The monograph presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies of structural and simulation modeling of the macrostructure of cellular concrete with a predetermined set of properties. The main characteristics of cellular concretes and their macrostructure and mathematical modeling of material properties are described. The basics of fractal geometry and its application to the description of porous building materials are considered. Methods of determining the optimal pore structure of cellular concrete with prescribed properties and nondestructive control of their strength and heat protection properties are presented. The methods of improving the properties of cellular concrete based on the results of the research are shown.The monograph is intended for scientific and engineering employees of research organizations, as well as for teachers of higher educational institutions, doctoral students.

Several populations of mesenchymal stem cells derived from dental tissue have been identified in the oral cavity, such as those derived from temporary teeth, dental follicles or alveolar bone, among others. These stem cells can be enzymatically manipulated, subjected to tissue growth factors and are capable of differentiating into adipocytes and osteosites. The main source of adult stem cells from permanent teeth are the third molars, which are the most unstable in the face of failure or obstruction of their development and are characterized by their capacity to regenerate the pulpodentinal complex.In this sense, obtaining dental pulps from third molars through different types of cuts to determine the most effective method to preserve cell viability and begin to develop the culture of mesenchymal stem cells, with the prospect of being able to implement it in the future in buccomaxillofacial reconstruction, would have a positive impact on the care of patients in the hospital setting, with repercussions on the health of the population.

The development of integrative training projects is intended to integrate formative research to the actions of social responsibility, to contribute to the improvement of the quality of professional training, using research as a process of exploration and discovery of new knowledge, to contribute to technological development and technological innovation. It is sought that students enhance their research capabilities by improving their creativity and critical thinking skills in response to the solution of problems of the context. Therefore, the application of integrative training projects enhances the ability to investigate from reality and contribute to the formation of the human being researcher with human, social and environmental responsibility.

When we observe the balance of the development of humanity from the Neolithic to the present day, we can see that with all the ups and downs, these conditionalities have been achieved, to a point sufficient for society not only to have appeared on the face of the earth, but to have continued to exist to the present day, then it is worth asking: How has the social built and maintained this network of contributions? Social Science from its beginnings has asked itself: Where do we come from? But when we see the profound ups and downs that this process has had, where almost most of the emerging societies have disappeared and the double contingency of social interaction has not been overcome, I think it is time to ask ourselves: Why are we still here? and to rethink a strategy to answer this question that remains unresolved. To do so, we must begin to take the first steps to rethink the role of the observing subject, which in this case is the social scientist who uses the resources of classical science to observe the measurable and predictable materiality of human groups that, in general terms, we call society.

The Ivorian penal code undoubtedly has many affinities with the French penal code of 1810, its ancestor. As soon as it gained independence, Côte d'Ivoire transposed, by legal mimicry, most of the major principles of criminal law from colonial legislation into its repressive arsenal. However, the need to adapt the criminal law of colonial inspiration to local realities has never ceased to inhabit the Ivorian legislator. The exclusion of minors under 10 years of age from the scope of criminal law, the admission of the criminal responsibility of legal persons, the provision of criminal sanctions in the field of company law, the correctionalization of bigamy, the abolition of the death penalty, the recognition of international crimes or the decriminalization of bounced checks, etc. are all innovations and specificities of Ivorian criminal law that deserve to be brought to the attention of the public. The annotation of this legal corpus can contribute to the popularization of the criminal norms secreted by the Ivorian legal system.

Nowadays, heritage is under increasing pressure to be used as a tourist resource, a fact related to the progressive increase of cultural tourism, sometimes bringing more negative than positive impacts if the tourist management of cultural heritage is not well planned and the social potential of the site chosen for this project is not taken into account. The research presented here analyzes the relationship between heritage and tourism circumscribed in the Batey framed by the Pepito Tey Popular Council (CP), in the periphery of the city of Cienfuegos. It is aimed at characterizing the endogenous social potential in said CP for the adequate tourist management of its cultural heritage, understood from the sociological perspective. The deepening of the issue implies unveiling both the strengths and the limitations that negatively affect the local development of the carrying community.

The purpose of this work was to generate constructs on the Professional Competences of University Teachers in the Framework of Education 4.0, UNELLEZ Santa Bárbara program. In it, the following theories were considered: The path of continuing teacher education. A look through professional competencies. Teachers and their professional competencies, education 4.0. A challenge in the training process and the theories of meaningful learning, the humanistic theory and the theory of metacognition in continuing education. Methodologically, the interpretative paradigm of qualitative approach was approached, under the use of the phenomenological method; conversational techniques and narration were considered, through chat, emails, video calls, on-line interviews, WhatsApp, others, the semi-structured interview was applied to the seven (07) teachers considered key informants in the development of this research. The procedure used for the analysis of the information was categorization, individual structuring, general structuring, contrasting and theorizing.

