Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) is a grass native to the central region of the African continent and is the fifth most important cereal in the world in terms of production. It is considered a staple food for millions of people around the world, supplying around 70 per cent of their daily calorie intake, and is used in the preparation of porridges and alcoholic beverages, thus presenting excellent potential for processing and the development of new products. In view of the general deficiency of foods with a high protein quality, any procedure that can improve the nutritional value of readily available food supplies (for example, any type of cereal grain) can be of interest. Germination is possibly one of the oldest, simplest and most economical processes used to improve the nutritional value of grains, cereals and pulses.

Mandatory environmental insurance is a management tool that fulfils a preventive and restorative function of environmental damage, provided for in Argentine law as a means to ensure the recomposition of the environment. However, the inclusion of this figure in Law 25.675, and its subsequent regulation, has been framed in a space of discussion about its scope and viability that has led the National Supreme Court to rule on the issue. During 2017-18 we carried out this research at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrano to analyse it through the study of different aspects: its legal regulation, its reception by the actors involved and its jurisprudential application. This paper is the result of this research.

This text presents the evaluation of balance through validated tests carried out on 4th graders. These tests show that there is still a lot of research to be done in the Physical Education class. The results obtained were useful to know the effectiveness of the exercises in the organism of these children and some possible detection of illnesses produced by the lack of balance.

Even though there are many research works on the subject, the theory of sensitive dysafferentation has an unsubstantiated clinical and instrumental basis, which most often relies on statistical data. It is worth noting the change in the course of recovery over the last two decades: methods have been invented that allow us to assess quality of life indicators, thanks to which we are able to tailor individualized treatment for each patient with greater speed and accuracy. Since there is a high incidence of CKD, the main forces are aimed at forming courses of early diagnosis, as well as prevention of this pathology.

In this context, the lack of educational marketing strategies in Venezuelan universities that offer distance studies to the community is presented as a focal problem. This paper describes the difficulties of implementing the Approche Par Compétences (APC) in Burkina Faso from the 2022/2023 school year, the first year of its partial introduction in post-primary and secondary education. It focuses on: i) the foundations of assessment practices in APC, ii) the fundamental concepts of APC, iii) the differences between summative assessment according to the PPO and summative assessment by integration situation, iv) the process of acquisition and assessment of resources and student performance according to APC, v) the components and characteristics of an integration situation and vi) a critical analysis based on an observation grid of the integration situations of fifteen (15) teachers to highlight shortcomings, the causes of difficulties and propose solutions for improving the quality of this assessment tool.

Lycopods and ferns are vascular plants, which grow in different plant communities; however, few species have been reported in the tropical deciduous forest. These plants are ecologically important, e.g., they influence nutrient accumulation, decomposition processes and increase nitrogen fixation in litter, and are bioindicators of conservation and disturbance. The main aim of health planning is to facilitate progress in public health. The planner's task is to judiciously allocate all the resources that can be used for this purpose. This study made it possible to visualize all the established textual provisions protecting the environment. Our guiding principle has been to present the formal internal framework for environmental protection in the mining sector, headed by the constitution, which enshrines the right to a healthy environment and the consideration of natural resources as a common heritage of the nation deserving special protection and attention. Moreover, this same constitution leaves room for the law and regulatory authorities to pursue the consolidation of the right to a healthy environment. So it was also an opportunity to decipher the legislative texts involved in protecting the mining environment. The design of tax policies is dominated by the visions and political choices of each state, i.e. of political decision-makers.The aim of this study is to analyze the choices made by governments, which may decide to promote or discourage certain practices through tax exemptions. What are the strategies and measures to encourage the promotion of the agricultural, mining and industrial sectors?The initial hypothesis is that the Malian government has adopted texts derogating from the General Tax Code, through the Investment Code, the Mining Code and the Agricultural Orientation Law, to attract national and international investors, ensure agricultural self-sufficiency and promote exploration and mining in Mali.In other words, it does not protect the interests of future generations, but rather favors the private pursuit of profit. And this state of affairs runs counter to the international principles governing green taxation.

The objective of the research was to obtain an alcoholic beverage from the fermentation of cow's milk with physicochemical and sensory characteristics suitable for consumption, the milk was acquired at the UNTRM-A dairy, a physicochemical analysis was performed such as pH, ºBrix, density and acidity, it was fermented with yeast at concentrations of 0.01%; 0.02% and 0. 03% and addition of commercial sugar at concentrations of 10%; 20% and 30%, at a temperature of 25°C, obtaining a non-distilled and distilled beverage; the physicochemical and sensory analysis was carried out, evaluated by means of a bifactorial statistical design (3A x 3B), with three replications and analysis of variance at 95% confidence; under a completely randomized design (DCA) to evaluate pH, °Brix, density of the alcoholic beverage fermented from milk fermentation; likewise, the sensory attributes of color, flavor, appearance and aroma were evaluated using a DBCA with 20 panelists.
