Tetsawitl is a concept proper to the Nahuatl language.Nahuatl language. Its meaning points to be the "subtle air of the Gods". That finite air arrives in the social and cultural environments of the Nahua men and women of Acatlán, municipality of Chilapa, Guerrero. So say the people, so it is told from past generations and, today, it has remained in the collective memory of the inhabitants through the stories (Tlahtoltin). The intention of this book is to write these stories and argue them in the context of the wisdom of the native peoples.

The act of consuming is directly linked to the environment, since consumer goods come directly or indirectly from available natural resources. Currently, there is growing concern about the unwise use of these resources. Conscious consumption arises in this context. As the merchandise is aimed at the end consumer, concern is constantly growing about the role of the individual in the search for sustainable development. This paper seeks to examine the role of the consumer in this chain, analysing above all their responsibility for disposing of the goods. It also asks what the role of the state and suppliers is in terms of conscious consumption.

Pedagogical monitoring becomes a key innovative tool that contributes to the quality support and accompaniment of students on the path of their educational development in the format of full-time and distance education.

This dissertation is entitled "Le marché de la traduction au Tchad : état des lieux, défis et perspectives". It explores this market. Our starting point is the observation that this market is relatively young and has not yet been studied. This research has set itself three objectives: (1) to show that there is indeed a translation market in Chad, and to give a description of it; (2) to identify the difficulties of the translation market in Chad; and (3) to propose some strategies to stimulate further growth of this market. It has been assumed that: (1) this market exists and has its own characteristics; (2) but it faces many shortcomings that hinder its development; (3) however, this market can experience a real boom if rehabilitation measures are taken. Based on these hypotheses, the study drew on market theory and the classic questionnaire method. This approach enabled us to collect data whose analysis and interpretation illustrate the realities of the translation market in Chad. Ultimately, our three initial hypotheses were confirmed.

In order to understand tragedy as a key to grasping a group of literary archetypes, a study is made of the Greek origins of tragedy, as well as specific analyses of plays by the three classical playwrights whose works have survived to the present day. Next, in order to establish literature as an artistic phenomenon that includes peculiarities from different perspectives of the tragic, the context of creation and relevant works of British and German tragedy are also analyzed so that we can understand how British writer J. R. R. Tolkien's method of literary creation is based on the creation of a mythology that never existed, and to this end, the author uses myths and other medieval sources for his fictional making. To illustrate Tolkien's process of tragic creation, the Finnish tragic hero Kullervo is recalled, and only then will we go into an in-depth analysis of the creation of Túrin Turambar, the protagonist and tragic hero of "The Children of Húrin", a manifestation of the archetype of the tragic hero, who has a legacy dating back to Oedipus.

The birth of jazz in the history of music can be traced back to the United States. Since its origin, it has been one of the styles, within the popular music of the world, which has spread the most in the last hundred years. Thanks to its multiple travels, jazz has been present in most of the countries of the world, and it seems that Colombia has not been the exception. But how can it be corroborated in reality, in the tangible, that jazz in Colombia or Colombian jazz really exists, and if it really exists, since when could such a history be established? This text presents a critical-analytical reflection of several writings on the subject, as well as the cataloguing and analysis of various Colombian jazz tunes from the second half of the 20th century, with a view to establishing the premise that the history of this style in Colombia is defined from different dimensions ranging from the academic to the practical, and that it is the set of these that ends up sustaining its historical value both musically and musicologically.

In Ecuador, reports of sexual assault have increased, and the investigation of these crimes is becoming increasingly important, as it provides key tools in a trial. The p30 is a marker that detects seminal fluid in cases of sexual assault, the sample is reliable 2 days, maximum 3 days after the act. Objective: To demonstrate that p30 positivity decreases according to the day of vaginal swab sampling in sexual crimes registered by the Flagrancia Quito unit. Methodology: An observational, analytical, cross-sectional study was conducted from the forensic reports of sexual crimes, sent to the DNA laboratory of the Prosecutor's Office, from January to July 2017.

This paper reviewed studies on interventions based on Neurological Reorganization in the autistic spectrum, the main measure discovered by Temple Fay and applied by Glenn Doman and Beatriz Padovan. The justification for the study is based on the scarcity of studies on the subject and the wide discussion about the effectiveness of neurological reorganization previously applied without proof of neuroplasticity. The aim was to carry out a literature review covering the bases that can concretely underpin the method, today supported by neuroscience, and to expose interventions of other kinds as adjuncts in the treatment. Among the main results, this study revealed a very concrete theoretical foundation through neuroscience, although the practice of the Doman-Delacato method is considered controversial and the results of field studies are rather inconclusive. The conclusion suggests a new protocol following the theory now supported by neuroscience and new field studies. This is the second study in a series of three works that seek treatment and raise consistent hypotheses about the origins of the disorder.

