Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) is a grass native to the central region of the African continent and is the fifth most important cereal in the world in terms of production. It is considered a staple food for millions of people around the world, supplying around 70 per cent of their daily calorie intake, and is used in the preparation of porridges and alcoholic beverages, thus presenting excellent potential for processing and the development of new products. In view of the general deficiency of foods with a high protein quality, any procedure that can improve the nutritional value of readily available food supplies (for example, any type of cereal grain) can be of interest. Germination is possibly one of the oldest, simplest and most economical processes used to improve the nutritional value of grains, cereals and pulses.

Mandatory environmental insurance is a management tool that fulfils a preventive and restorative function of environmental damage, provided for in Argentine law as a means to ensure the recomposition of the environment. However, the inclusion of this figure in Law 25.675, and its subsequent regulation, has been framed in a space of discussion about its scope and viability that has led the National Supreme Court to rule on the issue. During 2017-18 we carried out this research at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrano to analyse it through the study of different aspects: its legal regulation, its reception by the actors involved and its jurisprudential application. This paper is the result of this research.

The Truths of the Teaching Profession No one denies the value of education and that a good teacher is essential. But even though they want good teachers for their children, few parents want their children to be teachers. This shows that we recognise that the work of educating is hard, difficult and necessary, but that we allow these professionals to continue to be undervalued. Although they are poorly paid, have low social prestige and are blamed for the failure of education, many of them resist and remain passionate about their work. The date is an invitation to all of us - parents, students, society - to rethink our roles and attitudes, because with them we demonstrate our commitment to the education we want. Teachers are invited not to neglect their mission to educate, nor to lose heart in the face of challenges, nor to stop educating people to be "eagles" and not just "chickens". For if education alone does not transform society, without it, neither will society change.

The increase in sports performance is the primary objective of both coaches and athletes, and is the result of several factors, some of which can be influenced or improved and others that cannot be modified. However, among all the variables of sports performance, the preparation of the athlete, also known as training, stands out.For Delgado et al. (2006), training is a physical sports system that includes the set of activities that allow increasing the athlete's performance. Therefore, it can be defined as "a process of development, consciously directed, of the motor skills that ensure the achievement of previously set results, this system is based on a series of preparations that seek the improvement of various fundamental elements for the achievement of the expected success.

This book explores various dimensions of assessment. You'll discover how diagnostic assessment has evolved in the Moroccan training context, from a simple measure to a conceptual transformation. Formative assessment is a key point, illustrating its evolution from a training framework to pedagogical practices, promoting collaboration between training stakeholders. Summative assessment in a distance learning environment offers pertinent reflections on the issues encountered in today's context. This book focuses on the central role of self-assessment in the learning process, demonstrating how it can foster learners' autonomy, improve their performance and develop their ability to manage feedback. It is a must-have pedagogical addition to the training center curriculum, offering in-depth analysis of educational assessment, and illuminating insights, critical analyses and stimulating reflections on the vital role of assessment in the contemporary training environment.

Cerebral palsy is a pathology with known developmental factors and established diagnostic algorithms. Even though there are many research works on the subject, the theory of sensitive dysafferentation has an unsubstantiated clinical and instrumental basis, which most often relies on statistical data. It is worth noting the change in the course of recovery over the last two decades: methods have been invented that allow us to assess quality of life indicators, thanks to which we are able to tailor individualized treatment for each patient with greater speed and accuracy. Since there is a high incidence of CKD, the main forces are aimed at forming courses of early diagnosis, as well as prevention of this pathology.

The dictatorship in Chile, which lasted from September 11, 1973 to March 11, 1990, gave rise to one of the crudest and most important social contexts in the country's history. The novel Tengo miedo torero by Chilean author Pedro Lemebel, published in Chile in 2001 by Seix Barral's "Biblioteca breve" collection, has been one of the few novels capable of comprehensively reflecting the events of sexual minorities in times of repression. This book is made up of three research axes: the first is based on the analysis of the social and political context of the work, the second is related to the homosexual protest discourse addressed in the novel and the third presents the study of gender theories in the author's aesthetic proposal. The analysis should help, through the contested discourse, to build a society based on inclusive education and should be useful for professionals in the field of Literature.