Until now, medicine did not have a paraclinical examination to diagnose burnout. However, these situations of chronic stress, such as burnout, are increasingly worrying. This book proposes an evidence-based psychiatry by presenting objective data from daily practice. The clinical description of the burnout picture is based on the numerous publications on the neurobiology of adaptation. The paraclinical approach describes the discovery and use of a biobehavioral marker of chronic stress states in humans in daily practice. The non-invasive and continuous use of connected objects is discussed in terms of feasibility and protection of health data, both during complete hospitalizations and during ambulatory follow-ups in real life conditions. These objective data are brought together with a quantified clinical analysis of 350 patients' focus groups, confirming the adaptive behavior measured by changes in the day/night cycle in situations of exhaustion. The book opens a reflection on the exhaustion situation as the ultimate adaptive mechanism.

The study of the evolution of land use and its changes is interesting in order to highlight environmental difficulties in general and important in order to determine the nature and mode of intervention of human communities that modify the forms of global land use according to the evolution of needs, which is not without consequences on the nearby environment. The research and analyses carried out in this sense form a solid and necessary information base for the various actors involved in the field of development, planning and development in general.Nowadays, with the development of analysis systems applied to space, the knowledge and monitoring of our environment have become easy. Indeed, the integration of digital mapping, global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), remote sensing, spatial analysis, the development of geomatic applications and geographic information systems (GIS) have become essential conservation tools that currently affect all aspects of society.

The 2013 reform of the Common Agricultural Policy has seen an unprecedented greening of the CAP. For the first time since its creation, the CAP has made environmental protection a central objective. While the issue of global warming has certainly played a role, greening has also been motivated by other factors. Indeed, greening also serves to legitimise and justify the maintenance of the Common Agricultural Policy, which is increasingly under fire from other European policies. These other motivations explain why greening is not always perceived as living up to expectations. From an environmental point of view, the question remains whether greening is light or dark green?

Oxy-combustion has established itself as one of the most attractive combustion technologies. Recycled fuel and flue gases are combusted with oxygen-enriched air, resulting in a flue gas primarily composed ofCO2 and water vapor. Oxy-combustion can offer benefits such as increased efficiency, reduced emissions, improved temperature stability, and heat transfer, increased productivity, improved ignition characteristics, and lower risk. Distillation, adsorption, and membranes are three technologies that have been developed to respond to high concentrations of oxygen to improve combustion efficiency. A single pass through the membranes can increase the concentration of oxygen in the air by 35%, and a double pass through the membranes can increase the concentration by 50%. The increased oxygen flow slightly improves the combustion process and slightly increases the maximum temperature inside the reaction zone.

This work traces the role of social capital and strategies for strengthening it in order to ensure effective and efficient management of natural and man-made disaster risks. To collect the data, questionnaire surveys of 383 households, focus group interviews, and research meetings were conducted. Several techniques, including content analysis, analysis of variance, etc., allowed us to assign meanings to the field data. The results of the research demonstrated that social capital plays a major role in the development of collective actions and a common vision of natural and man-made disaster risk management in the Buzi and Mbinga-Nord groups.

Citizen participation is a subject of promotion and dissemination by public entities and various organizations that defend this right, however, it is the citizens who have lost interest in project management.who has lost interest in project management and the closest thing to it is municipal management.This is due to the existence of deficiencies in technical support and lack of knowledge in various requirements, INEI (2020). The objective of this research is to propose a proposal in relation to strengthenthe capacities of citizens in the projects to be implemented in order to improve municipal management.municipal management. A quantitative non-experimental research was carried out, with three variables, a sample of 128 inhabitants, with simple random sampling.

"Art-Therapy, and your limit?" is inspired by a research work which tries to define the contours of a practice of psychoanalytical approach by centring the argument on the limits: limits in art-therapy, limits of the Institution, limits of the patient, limits of the therapist, etc. Through the design of the limits, this question can be asked: "How can we accompany each of the subjects we meet towards Independence, while respecting their singularity, without judgement or interpretation? In an attempt to shed light on this question, this book will try to show how art-therapeutic devices open up a poetic path for each of the subjects to express themselves freely and with dignity, using Art as a language in its own right.