Wine is a beverage derived from the alcoholic fermentation of must or fruit juice, which is produced by the metabolic reaction of its components due to a series of chemical reactions. It has different uses, whether to be enjoyed as a beverage, in celebrations or even in religious rituals. According to data issued in 2017 by the International Wine Organization (OIV), it is estimated that worldwide there is a production of 246,700 Hectoliters. There are different types of wines, whether red, white or rosé, dry or sweet, depending on their sugar level, which are made by the fermentation of fruits. Currently in the national and international markets, competitiveness is stronger and, therefore, the main objective is to create a differentiated product with an added value that allows and helps the country to be more productive in the agroindustrial sector. It is for this reason that this study was carried out, which allows the implementation of new production techniques to obtain a product with a pleasant taste and excellent benefits, taking this opportunity as a business and innovative alternative.

Mitos cosmogónicos de los pueblos indígenas en Ecuador, by Ileana Almeida, is an invitation to return to the origin of the original cultures that still exist in the country's territory. The methodology underlying the analysis of the text is based on the thinking of the widely recognized Russian semioticians of the Moscow and Tartu schools: Golosovker, Lotman, Ivanov, Meletinski, among others. Myth is a poetic narrative of various dimensions: aesthetic, ethical, hermeneutic, intercultural. It is not only included in the logic of the concrete, it also interpellates the abstract, the affective and the magical and is considered as a theory of knowledge. Nowadays, the subject of myth is deeply attracting the interest of readers from all continents and is lovingly preserved by the indigenous people themselves.

In this book, "Selenium: A Silent Warrior Against Prostate Cancer", we explore the complex and multifaceted role of selenium, an essential trace element, in the fight against prostate cancer. Selenium, although present in small quantities in our bodies, plays a crucial role in many of the body's protective functions.We begin with an introduction to selenium and its importance to human health. Next, we look in detail at how selenium can help prevent prostate cancer, how it influences the development of prostate cancer, and how it can be used in the treatment of this disease.In addition, we explore selenium's role in detoxification against heavy metals, which are sometimes cancer provoking factors. We also discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with the use of selenium in combinatorial therapy.Finally, we conclude with a discussion of future prospects for research into selenium and prostate cancer. The aim is to understand and exploit the potential of selenium in the fight against prostate cancer.

Peasant strategies refer to the mechanisms that family units practice to cope with nutritional minimums and satisfy their basic needs to ensure survival and social reproduction. A typology of the CDUs of the Jucuapa sub-basin is proposed in order to understand their functioning, the interaction between their productive and economic activities and the general direction of their evolution. In addition, the support provided to the CDUs by the institutions present in the Jucuapa sub-basin is analyzed.

It is an interdisciplinary work in which ecological issues such as the contamination of water sources and the exchange of knowledge through focus groups are merged with issues related to microbiology such as the identification of total and fecal coliforms and the risks they have on public health. In order to generate knowledge about the quality of water resources and the lettuce marketed at the Rubí farm; to know the perception of farmers and consumers about this problem; and finally to propose strategies focused on five objectives of Agenda 30 of the United Nations to reduce the negative impacts.

This curricular unit Integral Human Development for Life has its genesis in the framework of the Robinsonian Master's program for teachers of 21 centers throughout the country at the National Experimental University "Simon Rodriguez", in Venezuela. The text presents a proposal based on the principles of knowing, knowing-being, knowing-how to do, knowing how to live together and knowing how to transcend towards the Total Being. The work includes at the end, theoretical-practical exercises that help to restructure and sow excellence and better quality of life, identifying the behavior of change through the indicator of achievement: realizing, in order to take charge of, and the criteria of: desire to change, respect for others, educating for life, conscious pedagogical practice, valuing the spiritual, and spiritual and emotional growth. The evidences presented allow us to appreciate the daily life of personal and professional human contexts, providing the opportunity to acquire theoretical and practical tools for a healthy and prolonged life and the enjoyment of a horizon of dignified survival, with freedom, respect for oneself and others.

Nurse plants are all those plant species that are useful for the survival and coexistence of other plants. Abies guatemalensis Rehder (pinabete), unfortunately, is an endemic species in danger of extinction and in order to ensure the survival of the pinabete, it is necessary to study the nurse plants of this species, of which six were studied, which have as interest the antimicrobial, cytotoxic and antioxidant activity. All these in order to give greater relevance to the plants, thus, there is an interest in the population to preserve them, especially in the area of Ixchiguán, in the department of San Marcos, where these plants come from. Six species of nurse plants were collected and obtained from "Los Cuervos" forest in Ixchiguán, San Marcos and extracts were obtained for analysis by Rotavapor; for which biocidal bioassays were mounted: against bacteria, fungi, yeasts, larvae and antioxidant activity. Essential oils were analyzed by the Neoclevenger method. The results show that they have little antimicrobial activity, very poor larvicidal activity and good antioxidant activity.

