Reproduction strategies of peasant household units

Peasant strategies refer to the mechanisms that family units practice to cope with nutritional minimums and satisfy their basic needs to ensure survival and social reproduction. A typology of the CDUs of the Jucuapa sub-basin is proposed in order to understand their functioning, the interaction between their productive and economic activities and the general direction of their evolution. In addition, the support provided to the CDUs by the institutions present in the Jucuapa sub-basin is analyzed.
