer requests, etc.). As for the curative management of credit risk, the implementation and use of modern tools such as the Scoring system, securitization and RAROC (Risk Adjusted Return On Capital), are widely addressed.

Agri-food marketing appears today to be indispensable for local development and decentralization in Africa. In constant evolution, it plays a vital role in the performance and coordination of business policies and the management of agri-food system processes. Agri-food marketing is unanimously recognized as very effective in making us buy products that we did not know we needed. Likewise, with its awareness, communication and promotion campaigns, agri-food marketing brings a lot to the field of local development and decentralization. It allows us to encourage the population to adopt and promote behavior that is defined as safe and favorable to grassroots development. Agri-food marketing techniques make it possible to define and determine the target public, to know its tastes, its behavioral patterns, its networks of influence, its factors limiting change, beyond simple demographic or sociological knowledge, for a better formulation of the agri-food marketing strategy.

This book highlights the possibility of making dental prostheses in children and the implementation of these prostheses, with their different characteristics. These prostheses, after occlusal imbalance and disturbance of the oro-facial functions, allow to give back to the child the joy of living and eating for a good growth and a good development. The prostheses are fixed, removable and removable partial and total prostheses. Dento-maxillofacial prostheses must be added.

Man is at the beginning and the end of any action on this earth of the living, whether it is good or bad. Most of us have the reflex to act for our survival, so much the environment forces us to it. This mass has no more time to think about the future of the generations after it, what takes precedence is the search for daily bread. Sometimes it doesn't matter what means are used to get this bread. Such a behavior has consequences which are likely to delay our development and this in almost all the fields, from the political world and the business world, to the social world and our traditions. Everything is put in the opposite direction most of the time. Where one should do good, the opposite that suits me is proposed and we move on, we move on. Many of those who are supposed to take over tomorrow are left to their own devices and this group is growing in a world without reference points and without real direction. The Elite alone can do nothing. So love in the sense of loving one's neighbor as oneself and education for all, especially from a young age, seem to us to be the ways capable of saving what can still be saved.

The purpose of this work is to measure the influence of socio-cultural values on the performance of salespeople, particularly insurance salespeople. To achieve this objective, a review of the literature on the culture and performance of salespeople was conducted. It identified both the social and cultural values of salespeople that may influence their behavior. A survey of a sample of insurance salespeople was used to verify these relationships. It was found that the socio-cultural values of the salespeople partially influence their performance. Similarly, the analyses show that a winning company is one that adapts to the context, initiates responsible behavior in its salespeople, and motivates its staff through a clear remuneration system and career profile. In addition, the mastery of the salespeople's own values (training, culture, individualistic/collectivist character, etc.) should lead managers not to base their evaluation exclusively on results in terms of sales volume and revenue generated, but to combine the qualitative aspects linked to their deployment.

The technological properties of Cedrela odorata were determined on 11 trees felled in 3 plantations from 2 ecofloristic zones in Togo. The impact of silvicultural and biophysical factors was determined on the percentage of heartwood measured from two slices taken at 1.30 m from the trunk of each tree. The results show that: 1. the average percentage of heartwood of 36-year-old Cedrela trees is 88.54%; higher than that of Gmelina and Teak from Togolese plantations 2. The trunk diameter, ecological and soil conditions of the harvesting sites have an influence on this percentage. 3. For the same diameter, trees from ecological zone 4 show a significant difference compared to those from ecological zone 3. 4. Vessel diameter measured on cross-sections as well as tangential and radial sections differs significantly depending on the ecological zone. 5. Vessel length does not vary significantly between sites. 6. PSF, density at 12%, and static flexural modulus of elasticity vary with cambial age.

Today, human rights are of interest to individuals, to States with the emergence of the notion of the rule of law, and to international institutions. The number and variety of international institutions and organizations dealing with human rights issues reflect this reality. Africa, however, has not stood idly by in the face of the new wave of human rights that is sweeping the world. In the face of the appalling atrocities of human rights violations. The OAU established the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights. The African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights creates, in its article 30, an African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights placed under the OAU, now the AU, and commonly called the Commission. It is a technical body responsible for the promotion and protection of human rights. This commission was created because it was not possible to establish a real court at the time. The African Commission, inspired by international jurisprudence, recognizes a triple obligation for a State responsible for a violation.