For decades, skills have been conceived as one of the characteristics of an individual; however, in an organization the reality is no different, because the manager as the center of the company is responsible for taking "the helm" of the company, taking the containment of certain particular skills: negotiation of ideas, decision making, leadership and empowerment to do, be and build. At first glance, these elements could be equated to managerial competencies, but the truth is that this is not the case, because the skills are amalgamated with attitudes, aptitudes and skills that have been acquired or perfected through praxis. And the second (competence) is associated with cognition or learning to obtain particular characteristics. It should be remembered that managerial, managerial or directive skills can be cognitive (learning), behavioral (operative behavior) and affective (strengthening for organizational empathy). Sexism is a problem of great relevance in the social sphere, especially because culturally these beliefs have been normalized, maintaining conditions of inequality and discrimination between the sexes. Different theoretical contributions have given way to the emergence of new theories that explain sexism; ambivalent sexism combines two antagonistic positive and negative elements that give way to the coexistence of two ideologies: hostility and benevolence, towards women. Most studies have focused on analyzing gender violence against women, establishing a permanent dichotomy of female victim and male aggressor; however, violence is a human and relational phenomenon that presents men and women as both victims and aggressors. Considering that hostile or benevolent sexist attitudes predict episodes of violence that could be received or exercised by men and women, it is important to obtain information to generate a new approach to mental health prevention and specifically to violence prevention, trying to orient in a different way the way men and women relate to each other in a couple relationship.

Organizational change lies at the heart of modernization strategies aimed at individual performance. Any evolving company requires change. As a result, organizational change requires individual change.All human resources management processes are designed to attract, retain and develop high-performance staff. However, the very notion of individual performance is not always well understood in organizations. The nutritional factor affects the cognitive level of students and young people who are in the developmental stage in ages from birth to approximately twelve to fifteen years and much more if they are studying. This time of greater importance when the cognitive level of the same is already in development. The cognitive level is the basis for the development of competencies and for the application in the real context of students in countries with the best educational systems in the world, their teachers design all their planning through the use of various techniques and didactic processes. That will be applied in a real way in the formation of nutritionist knowledge. The countries of the world develop nutritional study techniques to prevent learning difficulties in time.

Through this research, we seek to establish the research production on the topic of Early Childhood, childhood and adolescence in the city of Cartagena from 1989, the year in which the Convention on the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CRC) was implemented, until 2012. Thus, the research that universities, NGO's and GO's have carried out on this population are geo-spatially located in the administrative localities of Cartagena in which each of these investigations were carried out. For this purpose, an observation scheme was filled out in order to analyze them with a focus on rights, population and territory. As a result of this analysis, lines of research are proposed based on the interest and recurrence shown by researchers in the city regarding some particular topics of early childhood, childhood and adolescence in Cartagena.

Sensory marketing, also called marketing of the senses, is that which directly attacks the five senses, seeking to stimulate them (not only sight, but also hearing, smell, taste and touch) to try to create a pleasant environment for the customer and thus increase the time spent in the establishment (Jiménez-Marín, 2016). The aim of this book is to develop the theme of "entry by homologation" as an essential act in the process of positivising the law. To this end, the aim is to demonstrate the importance of the entry (an individual and concrete rule) as a link between the hypothesis and the consequence, its function of incidence between these two elements in the process of constructing the legal rule, which is essential for the constitution of the tax credit that only the administrative authority has the competence to carry out, and the modalities of the entry, how entry by homologation takes place in the deontic operation and in the event of its non-compliance, the need for ex-officio entry and the initiation of administrative proceedings in order to obtain any payment or difference or even to remedy any irregularity on the part of the taxpayer in their "declaration", as well as the violation of constitutional and legal principles if the tax authorities directly initiate tax enforcement without entry by the administrative authority.

This document aims to help general practitioners in their daily practice with cancer patients, by presenting a summary of the care pathway of an adult patient with ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is the sixth most common cancer in women worldwide. Approximately 239,000 cases were registered in 2012, representing almost 4% of all new cancer cases in women (2% overall), and is the eighth most common cause of cancer-related death in women worldwide (14th overall). Ovarian tumors are often cystic, but due to the deep location of the ovaries, they can grow to a large volume before causing symptoms that can be very varied and are never specific.

In this book the author shows how to use the method of determination of extreme cases that allows solving problems that are usually solved by systems of linear equations, but a simple thought used properly can lead to the solution of the problem without major setbacks.