The approach proposed in this book is not to stir up a relentless struggle of dissatisfied and angry women against the patriarchal system in the midst of a rough sea, but to swim against the tide to clear the ground and delve deeper into the inequality between women and men in the workplace. It aims to seek answers in pursuit of equal rights and opportunities, based on knowledge, knowledge and reflection. And to be encouraged to question the status quo in order to dare to shuffle and give again, if necessary, and to start the process of deconstructing beliefs, concepts and traditional ways of thinking ourselves, in order to generate new subjectivities and other forms of organisation, building a more solid and realistic structure. We have already learned that the relationship between master and slave - dominant/dominant - is one of mutual dependence, and we have acquired the tools to understand and overcome so many other obstacles. Gone are the days when women were considered the weaker sex. Therefore, the proposal is to outline a feminist culture that brings value to a new mode of social and economic organisation.

The orientation that governed the conception of this book is undoubtedly expressed in its very title. It is a guide. And a practical one at that. Throughout, we've avoided any theoretical developments or academic considerations. On the contrary, this vade mecum on subcontracting in Congolese law is resolutely practical, and is intended to facilitate reading and understanding by presenting in an orderly fashion the elements of a new and complex set of regulations, which are sometimes poorly understood because they are scattered among various official publications. All these texts have been classified, coordinated and presented in an order that takes account not only of the layout of the law laying down the rules applicable to subcontracting, but also of the practical necessities arising from its various implementing measures.

Distance Studies in Universities, an Educational Marketing approach, is a text whose purpose is to show the benefits of university studies in a virtual or distance system aimed at users with particular characteristics such as lack of time, geographical location with little access, family commitments of the participants, health commitments of the users, impossibility of transfers or simply preference in the selection of the system. In the same way, it shows a strategic approach placing Educational Marketing as a tool, from the purest point of view, that is to say, one that directs all its efforts towards the satisfaction of the needs of the internal and external client, since both must obtain to cover their expectations. In this context, the lack of educational marketing strategies in Venezuelan universities that offer distance studies to the community is presented as a focal problem. This situation shows the technological weakening of private and public university organisations in the face of the current reality of the country.

It is important in the judicial system to have an alternative method of conflict resolution that can provide support for the problems that arise on a daily basis between parties, which can be resolved more quickly and even more effectively than through litigation. In the case of mediation, which is the subject of this paper, it is important to highlight its effectiveness in both judicial and extra-judicial modalities; it is a process in which the parties jointly seek a solution, with the mediator being a mere spectator or guide, which means that compliance with the agreement reached is made effective a posteriori in most cases, which defines it as an effective method.

Food security, through its various pillars, lacks mathematical indicators for predictive analysis by artificial intelligence. Tomorrow's world needs metadata processing to be able to define the present and prevent crises in the light of climate change. The aim of this work is to provide a genetic explanation of the reasons why groundnut production and productivity have been sustainable for 224 growers over the last hundred years, despite the cataclysms caused by cercosporiosis worldwide. The results of the genetic analyses will enable us to implement policies to support growers through their affinity for general, non-specific or specific resilience.

Lycopods and ferns are vascular plants, which grow in different plant communities; however, few species have been reported in the tropical deciduous forest. These plants are ecologically important, e.g., they influence nutrient accumulation, decomposition processes and increase nitrogen fixation in litter, and are bioindicators of conservation and disturbance. Pteridiobiont flora in Guanajuato in recent years has increased with the exploration of protected natural areas and municipalities.

The main aim of health planning is to facilitate progress in public health. The planner's task is to judiciously allocate all the resources that can be used for this purpose. It consists of a series of decisions involving choices. Health planning has particular advantages for developing countries such as the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), but it also poses a number of problems in its design and implementation. For example, given the limited resources in these countries, they are allocated only to the most pressing social and medical needs and activities. The raison d'être of health planning is to attempt to establish these priorities, and then to allocate financial and human resources to carefully designed programs based on these priorities.