The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of two chemical fertilizers, NPKs and triple superphosphate (TSP) applied at two doses (LD25 and LD50) on adults and juveniles of an earthworm bioindicator of pollution, Aporrectodea caliginosa, a dominant species in the region of Tebessa (North-East Algeria).The effects of these two chemical fertilizers were examined on mortality, growth, biomarkers of oxidative stress and biochemical composition of adults and juveniles of A. caliginosa. Bioaccumulation and histological studies were also determined. The growth of adult and juvenile worms was disturbed after exposure to both fertilizers (NPK and TSP) accompanied by a disturbance in protein content and energy reserves. Furthermore, biomarkers of oxidative stress revealed an induction of the detoxification system. Chemical fertilizers were accumulated in earthworms, but with a low bioaccumulation rate. In addition, histological study of treated adults revealed changes in the integuments and intestinal wall compared to controls.

Just as in traditional wireless networks, Medium Access Control (MAC) in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) continues to attract the attention of many researchers. For a variety of proposed medium access solutions, ensuring good throughput while conserving energy is a real challenge. Asynchronous MAC protocols are distinguished by their short cycle time and low communication cost. Recently, Improved Receiver Initiated MAC Protocol (IRI-MAC), a receiver oriented protocol, has been proposed to reduce collisions in RI-MAC by generating a unique Clear Channel Assessment time (CCA_time) per node. In this book, after showing the possibilities of collisions in IRI-MAC, we propose eIRIMAC, an IRI-MAC based Balancing mechanism to improve it. We show that the proposed solution generates a lower probability of collisions, and reduces Idle-listening through a backoff-based balancing mechanism.

Pedagogical conditions for the formation of a healthy lifestyle for preschool children. In the presented monograph a complex approach to the development of the model and pedagogical conditions promoting the implementation and improving the effectiveness of the formation of a healthy lifestyle of preschool children is clearly worked out. The significance of the study lies in the fact that its results contribute to the theory of preschool children education: expanded ideas about the content, focus, principles and methods of forming a healthy lifestyle for preschool children; identified and characterized the structural components of a healthy lifestyle: cognitive, emotional, motivational and behavioral and motor, identified the criteria and indicators; developed a model that includes four blocks (target, methodological, organizational-activity and outcome. The results of the study can also be used in family education in order to raise awareness of parents, their readiness to organize healthy lifestyle among their children and increase motivation for healthy lifestyle among pre-school children.

The financial autonomy granted to decentralized local authorities is reflected in the financial powers granted to communal bodies in general and to the representative of the municipal executive in particular, i.e. the mayor. these powers promote good governance, both administrative and financial, and contribute to the consolidation of democracy. These powers are deployed in a context marked by decentralization and the liberation of administrative structures. In this sense, the mayor, who appears to be one of the pivots of this process, should occupy a privileged place in local financial management in accordance with the principles of decentralization. However, a closer look at reality reveals a discrepancy between the formation of financial autonomy and the mayor's room for maneuver. Indeed, these powers are diluted in their consistency with what they should be.

The basic school must allow the child "to expand his or her awareness of time, space, the objects of the modern world and his or her own body. The initiation and mastery of the two official languages, first Creole and then French, contributes to the student's openness to the world" (MENJS, 2005, p. 4). At this level of education, the distribution of teachers according to urban centers to the detriment of rural areas is one of the major handicaps affecting the quality of education in Haiti. By continuing education, we mean any training, activity or program that, through its objectives and pedagogical approaches, allows any person, individually or in association with an organization, to achieve continuing education as defined above. In this context, a semi-structured interview guide was developed to interview two teachers in two different institutions in Jean-Rabel. Finally, the analysis of the data allowed us to understand the functioning of the targeted schools, the teachers' difficulties, their pedagogical training needs, and the teaching conditions.

What is really at stake in the instrumentalization of spiritual warfare and how can we understand the renewed interest in hunting down demons in Christian circles? He demonstrates that spiritual warfare is simply the constant and renewed effort that every Christian makes to make himself available to the action of the Holy Spirit, in order to be of service to God. Through the reflections presented in this book, the modern crisis of spiritual warfare appears as a symptomatic phenomenon of deregulated societies that are experiencing the trauma of a poorly negotiated spiritual acculturation and the excessiveness of the claim to access a paganized religious modernity.

