The main epidemiological characteristics of the population and clinical presentation of patients coinfected with HIV and disseminated histoplasmosis, diagnostic methods and therapeutic and follow-up options for affected patients are described. Smart Cities generate a lot of information that must be kept usable for several decades. Digital Preservation is therefore a requirement. Clear, available and functional methodologies are required to optimally preserve digital content. Currently, institutions and users are the main actors in the digital preservation process and manage it at the macro level, in a planned but inefficient way, with great risks of information loss due to obsolescence. In this research, the digital preservation process is modeled at the micro level, i.e., by making digital objects themselves active players in the pursuit of their own long-term digital preservation (LTDP), taking into account their preservation costs. The operating scenario is an environment based on micro-offerings that facilitates the negotiation of preservation services, making them more affordable and better adapted to the needs of the objects. This work is part of the MIDpoint innovation project, coordinated by the Centre Easy Innova of the University of Girona.

This book presents the execution of international policies normally used by States which, as has been seen, carry with them a realpolitik, this being understood as a policy or diplomacy based on practical interests and concrete actions, without paying attention to theory or philosophy as "policy-forming" elements. This paper in no way intends to approach the issue of collective security from a theoretical perspective, but rather from an operational viewpoint, taking into account the development of political actors and career diplomats in the global sphere of international relations and collective security, which is why their actions are more strongly focused on practical procedures and actions, whose conduct is adjusted to reality, putting pragmatism before theory.

The systematic observation of the pedagogical practice, allowed to determine that the main difficulties are in the insufficient knowledge that the students have about the historical background and general characteristics of the popular dance Cha-cha-chá, limited development when executing this dance, specifically its basic step, musical rhythm, figures and posture. It is proposed the inclusion of a system of activities that responds to the following scientific problem: How to contribute to the development of the popular dance Cha-cha-chá in fifth grade? The objective is to elaborate a system of activities directed to the development of the popular dance Cha-cha-chá in fifth grade students. The scientific novelty consists of the activities elaborated and structured in two stages that include theoretical and practical elements. Theoretical level methods were used: historical-logical, inductive-deductive, systemic-structural, analytical-synthetic and techniques: pedagogical test, observation, survey, interview and for mathematical processing the percentage calculation. The evaluation of the proposal showed that the system of activities is effective.

Through its power of inspiration, with wonder and reason as its tools, the Koran provides the means to enrich and, above all, improve scientific thought. To show how a reopening to Qur'anic wonder can contribute to the development of a rational attitude at the root of scientific thought, I propose this book, which seeks to shed light on the specificities of this articulation of the marvellous and the rational in Qur'anic discourse. A discourse of "symbolic signs" which, by bearing a stamp of universal and timeless wonder in accordance with the requirements of the evolution of our intelligence, always transgresses our perception of things and constitutes a reinforcement for the promotion of a science full of the meaning of peace.

It offers an accessible historical overview of the emergence of the prescription of the principle of equality between men and women as a language act of the dominant Western discourse. In order to address the resulting "in-difference", it starts from solid Freudolacanian foundations to carry out a systematized reading of this speech act, in search of consequences for culture and the subject. He goes on to clarify the logical underpinnings that make explicit the relationship between the prescription of the principle of equality with parallel sociocultural phenomena, as well as with paradoxes that cross the current social pact through circuits such as inclusion-exclusion, instituted-instituting, reprobation-idealization. It takes advantage of psychoanalysis as a method and as a theory, which in its time made it possible to think sexuation as a symbolic attribute in the human species, but also sexual difference as a signifying difference, matrix of language as its specific and privative habitat, a paradox usually eluded in defense of ideological positions opposed to the gender approach. It can enable fruitful dialogues with other disciplines: philosophy, linguistics, law, sociology, pedagogy.

At present, neurodegenerative diseases affect a considerable number of people, in this case Parkinson's disease has more than 6000000 patients, both adults and young people, of both sexes. Some data from the World Health Organisation (WHO) predict that the number of people affected will double by the year 2030. With the following study we intend to do our bit to contribute to improving the quality of life of patients with this disease, and to put physical activity in the service of science. We also hope that this work will stimulate further research that could be derived from what has been done so far. The influence of the methodological guidelines in group therapy in patients with these characteristics, will help to a better self-validism of patients with Parkinson's disease. The study was carried out at the International Centre for Neurological Restoration (CIREN) in Havana, a world reference institution.

