This book is a collection of lessons and exercises designed to provide the reader with an excellent teaching document illustrating all aspects of electrical and electronic circuits. It is specially designed for first-year students in preparatory classes, BTS, DEUT and DUT students, as well as engineering students.

It is risky to think that solitude constitutes the black thread that leads to a full understanding of Nietzsche's philosophy, explaining it from a position that necessarily involves the person of Nietzsche and links it to each of his ideas as the fruit of his own life, rather than as philosophical dissertations on a world that is foreign to him and to which he does not wish to belong; such a black thread cannot exist, at least not in a philosopher who makes contradiction the very essence of his work. Nevertheless, solitude is Nietzsche's most faithful companion, the only one who is with him from the first years of his life until the moments before his death; he carries it among his flesh, suffers it, lives it, rejects it when it seems uncontrollable, and seeks it again when he needs it to write; For it is not only the physical loneliness that was always latent, but a spiritual and ideological loneliness, a feeling of being alone and knowing oneself to be alone, struggling to live under the sensation of not belonging to anything or anyone, of being untimely and at the same time ahead of the historical moment in which he lived.

A methodology for genetic counseling to patients and/or relatives at risk with the diagnosis of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is proposed, based on a case selected from the registry of families of the Provincial Genetics Center. A bibliographic review was made on the most relevant aspects of the pathology we are dealing with, exposing the physiopathology, clinical, genetic and psychosocial characteristics that distinguish it. The methodology for genetic counseling was elaborated taking into account four essential elements: diagnosis, information, psychological support and follow-up. For this, we relied on the interview as a fundamental technique. An information sheet was designed for the patient and family members, in one of the genetic counseling sessions, with the purpose of achieving a better understanding of the information provided about the disease.

Thus, by examining sin as a rational symbol between Pelagius and Augustine according to Paul Ricoeur, the research affirms the need for a process that is capable of deconstructing the concept in the light of the emergence of the orthodox intention as an upright and ecclesial meaning.

The lack of space in domestic environments, as well as their limited capacity to provide favourable conditions for plant growth and development, are factors that make cultivation difficult in today's urban lifestyle. Low-cost automation technologies, of which Arduino stands out as a microcontroller, make it possible to optimise plant production on a small scale. The aim of this work was to develop equipment with automated control of variables such as irrigation, lighting, air circulation and temperature, enabling indoor cultivation of vegetables and condiment plants using the Arduino prototyping platform.

In a short period of time, the epidemic of a new coronavirus infection has grown into a pandemic, covering more than 200 countries of the world. Among the numerous complications of this infection, the problem of Covid-associated cavernous sinus thrombosis was relatively new. The latter was one of the complications of a new strain of coronavirus - SARS-CoV-2, which was considered the causative agent of acute infectious disease Coronavirus disease 2019 and led to a violation of the blood coagulation mechanism in patients of all age groups with active thrombosis, which in turn in most cases led to the death of patients. Nowadays, Covid-associated thrombosis of cavernous sinus has become not only a medical but also a social problem for the society with deterioration of the quality of life of patients. The present work is written on actual neurological manifestations, complications, diagnostic principles and management of patients with Covid-associated cavernous sinus thrombosis.

The need for knowledge that supports clean agriculture is real. Knowing the environment and the interactions that can occur between organisms in agroecosystems is important if we are to rationally manage agricultural crops in cultivated areas. Among the existing interactions, we can mention allelopathy, which is characterised by adding chemical compounds to the environment that have an inhibitory or stimulating effect on one plant over another. Based on the premise that the presence of spontaneous plants can reduce crop production by competing for light, water and nutrients when these resources are limited, it is important to know the behaviour that species show in the presence of others. This knowledge can serve as a basis for schematising agro-ecosystem designs and can contribute to obtaining higher yields with a reduction in external inputs. By publicising these results, we continue to make progress in building knowledge and clean technologies for sustainable food production.

Systemic vasculitides are an increasingly important group of disorders. Many of these conditions are rarely encountered by general practitioners, and often present significant diagnostic difficulties. In writing this short manual, our aim was to provide easily accessible information. We hope to have helped the nephrologist whose renal involvement lies at the crossroads of various specialties - internal medicine, rheumatology, dermatology and general practice - who only occasionally encounter these problems. We have focused on clinical presentation, diagnostic processes and current therapeutic management. In this way, we hope to help our patients with these potentially devastating conditions by improving diagnosis and therapy. This manual is divided into two parts: a review of recent bibliography on vasculitides and a second, more practical part, in which we present our nephrology department's experience of renal involvement in vasculitides, with a description of the clinico-biological and histological profile.

Torture is one of the most serious violations of human rights that can be committed by a public servant or agent of the State against a citizen; moreover, from the human point of view, it is one of the greatest acts of violence and "perversion" of one person over another; it transcends the individual sphere, since it reaches all the vital spheres of those involved; it encompasses the bio-psycho-socio-cultural spheres, even reaching the transgenerational sphere.Since 2001, the United Nations published the "Manual on the Effective Investigation and Documentation of Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment 'Istanbul Protocol'", which was first updated in 2004 and most recently in 2022, becoming the international instrument par excellence for documenting torture and its consequences, as it sets out the general principles to be followed, the obligations of States to prevent, investigate, punish and redress it, as well as the minimum elements that must be presented in expert opinions.

