This document contains an investigative reflection on software and explains through an explanation of concepts (intellectual property, industrial property, copyright, new creations, etc.), how software, through its protection, is a fundamental pillar of the development of information technologies in history. It should be clarified that this document only intends to study the scope of protection related to intellectual property and, specifically, to copyrights and new creations. It should be noted that this text provides highly relevant concepts regarding software protection, since it not only exposes the law as the main source of formal protection, but also explains how, in practice, different tools contribute to its material protection.

This book deals with the construction of a Mini Meteorological Station (MEM), in which the sensors were programmed in Arduino and the data processing in Python. The MEM was used to measure temperature, relative humidity, illuminance and ultraviolet radiation in the municipality of Alegre and in the Sooretama Biological Reserve. The employability and reproducibility of the MEM Weather Station is aimed at educational and research applications, through effective instrumentation that is easy to reproduce and employ. It is also feasible to use it in studies in other areas of the natural sciences, given the accuracy of the results obtained in this work, as well as its ease of handling, portability and effectiveness. In addition to myself, former students Paulo Henrique Lorenzoni Filho and Rodrigo Leal Falcão were responsible for this work.

The aim of this work is to analyse the importance of a fleet maintenance management system to improve the productivity and availability of a haulage company, proposing solutions so that the system works correctly. The need for a management model was suggested because the company's owners saw the need to keep up to date with other companies in the sector. They realised that they were losing contracts due to vehicle failures as a result of inadequate fleet maintenance. The methodology used in this work is of the descriptive type with a case study and bibliographical and documentary research. During the case study, consultations were made with the vehicle manuals as well as the service orders that the company uses. It was verified during this study that the company is totally committed to the customer and aims to improve maintenance for its evolution and survival.

Compared to other types of electric machines, unipolar generators have a number of advantages. Simplicity of design, high overload capacity, high efficiency, absence of ripples in the current and voltage curve, possibility of direct connection to the turbine, etc. The use of superconducting winding in unipolar generators makes it possible to significantly increase the magnetic field and the generator's E.D.S.. As research has shown, it is necessary to use electric arc moving contact in unipolar ones. This kind of contact can operate up to 350 m/s, and when certain conditions are created, the voltage drop in the arc contact can be reduced to 1-3 V at current densities up to 100 - 200 A/cm2. Achievement of such rotor speeds and losses in the contact make it possible to consider the unipolar generator as a highly efficient source of electric energy directly connected to the turbine, which is also one of the positive factors in the creation of power units of large capacities.

Psychological disorders in children are a major public health problem, and the situation of their parents presents a number of difficulties that need to be taken into account when caring for the child in question.From the moment of diagnosis or the appearance of the first signs of their child's mental illness, parents find themselves confronted with a series of psychosocial difficulties (discrimination, stigmatization, social isolation, loss of close contact, distress and powerlessness), as well as difficulties inherent in support, follow-up and the purchase of medication. They often find themselves misunderstanding, confused or even not accepting their child's situation.This situation can also have a detrimental impact on the quality of attachment relationships between couples and between parents and children, impinging on care and failure to keep appointments.

This document is intended primarily for medical students, to introduce them to breast imaging. In this iconographic work, we begin with a reminder of the fundamental anatomy of the mammary gland and the axillary region, before developing the normal aspects of breast imaging. Knowledge of normal breast anatomy and radio-anatomical correlations is fundamental for all radiologists specializing in senology, in order to be able to recognize the normal mammographic, ultrasound breast image and differentiate it from pathological images.Messages to remember : Clinical examination, mammography, breast ultrasound and MRI are the main investigative tools used in breast exploration.

Many marriages suffer, many people suffer divorce, but the key is sometimes right in front of our eyes and we don't see it or don't want to see it. Otherwise, you'll be unknowingly reproducing someone else's life. The types of couples you see around you also influence your conception of marriage and the home you've lived in. One of the current problems of the international system that has been forged since antiquity is cyberterrorism, understood as the method by which fear is instilled both in the civilian population and in state institutions and public forces. In recent years, the modus operandi of armed groups such as the Islamic State has been transformed thanks to the new tools that globalization has generated in the environment, such as technology and the media, turning them into facilitating channels for the spread of terror, threatening the tranquility of the world and revealing new scenarios that perhaps the international society is not prepared to combat. The substantial fact of this project is to identify in a concise manner how the United States has responded to terrorist actions, specifically those of the Islamic State group disseminated through different media and social networks, which generate cyberwar scenarios on a global scale where the measures implemented by this government directly affect the security of the State and the relevance and evolution of the terrorist group at a global level.

The monograph is devoted to one of the urgent problems of emergency surgery. The problem of choosing the volume and method of surgical treatment of acute sigmoid colon obstruction is constantly in the field of view of surgical specialists. The monograph critically analyzes the methods of surgical treatment of this pathology and the methods of forming colonic anastomoses, and also indicates the unresolved issues that require further research.The work is based on experimental and clinical studies. In the experimental part we improved the methods of colonic anastomoses with histological study of the healing process and the reaction of the colon tissue to the suture material. In the clinical part we analyzed the application of improved methods of colonic anastomosis formation in surgical treatment of patients with acute sigmoid colon obstruction. The monograph is intended for students, clinical residents, masters and doctors.