To be effective, the fight against terrorism must depend on the promotion of the rule of law. Central Africa is a breeding ground for the resurgence of terrorism, which to this day is a scourge hanging like a sword of Damocles obstructing peace, security and stability. Several initiatives have been implemented in the fight against terrorism. The DRC is at the centre of these initiatives as it influences and is affected, directly or indirectly, by the policies and strategies of its nine neighbours, which constitute the majority of states in the region. The limits of these initiatives are obvious: the inability of states to support them, their legitimacy is controversial and they do not enjoy the support of local communities who see them as new occupying forces. Thus, one solution remains promising: the stato-centric policy based on a normative framework respecting the principles of the rule of law. In this region, EU regulation plays a key role in dealing with terrorism. However, national legal standards remain important but are less developed and less appropriate.

This book offers a new space for resizing the university, towards its transformation, attached to the changes that require responding to society, promoting it, and giving it supreme happiness, in this framework of ideas, this will promote a training process that will not only train professionals in sustainable tourism, but will empower the community to take advantage of tourism as economic, social and cultural activities with the model of sustainability.

In my book I deal with the architecture and reinforced concrete buildings of Pier Luigi Nervi (1891-1979). The engineer plays an important role in reforming the coverage of space given to the application of precast elements. Nervi's buildings must be examined not only scientifically but also from the artistic side. The research also extends to Nervi's influence to Hungarian architecture and engineering thought, of which the Kazincbarcika warehouse designed by Gnädig Miklós is outstanding. In Hungary he deals with Pier Luigi Nervi's ouvre from the engineering side at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in the Department of Materials and Structures. I think it is important to examine the subject also in an art historical context since so far there are no publications in Hungarian. In my book I write about the Municipal Stadium in Florence, the Palazzetto and the Palazzo dello Sport built for the 1960 Olympics in Rome, and last but not least the Paul VI Hall. I present the buildings focusing to the structure and specific elements that also bring artistic value.

This book focuses on Brazilian Family Law: how was the dynamics of this legal branch in face of the problems of the various family arrangements, whether in terms of cohabitation criteria, custody of minor children or even in terms of food to be fixed, as well as the changes arising from the pandemic of COVID-19. As we will see, from this pandemic context, new needs have emerged in the relationship between parents and children, demanding from law enforcers a new way of thinking and seeking solutions to the issues raised in this area.

Basically, the control of administrative guardianship evokes the idea of a legal mechanism based on the need to respect the principle of legality and regularity of acts of administrative authorities. It refers to the control of their conformity with the law. In this way, it has the purpose of the fight against the excess of power of the administrative authorities. The supervisory authority is the Governor of the province. He can delegate this competence to the Administrator of the territory.In positive Congolese law, the control of administrative supervision is organized by the organic law n°08/016 of October 7, 2008 on the composition, organization and functioning of decentralized territorial entities and their relationship with the State and the provinces. Supervision is either a priori or a posteriori and is exercised within the limits of the law.It should be noted that in practice, the supervision of the DTEs, which should be exercised in accordance with the legal texts governing decentralization in the DRC, is not effectively exercised because of the lack of organization of elections at the local level.

To meet the growing demand for safe water and adequate sanitation for households, Hygiene is committed to providing the best possible technical, social and economic support to rural communities in the DRC. These guidelines are the result of the combined efforts of many people, both at ARERDC and in other organizations, to assist in the planning and implementation of ARERDC's national water and sanitation programs in the region. Based on field experience, current understanding of rural development concepts, national policies in the DRC, and the availability of ARERDC resources, the purpose of these guidelines is to provide guidance to ARERDC staff responsible for developing water and sanitation programs and projects in the DRC, within the framework of CRS principles and policies. A companion CRS Water and Sanitation Strategy document, developed in Africa, provides the principles that underlie CRS' approach to development.

A reading about the municipality of Maringá, with a focus on the last management of the government that comprised the years 2013 to 2016. The book addresses the cycle of public policies, the visible and invisible actors that are established in it, the guidelines and laws that govern urban mobility in the country, and especially in the city of Maringá. In addition to these studies, I adopted the right to the city and democratic legitimacy as complementary theories that helped the understanding of the narratives accessed. The study was developed from the theoretical and methodological perspective of Social Constructionism, in order to support the storylines of this dissertation, through narratives obtained with the application of interviews, access to secondary records, in dialogue with the theoretical referential that concern my field-theme. As a result, I understand that the constitution of the agenda in the municipality of Maringá is established from projects developed by municipal technocracy (circumscribed by SEPLAN and SEMOB), precisely at the moment when the public power, as a visible actor, announces the works and seeks to find the problems that justify them.

