This booklet not only meets Kin-Avia's need for passenger management, but is also a response to the fact that today, any company wishing to be competitive must adopt purely computerized processes, in particular by setting up an automated system, since it is considered to be the eye, ear and memory of the company wishing to organize its information system in line with the technological challenges of the day.

This paper aims to present a comparative analysis of organisational change at the National Indian Foundation (FUNAI) in João Pessoa and the impacts caused by the publication of Decree 7.056/2009. The threshold of the investigative process was inductive analysis, which made it possible to examine the phenomenon of an administrative nature. The data obtained in this analysis was collected through observation, documents and individual interviews using a semi-structured script. The qualitative analysis of the data, the information ordered and organised, was analysed and interpreted using "Content Analysis". The results showed that this organisational change caused organisational dysfunction in the administrative unit of this indigenous body, which until then was considered a model of participatory management and maintained effective public management in Paraíba. In addition, this change ended up having a negative impact on the Potiguara, as this indigenous ethnic group found itself unassisted by the foundation, which became the reason for a huge revolt on the part of this ethnic group.

The initial purpose of carrying out research in the mangrove swamp, in order to quantify the impacts that would be produced by the construction of a road, bifurcated to reflect on the behaviour of the users who entered this ecosystem to benefit from its richness. The comments made by young people visiting the site to the research team that entered the mangrove nine years ago showed a lack of ecological sensitivity. At that time, the mangrove was in a state of degradation. A reforestation plan was carried out and work was done with the children of a local school to teach them about the importance of the mangrove. Today, the same situation persists, an unhealthy mangrove swamp. Environmental Education talks have been held in the same school and the results have shown a better perception of the students about the importance of the mangrove, which demonstrates that the Environmental Education given has brought about changes in the way they discern the value of this ecosystem.

At birth, we all have certain physiological characteristics that define our biological sex; however, the integrality of a person is composed of everything that he or she learns later and of the relationships that allow us to become social beings. However, there are practices related to sexual behavior that may be considered risky due to the consequences they may entail. Therefore, delving into the subjectivity of adolescents allows us to have a more accurate view of the motivations that drive adolescents in their sexual behavior, as well as to understand the sociocultural factors that guide and maintain these behaviors as a public health problem. In this regard, the following qualitative research with a descriptive design is presented, hypothesizing as a guide, that the sociocultural factors that allow learning and structuring of the personality to carry out risky sexual behaviors are: the family, the peer group, sex education provided in the educational institution and the media, including social networks.

Usefulness at 86% Simplicity at 70%; Acceptability at 94.3% Accuracy at 68% The data made it possible to characterize cases according to demographic characteristics and time distribution. This study enabled us to assess a number of attributes of the measles surveillance system. The failure of community-based surveillance to function normally is a problem that has fundamentally influenced the achievement of objectives. The measles system was of little use in the district, as it failed to meet the targets for all indicators.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a leading cause of death in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). In addition to the usual risk factors associated with this condition, uremic toxins may contribute directly to the pathogenesis of CVD in CKD patients. Because of the multifactorial pathogenesis, treatment of patients with CKD and concomitant diseases is essential. Arteriosclerosis and disorders of left ventricular (LV) structure and function are common in patients with CKD. In addition to the usual risk factors observed in the general population, CKD patients have numerous risk factors associated with CVD. The treatment of cardiovascular disease is a challenge in association with the treatment of CKD, as anemia, hyperphosphatemia, hypocalcemia and hyperparathyroidism cannot fully explain the broad spectrum of CVD observed in this patient population. To date, no study has identified an effective drug treatment to control cardiovascular outcomes in patients.

The theme of this monograph is: "Legal aspects of political reform and popular participation". Its purpose is to clarify what political reform is from a legal point of view, what forms and possibilities popular participation has in relation to the legislative process and to analyze the legislative changes that would be necessary to carry out the so-called political reform in Brazil. Such a study is pertinent given the large number of legislative proposals, including amendments to the Federal Constitution, dealing with this issue and which, despite having been discussed for some time, find it very difficult to be finally approved and generate a series of doubts as to the legitimacy of their proposal and their form of approval by the Legislative Branch. There is also doubt about the form of popular participation in this reform, whether it is really necessary and how it would be carried out, whether by plebiscite, referendum or even by popular initiative law. The methodology to be used will be bibliographical consultation and newspaper and magazine articles dealing with the subject.

The school curriculum in the Lower Amazon needs to be widely discussed, especially in rural communities, through research that can contribute to the process of understanding the prescriptive curriculum, giving rise to new attitudes on the educational path. This research demonstrates the perspectives of teachers, students and community members on the curriculum of a school in the Bom Socorro community in the Vila Amazônia Agricultural Settlement in the municipality of Parintins in the Lower Amazon Region, through curricular interaction, based on the assumption of an Amazonian dialog about the Amazon, making it possible to break down the walls of an urban-centric curriculum. We point out that the curriculum in the Lower Amazon is urban-centric, but teachers interacting with the community build alternatives to demystify the illegal curriculum that forgets the reality of the community. This study helps to shed light on the need for the education of rural subjects to occupy the latifundium of knowledge, where the subjects themselves, who have forgotten the curriculum, build their school education processes based on the local reality, thus taking place in the cultural field of life of these Amazonian subjects.