The research analyzes the development of an educational material and monitoring of children from 1 to 3 years old, applied to robotics, creating a technological education, guiding in intellectual and motor knowledge. The methodology applied is educational research with new strategies through technological devices, in order to implement robotics in a classroom and help the teacher to impart new knowledge to the student. The results showed that robotics can become an excellent tool to develop basic skills, when performing the various tests of performance of play activities with the robot and the children, it was observed that most of them adapted to the new system in which they worked as a team with the teacher, showing that of the 11 children, 10 presented an advance in the play activities at 100%, while one child did not achieve progress because he joined this classroom in the last weeks of testing, however showed an advance in the activities by 50%.

Individuals with higher intelligence are not only defined as those who score high on an intelligence test, but also take into account other factors that influence individuals, such as social, environmental, and personality factors that together define a gifted person. Among these factors we can include anxiety and psychological well-being. Anxiety is the emotional reaction to the perception of danger or threat, originating through a set of responses linked to the cognitive system. Currently, anxiety affects many societies, therefore, it can influence and affect the psychological well-being of human beings. Is it possible to argue that there is a relationship between the level of intelligence of an individual with these emotional factors such as anxiety and psychological well-being? The objective of this research is to compare the following variables: Intelligence, Anxiety and Psychological Well-being in a sample of adolescents, with superior intelligence and average intelligence. The results of this research provide contributions to society and psychology.

Meckel Gruber syndrome is a ciliopathy, a fatal autosomal recessive, multisystemic disorder, which can affect individuals of all races and ethnicities. Also called splaknocystic dysencephaly or cerebrorenodigital syndrome. Syndrome characterised by the classic triad: polycystic hyperplastic polycystic kidneys (100 % of cases), occipital encephalocele (90 % of cases) and postaxial polydactyly (less than 80 % of cases), an entity usually diagnosed by ultrasound in the second or third trimester of pregnancy. It is necessary to promote prenatal diagnosis of congenital malformations in order to provide adequate treatment, reduce their prevalence, mortality, secondary disability and prepare the health care team to deal with these cases.

The growth of nursery schools in the city of Goma has been the focus of our attention. In this article, we take a look at the evolution of these establishments, the number of nursery children and the number of teachers per school year during our reference period. Our findings show that both the number of schools and the number of nursery pupils have increased, and that staffing levels are being respected in line with the instructions on school organization set out by the Minister in charge.

The formation of the modern State began during the Renaissance in 14th century Europe, cities were consolidated as economic hubs with their corresponding migrations of peasants who became merchants or proletarians with more obligations of exploitation than of civil, political and labor rights. The first moderating entity is the State and its corresponding public policies, executed by its corresponding institutions, have been studied mainly from disciplines such as sociology, economics and political science.

This work seeks to reflect on current trends in Mathematics Education (ME) through a historical retrospective of Mathematics Teaching and a brief account of what is currently considered a trend in teaching and research in Mathematics Education, bearing in mind that an attentive study of the history of Mathematics teaching can instruct education professionals who see teaching as a constant reflective practice. The aim of this study is to show a summary of the main current trends in Mathematics Education and to report on an experience that took place in secondary school, which consisted of teaching and learning Matrices and Linear Systems, using the methodology of teaching Mathematics through Problem Solving.

Pedagogo, Docente e Investigador, is a work of daily use for group teachers, regardless of the educational level where they work. This book integrates ideas, analysis, reflections and essays on the philosophical and pedagogical foundations of the teaching practice; going through the linguistic bases of the writing of educational texts, where semiotics and hermeneutics play roles of great relevance for the perception, understanding and explanation of the ideas that found teaching in the classroom; both in its intro and exo scope. Scholasticism is used to trace the contributions of St. Augustine in relation to memory, forgetting, narration and the five senses as intermediaries between our body and the sociocultural environment. Likewise, texts on corporal existence and the teaching habitus are incorporated where polemic, controversy and pedagogical debate take academic form. Signans and signatum are also integrated into this work as pillars of otherness and the representation of the other in the classroom environment. In short, it is a work where the reader will be able to situate himself between the pedagogical and philosophical thresholds of teaching practice.