Ravine-à-Couleuvres is the place where the first battle took place in 1802 between the indigenous army and Rochambeau's troops as part of the slaves' struggle for the general liberation of blacks, which led to independence and the founding of the Haitian nation on January 1, 1804. The Ravine-à-Couleuvres is located on the Lacroix-Périsse dwelling in the commune of Estère and was the scene of a bloody event that has marked and continues to mark the Haitian memory. In this sense, it symbolizes pride and represents an affirmation of identity for the Estériens. As a place of memory, this site raises a lot of attachment, either to tell its importance in the history of Haiti, or to exalt the various practices. Faced with this observation, this study is part of the immateriality with the problem of the development of history and memory. Thus, the path taken stops first on the richness of the collective memory, then on the erection of monuments that allow to highlight the symbolism of the place and the cultural aspects serving to build the Aesterian identity in the department of Artibonite.

In this paper, we will try to answer the question: "What are the different factors of rural poverty in Madagascar? To do this, two hypotheses will be discussed: first, the low rate of access to drinking water amplifies the poverty situation. Secondly, limited access to the use of sanitation facilities is one of the determinants of rural poverty. We have drawn statistical and theoretical data from different sources. For the theoretical part, we searched on the internet. In addition, we consulted various reports at INSTAT. It is from these data that we proceeded to the elaboration of this work. In the empirical part, the analysis of the two hypotheses was based on the 22 regions of Madagascar and the environments of residence. This allows us to see the causal relationship between the rate of access to improved water and sanitation infrastructure and the level of poverty. The analyses are always done according to the 22 regions and the area of residence to see the differences.

This publication reflects the experience of one of the leading schools of thoracic surgery in Uzbekistan in the field of tracheal surgery. The authors analyze the main aspects of etiology, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of patients with tracheal stenosis and extensive defects of the anterior tracheal wall. The offered monograph is devoted to the generalization of the world scientific experience concerning the methods of various plastic operations on the trachea and bronchi as well as the analysis of more than 200 operations performed by the team of the department of the lungs and mediastinum surgery of the RSMC named after academician Vahidov. V. Vahidov. Methods of plastic closure of the terminal and extensive circular defects of the trachea and bronchi are discussed in detail. The anesthesiological issues, algorithm of the postoperative management of patients and prevention of possible complications are considered in the corresponding chapters. The monograph outlines further ways of development of the plasty of tracheal and bronchial defects. The manual is recommended for thoracic surgeons, pulmonologists, ENT-specialists as well as for students of the departments, clinical residents and residents of master's degree programs.

After a long journey of university study, the writing of this work sanctions and represents so many combined efforts and sacrifices made. Certainly, this work on the functioning of the political institutions of the D.R.Congo from 2006 to 2011 is necessary since it is likely to contribute to future scientific research and to bring certain lights on the way in which the political institutions of the country functioned since the entry into force of the constitution of February 18, 2006. On this, we are obliged to express socially our gratitude towards any person having contributed morally, materially and scientifically to the achievement of this work.

If the agriculture of a region is the reflection of its natural environment, the product of its socio-economic organization, the result of human action, what is the observation we can make about agriculture in the Wilaya of Setif? The monograph presents the results of the conducted scientific-research work on the study of clinical and genetic studies of early diagnosis of autism. In the course of scientific research the clinical and differential diagnostic features of various autism were revealed. The authors have proved the necessity of screening for signs of early signs of disorders of the nervous system. The monograph is intended for general practitioners, neurologists, and specialists dealing with this problem, undergraduate students, clinical residents, and trainees of physicians' advanced training courses.

We think we know everything about human activity and more particularly about work activity. But then, why always so much, even more, damage? Ergology is a multidisciplinary approach that allows us to analyze all human activities, in order to intervene to transform/improve them. In order to do this, it aims at putting into dialogue the traditional academic knowledge (constituted knowledge) elaborated by the different human and social sciences, and the knowledge of the protagonists of these human activities that they acquire and produce by the very fact of their participation in these activities (invested knowledge). For this approach "nothing serious can be said about any human activity independently of those who act". Thus, ergology is situated from the outset at the crossroads of multiple academic knowledges and of the "savoirs-y-faire" of the actors who work in concrete situations. The aim of this book is to offer a basic introduction to this scientifically elaborated approach.