The dental medicine unit at the Jebeniana regional hospital at the end of the 2022 fiscal year comprises two dentists, a nurse, a care assistant and a worker. The activity of the unit's dentists consists of consultation days, school outings and Covid-19 vaccination. - During 2022, two major events marked the operation of the dental unit: the reform of a dental chair in February 2022, and the reduction in the number of dentists from 3 to 2 in October 2022. One of the non-communicable diseases of chronic evolution with the greatest direct impact on morbidity and work disability is considered to be Diabetes Mellitus, a growing global epidemic. Among its complications, the diabetic foot is one of the most common, aggravating the patient's clinical condition, diminishing quality of life and having a major socio-economic impact. This text is a very useful material that addresses the importance of Heberprot-p, a Cuban product, unique and first of its kind, injectable formulation, which is administered directly into diabetic foot ulcers (UPD) to accelerate healing, reducing the risk of amputation, the costs associated with treatment such as hospital stay and postoperative care, improving the quality of life of diabetic patients.

The scientific work presents the results of long-term studies on optimization of conditions of cryopreservation of seed material of endemic plant species of Central Kazakhstan. In particular, this work represents a collection of research carried out at the University Centre of Vale do Ipojuca, with the aim of providing new technological applications in health.

The twentieth century witnessed the most daring adventures and gambles in the language-world. The human disciplines were impacted by the paradigmatic promotion of a structural linguistics with definitive effects on research methods and practices. Subsequently, the critical propositions on signs - in the philosophies of difference or "post-structuralisms" - translated into an irradiation of multiple semiotics and deterritorializations of meaning. How was it possible to adapt, in the structuralist interpretations of social life, a model proper to linguistics, which lacked unity of use among theories and disciplines, besides presenting inadequacies by virtue of its symbolic nature, alien to the use of the usual empirical, phenomenological or dialectical methods? In what ways did the philosophies of difference react to the predominance of structuralism, how did they challenge its system discourses and the hegemony of the signifying regime, and how did they disarticulate its theoretical and methodological assumptions to claim a divergent thought, whose deconstructive effects resonate in contemporary analyses of the social body?

At present, pharmacological treatment for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection represents a socioeconomic and antimicrobial resistance problem that triggers little therapeutic efficacy and gradually increases with the passage of time. New treatment alternatives could be very useful, as H. pylori infection is a frequent health problem and high-cost treatment may no longer be the only option, as it is not so accessible to the majority of the population.Broccoli sprouts are a rich source of "sulforaphane", which, according to several studies, could contribute to a significant decrease of the infection, but the question is: Does it contribute to its eradication?

With the expansion of technology and increasing access to existing applications on the Internet, it has become a challenge to keep them available at all times. This work aims to demonstrate in theory and practice the use of resources to scale a web application and achieve high availability. These resources can be applied directly to the application, for example using Ajax, or they can also be applied to the architecture of the servers that will make the application available, using the concepts of vertical scalability, clusterisation and horizontal scalability. It also demonstrates techniques for increasing web application performance.

La nuez pecanera es originaria del Norte de México y Sureste de los Estados Unidos de América, en el Estado de Chihuahua las primeras plantaciones de nogal pecanero (Carya illinoensis) se hicieron con la llegada de los Españoles en la región sur del Estado hace aproximadamente 400 años en el Valle de Allende, donde se cultivaron los primeros árboles criollos (Ojeda y Velo, 1999). En el manejo agronómico del nogal pecanero, la fertilización es una de las labores que eleva los costos de producción, esto puede representar del 25% al 50% del total, la toma de decisiones en nutrientes, dosis, tipo de fertilizante a usar, época de aplicación, deben basarse en estudios de diagnóstico nutricional tanto en planta como en suelo para aumentar la productividad, así como preservar el medio ambiente.

A general consensus has been reached, then, in which family participation in school should actually imply a partnership between family, school and community, due to the fact that it is these three spaces that influence the learning, adaptation and development of students, and that is why they cannot be separated. Likewise, this literature review has allowed identifying the theoretical models that account for those dimensions in which the family and the school must be involved in order to work cooperatively, for the purposes described above (Maylli, 2014).

The history of the use of barriers for the security, defense and sovereignty of countries is closely related to the legality of the use of the West Bank Barrier, an architectural work wielded by the State of Israel as a political-military strategy against the legal mandate of IHL for Palestine. With a methodological approach based on documentary research through content analysis of newspapers, magazines, books, films, photographs, official documents and websites that relate the Israeli-Palestinian conflict with the Barrier, key concepts such as border, human rights, international humanitarian law, public international law, political realism theory, security and self-defense are analyzed in order to elucidate the current situation of an occupied state and territory. This will allow historians and international analysts to understand that the West Bank Barrier is the best way for the international community to do nothing, and in turn to question the role of Israel in order to justify its survival in the Middle East and drastically change the landscape of the conflict and the international legal framework.

The generic name of adolescence usually refers to a variable period of time in the development of the human being. The adolescent is subject to a variety of somatic and psychic changes that mobilize a great emotional charge, with an intensity that is rare at other times in the development of life. He must face these changes in his body as well as in his mind and this places him in a situation of vulnerability; he does not easily control his emotional states and his almost permanent feeling of insecurity makes him very susceptible to the influences exerted on him by the people around him. His behavior is usually very variable depending on the place where he is and the people who accompany him.

This book deals with the electoral issues of 2018 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, it is with the intention of making more broadly scientific the victory of the Congolese people during the electoral battle which opposed the opposition weakened by the loquacious division to the resulting from the stillborn Geneva agreement and the majority abused with the venom of a pretext for the 2018 election. The development of a State foreign policy, carried out by Itamaraty, has promoted the construction of a solid image of the Brazilian people in the international arena, giving continuity to the fundamental principles of foreign policy mentioned above.