This work focuses mainly on the Search and Seizure Action, not as a precautionary measure provided for in the Civil Procedural Code (in articles 839 to 843), but as an action that aims to safeguard the material right of those who have the right of indirect possession over the thing that, due to the fiduciary alienation in the contract, is in the direct possession of others, as is the case with the sale to the consumer by fiduciary alienation. Virtual Education was born in 2002 as a joint project between the Centro de Perfeccionamiento, Experimentación e Investigaciones Pedagógicas CPEIP and the Centro de Educación y Tecnología Enlaces. CPEIP has developed a line of distance teacher training through the Internet, running several courses since 2002, and Enlaces has dedicated its efforts over the last 15 years to providing teachers and students with access to educational opportunities associated with new information and communication technologies. Both institutions decided to join forces and develop a joint project that integrates different strategies to support the appropriation of ICTs and their curricular integration into CPEIP's line of distance teacher training, which until now has been focused on curricular updating.

The present research work was with the objective of knowing the psychological state of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and based on this to be able to provide tools to help improve resilience and thus their psychological well-being; also, this work seeks to help the literature on autism. I hope it will be of much help to those who seek to investigate this life condition and encourage new research to help improve the tools to work with them.

This work had the general objective of analyzing the foreign direct investment that enters Ecuador and determining its impact on the manufacturing sector. Starting from the consideration that these capital flows maintain utmost importance for the development and economic growth of a nation, as it contributes with the transfer of technology, frees national resources for the investment of this in other sectors and accelerates the economic dynamics of the country.

As I read this book, I realized that it is one hundred percent realistic in terms of the central problem it addresses. It is a collective effort to interpret the impact of the punitive system on the insertion of inmates into society, employment and family, but as the reader can already anticipate, it is a failed process. In my experience as a health and behavioral health professional, I have witnessed countless cases of social readaptation in which the inmate builds a new identity through therapy and the rediscovery of self-awareness. I have observed how inmates develop skills and abilities around their livelihood and the intelligence to face challenges. I have lived with and interviewed inmates who reinvent themselves with a new perspective of themselves in the face of any adversity and their emotional and human development increases as they go through the most difficult moments of their rehabilitation. On occasions I have observed how a relapse into drugs or violence is reason enough to return to a stronger identity.

The present investigation is structured in four reflections referring to the symbolic-sacred in the autochthonous cult of María Lionza with emphasis on the practices of sacralization having as axis a marialionzero spiritual center: "Forces of Caciques" and the denominated "line or Calé and Malandra Court". Among the most relevant objectives of the research project we highlight: a) to become involved as a participant observer in the dynamics of the practices of sacralization of the cult of Maria Lionza through spiritual sessions and in the devotional spaces; b) to discern about the characters and processes of sacralization of the cult through the theoretical contributions of the socio-anthropological studies carried out in Venezuela; c) to characterize some practices of sacralization on the Malandra and Calé Court in a marialionzero spiritual center.

This study helps to understand how consumers react to promotional offers frompromotional offers from cell phone companies. To gain a better understanding of how our concepts are perceived in reality, an exploratory study was carried out. These interviews on the one hand, and the literature on the other, enabled us to develop a questionnaire that we administered to 369 mobile telephony subscribers in the city of Yaoundé. Based on this data, a factorial analysis is used to reveal interrelationships between traits and propose a population structure. A multiple linear regression model is used to verify causality between variables.From this analysis, it emerges that collection and direct premiums have a positive and significant influence on consumer sensitivity and loyalty. In addition, games/contests have a positive and significant influence on consumer sensitivity and loyalty. On the other hand, the perceived complexity of promotional offers has an unfavorable effect on consumer sensitivity and loyalty.