The aim of this book is to analyse and understand the causes of Cameroon's economic dependence, which we look for in the colonial and post-colonial discourse of France as well as in the discourse of independent Cameroon. We attempt to reconstruct the will to create Cameroon's economic dependence on France through foreign trade, the basis of Cameroon's colonial economic system. The main issues revolve around the difficulties of a real development of the country, leading to the development of a cash crop agriculture weakened by the deterioration of the terms of trade. The debate on the industrialisation of Africa, thanks to French aid, shows the economic dependence of overseas France. Thus, the analysis of the impact of production relations on the economic dependence of Cameroon and the anomalies of African economies allows us to realise that, going beyond the 'metropolis-formerly mandated territory' divide, the economic framework of the development of Cameroon's foreign trade extends towards the institutionalisation of multilateralism and the levers of Euro-Cameroonian cooperation.

The role of bacteria including atypical germs in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in Tunisia has been variously appreciated. This is a descriptive and analytical study including patients with a mean age of more than 68.3 years hospitalized for COPD. Of the 240 patients included, 175 sputum cultures (73%) were considered significant, 29 cultures were positive (16.5%) and 31 germs were isolated, the most frequent being P. aeruginosa (25.8%), K. pneumoniae (16.2%), H. influenzae (13%) and S. pneumoniae (9.7%). The prevalence of C. pneumoniae, M. pneumoniae and C. burnetii infection was 8.4%, 9% and 6.6% respectively. No L. pneumophila infection was found. Anthonisen criteria were associated with a positive culture (p=0.04). In conclusion, the low positivity of quantitative sputum bacteriology and the high percentage of resistant strains with a predominance of exclusively multi-resistant pseudomonas may help in the management of patients with EABPCO. The world is changing, people are changing, needs are changing, and our responses in favour of autonomy must evolve. According to INSEE (French National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies) data, the number of elderly people will reach 2.3 million by 2060. People with disabilities, for their part, are expressing new expectations in which institutions are no longer the primary response. They want to be able to choose to live at home and participate actively in society. More than ever, social inclusion takes on its full meaning! They expect tailor-made services to promote their autonomy, taking into account their history, their wishes and their path, because it is not the walls that protect but the support. This is the challenge that home help services will have to take up, in conjunction with all the players in the health, social and medico-social sectors. The person must truly be at the centre of the action, particularly through his or her personalised project, which will be the basis for coordinating the person's pathway and thus guaranteeing quality support.

Totally edentulous patients with great bone resorption in the mandible present a significant therapeutic problem for prosthetic rehabilitation, as in many cases it is not possible to obtain stability of the prosthesis. Therefore, the rehabilitation of these individuals with conventional total prostheses may not solve the problems, both functional and psychological. In the study of the present work, the author evaluates the impact on the oral health in patients who used conventional lower total prosthesis after using a model of overdenture prosthesis with the purpose of use in SUS.

To accompany the necessary adaptations to the evolution of the educational world, teachers must be trained. This training must enable them to fulfill their mission and contribute to the improvement of the public education service. Because, in a constantly changing society, the education system must constantly meet new requirements. Training has grown considerably since the legislative support that confirmed the 'right to training' for adults. It is institutionalized and meets national and academic objectives.

The present study has as its theme the importance of working with oral textual genres to expand the students' communicative competence, with an approach that respects the linguistic variation. In order to verify the importance of the theme, it was established as the main objective to develop and analyze a training for teachers of the early years of elementary school that could instrumentalize them to work with oral textual genres from a perspective of respect for the students' linguistic variation. From the training, a didactic sequence was built with the purpose of developing the students' communicative competence and also to deepen their knowledge regarding linguistic variation, making them realize that language is something flexible and unique to each subject.

4-hydroxyisoleucine, isolated from Fenugreek, a legume from the Mediterranean and Asia, could help regulate blood glucose levels. In several animal studies, this substance stimulated insulin production and improved the body's sensitivity to this hormone. This amino acid, which is rare in nature and does not exist in humans or animals, has a different mechanism of action than the sulfonylureas and other anti-diabetic substances currently used. If 4-hydroxyisoleucine is a naturally occurring hypoglycemic agent, it is to be hoped that more active analogues, accessible by chemical synthesis, exist. The preparation of such analogues is the subject of our work.

This book is a valuable tool for all those interested in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and who seek to understand the effects of metaphors and experiential exercises used in this therapeutic model. The authors illustrate through the intervention of a clinical case of fibromyalgia the involvement of the participant with the proposed strategies and discuss relevant aspects of clinical performance.