The poisoning produced by the bite of the Loxosceles laeta spider is potentially serious and lethal. The specific treatment consists of the administration of Antiloxosceles Serum, which is the only effective treatment for cases of loxosceles. For its elaboration, it is necessary to obtain the spiders in the field; their breeding and maintenance until they are apt for the extraction of their glandular apparatus; the processing of the venom with the elaboration of a homogenate that is used to inoculate the intervening equines in the established Immunization Plan. The bleeding of the inoculated animals once the hyperimmunization has been achieved; the separation of the plasma; its purification; the realization of the corresponding controls to guarantee its efficacy and innocuousness and its packaging in sterile conditions, are the unavoidable steps to follow so that every laboratory that needs it, has the possibility of doing it.

This study made it possible to visualize all the established textual provisions protecting the environment. Our guiding principle has been to present the formal internal framework for environmental protection in the mining sector, headed by the constitution, which enshrines the right to a healthy environment and the consideration of natural resources as a common heritage of the nation deserving special protection and attention. Moreover, this same constitution leaves room for the law and regulatory authorities to pursue the consolidation of the right to a healthy environment. So it was also an opportunity to decipher the legislative texts involved in protecting the mining environment. By extension, the regulatory authority is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental protection rules for the indigenous populations involved in the process. It is clear that Cameroon's mining law is not alone in protecting the environment, as several external instruments are also involved.

Migration understood as an iusnaturalist or iuspositivist phenomenon is the object of study and unit of analysis of the neoinstitutional approach. The approach that defines human rights as inalienable assumes that migratory flows are subject to the laws that govern residents. In this sense, it is assumed that the customs and habits of migrants can coexist with the traditions of the locals as long as they are circumscribed by the essence of human values such as freedom and equity.

The development of communications in this time has advanced by leaps and bounds, due to this, the development of free software under Linux in companies has been crucial because with the implementation of the Free Directory Access Protocol, in Linux servers will help the BRIGADE OF ARMORED CABALLERY No. 11 "GALÁPAGOS" to control unauthorized users to access information that is reserved and confidential. The unauthorized access to information would cause instability in the Institution, so this proposal based on the implementation of a Domain with the LDAP protocol and its application in the establishment of a domain with free software under Linux and its application in the armored cavalry brigade No.11 "GALAPAGOS" will allow the creation of a reliable authentication domain for both Windows and Linux in addition to providing computer security especially for the Look over the Shoulder attack. The results of the research whose main purpose is to implement LDAP authentication in the users of the 11 B.C.B. "GALÁPAGOS" network are presented for consideration.

The design of tax policies is dominated by the visions and political choices of each state, i.e. of political decision-makers.The aim of this study is to analyze the choices made by governments, which may decide to promote or discourage certain practices through tax exemptions. What are the strategies and measures to encourage the promotion of the agricultural, mining and industrial sectors? The initial hypothesis is that the Malian government has adopted texts derogating from the General Tax Code, through the Investment Code, the Mining Code and the Agricultural Orientation Law, to attract national and international investors, ensure agricultural self-sufficiency and promote exploration and mining in Mali.In other words, it does not protect the interests of future generations, but rather favors the private pursuit of profit. And this state of affairs runs counter to the international principles governing green taxation.

Steve Jobs. The novelty, in short, lies more in the fact that digital ICTs make it possible to create environments that integrate known semiotic systems, and expand to unsuspected limits the human capacity to represent, process, transmit and share large amounts of information with fewer and fewer limitations of space and time, almost instantaneously and at an ever-decreasing economic cost. Since man first became aware of his negative impact on the environment, a number of studies and expert conferences have been held in search of solutions. One of the most famous is the 1987 Brundtland Report, which for the first time evoked the notion of sustainable development. Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainable development takes into account three (3) considerations: economic, social and environmental. When applied to companies, it is referred to as CSR.Incentives and recommendations have emerged, They require states to take sustainable development considerations into account in their policies, particularly in public procurement, to understand this we need to refer to the 2014 "market" directives. This makes public procurement sustainable, green and even responsible.Today, other voices are calling for public procurement to be more virtuous, by taking into account companies' CSR policies.

Mediation is a dispute resolution method that has been used in Africa since the dawn of time under the "palaver tree". Today, it goes beyond the community sphere and tends towards multidisciplinarity. More than just timely, it is necessary to highlight its assets so that its relevance can be understood once again, and so that its use as an alternative dispute resolution method can be multiplied, to the benefit of litigants, legal professionals and the judiciary alike.