This book is devoted to the analysis of the foreign as space, and is divided into three chapters. In the first, we analyze the space of the Other, in the second the space of the Self, before comparing the specificities of each of the two spaces in the third chapter. In this context, it's worth noting that some narratives extend the space of the Other, adding Third World countries to the West. Africa and Latin America become symbols of the malaise of globalization, with texts focusing on the slums that characterize them and the impoverishment and criminality that are their consequences. In this second part, we also set out to show how our novels describe foreign and Eastern space, the influence that the discovery of Western space has on the Arab character, and to answer the following questions: what cultural and linguistic boundaries separate the two spaces? What is the relationship between space and identity? Finally, what is the Arab character's relationship with his own space and the space of the other?

Through health education, Physical Education seeks to transmit knowledge so that people can, based on their resources and social support, learn about their challenges and decide on the most appropriate action to maintain a healthy life. However, some questions about the life history and beliefs of individuals do not often receive the attention they deserve. Therefore, the aim of this study is to reflect on the role of anthropologists and physical education professionals in formulating health education strategies. It also aims to understand the relationship between individuals' experiences of health and illness and their culture, representations and subjectivities.

Cinematographic works are products of the Cultural Industry. Before worrying about the viewers' identity with the movie, it is necessary to worry about the movie's identity with the bourgeois project. The aim of the Cultural Industry is economic and ideological, since it strives for consensus around the bourgeois project of society, building a common identity for all social groups. The interweaving of the elements that have been highlighted and are found in the style of film productions under the Cultural Industry standard creates a kind of formula or imaginary for watching a movie. Constant exposure to the same type of production makes the viewer replace the production with the formula, so when a movie doesn't fit the scheme, it is not understood and simply disqualified. The reader should be warned that the formulations made here are not an antidote to the deforming nature of cinema as a product of the Cultural Industry. They should be understood as elements that can contribute to unveiling the conservative nature of the ideologized content they express in an attempt to overcome it.

The Danxomè kingdom, like all other pre-colonial kingdoms, has also known the phenomenon of the royal palace. But, in its case, it did not have a single one in which all the monarchs ruled the country. Danxoméan royalty, that of the Aladaxonu, developed a veritable palace civilization within its territory. This civilization took the form of some thirty palaces and royal residences, most of which are nothing more than ruins today. Generally located in the center of the city, royal palaces were the most permanent elements of the pre-colonial urban landscape, and were the hallmarks of the centralized political organization of certain monarchic entities. This permanence is still evident today, in the case of some, in the majestic palatial ruins on the one hand and their architectural forms on the other. The Honmè, for example, the royal palace in the Ajatado cultural area, was the most grandiose manifestation of traditional culture, the revelation of a certain mastery of the art of construction translating the spatio-temporal vision of power.

Pediatric urinary tract infections (UTIs), such as cystitis and pyelonephritis, pose a public health challenge due to their high frequency and complexity of treatment. Diagnosis, based on urine cytobacteriological examination (UCE) and antibiogram, enabled us to identify several pathogens,Escherichia coli being the most predominant (70.40%). Our results also highlighted a higher prevalence in girls (25.35%), particularly in the 28 days to 23 months age group (49.30%). These findings underline the importance of targeted antibiotic therapy, particularly forE. coli, and highlight the need for age- and gender-specific prevention strategies.

In this research, we analysed the meanings that are mobilised to talk about an Azorean culture in the performances and stories of three storytellers who live in the coastal region of the state of Santa Catarina. In this study, storytelling is understood as a cultural pedagogy that contributes to constituting and reinforcing representations of Azorean culture through the reiteration of certain cultural markers. A pedagogy is expressed in storytelling both in the selection of repertoires and the preparation of narrative practices, in which certain characters, contexts and objects are emphasised, and in the performances and interactions built with the audience. The empirical research took place with the participation of three storytellers from the coast of Santa Catarina, between April 2014 and June 2015.

The main purpose of this work is to overcome the view that has persisted throughout the history of philosophy of the Sophists, thinkers of the 5th century BC, as simply disinterested in justice and truth, and as opponents of philosophers such as Socrates, Plato and Aristotle. The book begins by problematising the sources and accounts of these thinkers, reconstructing their ideas in view of the whole context of conflict and change in which they found themselves, emerging as true representatives of the new democratic order. Special attention is paid to their influence on direct democracy in Ancient Greece and their importance for the field of law, making it clear that they were really concerned with legal issues. These thinkers had conceptions of justice that, although relativistic, were not arbitrary. There are various criteria mentioned by them regarding justice, which are commented on in this book. In addition, various other legal themes discussed by the Sophists are addressed, such as the distinction between phýsis and nómos, various criticisms of systems of power and discussions on education and legal techniques.

This book examines the different forms of violence found in three plays by Irish playwright Martin McDonagh: The Beauty Queen of Leenane (1996), The Lieutenant of Inishmore (2001) and The Pillowman (2003). It can be seen that the writer works on the theme of violence constantly and recurrently, although the treatment of this theme varies and differs from one play to the next. The aim is to prove, through critical analysis, that McDonagh's writings are not a censure of Irish society, as suggested in various academic works; his plays are, in fact, a reflection on globalised society and the human beings who inhabit this global community.

In the present work I try to improve the idea presented in the doctoral thesis, trying to make the reading more agile and hoping that the topic can be applied or improved by some reader.