Sentiment analysis is one of the text classification applications of natural language processing, basically assigning an appropriate category to the content of a sentence, text or document, based on the (previously unstructured) text processing. This classification is done by assigning a sentiment polarity: positive, negative or neutral to a sentence or a document, or by assigning an emotion that is identified in the sentence.Sentiment analysis is currently a powerful tool in various applications for different industries. It can be applied to different sectors; textile, automotive, food, manufacturing, etc., or even in government agencies, universities, among others, but specifically in spaces where data is collected on a daily basis. Therefore, the use of this type of strategies is becoming more and more important. From the data that have been generated and stored for years, inferences can be made to help validate, support or stop any type of decision making.

For the university student, to analyze on the basis of situations that are executed day by day, or on those that are determinant at the time of making a decision, every time becomes a more difficult task, in view of the fact that the human being generally acts in a predictive way, imposing his innate conviction and in front of the traditional praxis of the teacher, he does not put into practice his reflective capacity, since this requires more time than thought. Currently, education is measured by the degree of satisfaction that arises from social needs, evidently under instruments and procedures that give reliability to such measurement, and in turn it will be evidenced in the way each student inside and outside the classroom acts, speaks and develops in a common environment where decision making is of vital importance for future procedures that will determine success in life; evidently all within reflective processes, since nothing comes from nothing.

The study on the leadership of Nayib Bukele, elected president of El Salvador, on February 3, 2019, is approached from an approach on political power and the political subject, that is, the "outsider", who was expelled from the bowels of the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMLN) party. It highlights how Bukele, using his followers from the movement and the project of the "New Ideas" party, identified with the light blue flag and a swallow, dethrones the traditional parties from power. The author focuses on the electoral political reality, highlighting the period 1989-2019, which was governed by the ARENA (1989-2009) and FMLN (2009-2019) parties. It also highlights the electoral campaign, where the denunciation of corruption and the practice of nepotism are key elements of the "Celestial Revolution". The study shows a synthesis of the "Plan Cuscatlán" and the importance of a New Public Governance.

The objective of this research was to determine the psychometric properties of the Organizational Justice Scale in teachers of Chimbote Educational Institutions. Construct validity was found through the confirmatory factor analysis method, using the unweighted least squares (ULS) method, the factor loadings in the Distributive Justice factor are between .87 and .91; in the Procedural Justice factor they vary between .46 and .83; in the Interpersonal Justice factor they are between .63 and .84; and in the Informational Justice factor they vary between .76 and .89; also the correlations between the factors vary between .38 and .75. The reliability by internal consistency using Cronbach's alpha in the Organizational Justice Scale was .93, while in the dimensions the values vary between .94 in the Distributive Justice dimension, .87 in the Procedural Justice dimension, .82 in the Interpersonal Justice dimension and .89 in the Informational Justice dimension. This indicates that the scale in general is considered reliable, affirming that it possesses psychometric goodness.

The need to make the principle of intersubjective cooperation a reality was the motivating factor behind the elaboration of this dense study, which allows the analysis of the topic to be concretised. Based on this finding, the beginning of the study is justified in view of the high importance of the aforementioned principle in contemporary procedural science, especially due to the new code, as it brings in its essence the implementation of greater openness and dialogue between all participants in the process. There is a clear association between the cooperative model of procedure and the requirement for analytical justification, since in view of the revalorisation of the adversarial process, mere knowledge is no longer enough, along with the possibility of manifestation by those involved in the process. In this way, the nullity of a surprise decision is substantiated as a result of the broad acceptance of the principle of co-operation, the adversarial process and the necessary analytical justification of decisions in the Brazilian legal system. Therefore, this work proposes an analysis of the indispensable use of the principle of co-operation in the reasoning of judicial decisions, together with the prohibition of surprise decisions.

One of the key points that María José Bernal Ballesteros' work brings to the specialized literature is that it combines the national and international legal framework on the right to food. The vision she addresses is not only legal, but also focuses on various aspects of public policy, since one of the major problems of the enforceability of social rights is their multidimensional quality, since there are no complete ways to enforce them, but they are immersed in public policy, court decisions and social programs implemented by the three levels of government. In this regard, this book provides fundamental concepts and elements for legal operators to have a broad vision of the issues and factors that affect the right to good food. Another aspect that gives additional value to the work is its relationship between good food, poverty and vulnerability. This negative triad is always present in the multiple violations suffered by broad sectors of the Mexican population that are unprotected from mechanisms that make effective the content of Article 4 of the Mexican Constitution.