Psychomotor development is the progressive acquisition of skills and abilities throughout life, so it is essential to stimulate it with techniques or methods, so that children acquire significant learning; Therefore, this article is aimed at determining the incidence of Brain Gymnastics in the Psychomotor Development of children from 4 to 5 years old of the Basic Education School Filomena Rojas Ocampo, in the city of Loja, for such effect this research is quantitative with a descriptive scope and a quasi-experimental design; the methods used for its development were: inductive, deductive, analytical-synthetic. For the initial and final diagnosis of the psychomotor profile, the Psychomotor Evaluation Scale of Victoria de la Cruz and Carmen Mazaira (EPP) was applied to 16 children. The results showed that 53% of the children presented a low level and only 10% a good level. Therefore, a guide of activities was elaborated and executed, where a significant improvement was evidenced, since 70% of the children were at a good level, while 7% were at a low level.

Through the material requirements planning (MRP) model, the main objective is to offer a more practical, precise and disciplined approach to determine the material requirements of companies, an example is given of how to develop a demand-dependent model, thanks to the help of a computer tool. Creating a database that better supports planning in service companies. Consequently an investigation is made on the different problems that arise, and by means of the MRP models taken as an example those suitable solutions were analyzed that allowed to help to a better control of the different elements implied of a bad planning, reaching to fulfill in the organizations or manufacturing companies to satisfy the needs strategically proposedin the medium term, both those requirements to the customer and the same interest of the organizations.

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of debt collection difficulties on social relations between Microfinance Institutions and their customers in the Agoènyivé prefecture. Our argument sheds light on the impact of faulty relations between insolvent customers and Microfinance Institutions in debt repayment. To this end, we used a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection on a sample of 54 individuals. The study was guided by the theory of methodological individualism. The results indicate that suspicion, distrust and mistrust are the watchwords that now pit microfinance institutions against their customers, instead of relationships based on trust, mutual service and brotherhood.

Plate osteosynthesis of humeral shaft fracturesrepresent the gold standard for anatomical reduction and solid fixation, enabling early rehabilitation; but open treatment exposes the patient to the risk of infection and, above all, iterative radial paralysis. These complications are not seen with the other two techniques, namely minimally invasive endo-medullary treatment by percutaneous pinning or anterograde nailing.This is still a highly topical issue, since therapeutic indications are not yet well codified, and a number of complications secondary to fracture or treatment have yet to be mastered. These are usually minimized by rigorous application of the operative technique.

COMPLEX THINKING AND TRANSCOMPLEXITY: AN EMERGING VISION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW EPISTEMOLOGICAL APPROACH IN EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH. The slaughterhouse is a place where a series of controlled operations are carried out, using instruments and machines, so that its activities pose various risks to human beings, the environment, the facilities and, consequently, the enterprise. As a solution, control or minimisation of risks, the risk management technique emerges as an option at all stages of the process in order to provide a successful end result. Therefore, in this work, environmental risk management was carried out at the municipal slaughterhouse in Pau dos Ferros - RN, using the Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) methodology. Presented in an original and didactic way, this work refers to the monograph developed by the authors at the Federal Rural University of the Semi-Arid (UFERSA, Campus Pau dos Ferros/RN).

This study describes the factors that intervene or trigger inappropriate behaviour and delinquent behaviour in adolescents, in which the surrounding environment has a major impact. For this reason, a systematic literature review was carried out with the main objective of determining the factors that trigger antisocial, delinquent and non-delinquent behaviour in adolescents.

This book by Mirna Teixeira with guidance from José Mendes Ribeiro, developed in 2018, understands that the issue of harmful crack use is complex and that there are several disputed approaches to the debate in an attempt to resolve it. It argues that public policies on drugs (PPD), with a focus on crack, should be formulated and implemented in an intersectoral way and based on harm reduction (DR). It presents a discussion of academic production on crack and other drugs from a national and international perspective; it analyses PPDs and models of care for crack users in situations of social vulnerability and analyses the experience of the "Open Arms" Programme (DBA), São Paulo, Brazil (2014-2016), identifying its potential, weaknesses and challenges. It concludes that people using crack cocaine harmfully, in the scenes of use known as "cracolândias", should be prioritised by different intersectoral public policies, through a robust network of services, from the perspective of HR, promoting the deconstruction of the stigma of drug users who need care and not imprisonment.

Accompanying high school students in their process of building their life project is an exciting and unavoidable challenge that reality poses to teachers and, with emphasis, to vocational counselors. Hence the importance and necessity of this book, product of a doctoral thesis, which contributes significantly with a strategy of vocational guidance, based on a model that integrates the vocational training process, the processes of personal management of the meaning of life and contextual guidance for students to consciously elaborate their personal life projects.

This book attempts a diagonal reading of sartorial attitudes among Central African populations, in order to correlate them with acculturated or inculturated postures, and thus deduce the need for a certain degree of endoculturation. Starting from a specific context of observation marked by the observation of dress codes increasingly oriented towards those of foreign countries, in particular Western and/or Middle Eastern, our research poses the key question of whether the models of dress permanently on display in Central Africa, and specifically in the Grandes Ecoles and other institutional environments, effectively magnify original African cultures.Taking Cameroon specifically as our field of study, the methodology applied to carry out this research consisted, on a "collaborative" basis, of drawing on several samples of students from diplomacy, administration and also teacher training colleges, as well as civil servants and other public agents from various other administrations.

DR. The major problem that this study aims to solve is the fact that the knowledge produced at the University of Kinshasa through its various Faculties, and more particularly at the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences, is generally languishing in various drawers and library shelves. Hence the aim of this work, which is to find a suitable instrument capable of facilitating, increasing and improving the visibility of scientific production within the University of Kinshasa.ORBi (Open Repository and Bibliography) is the instrument chosen by this study to achieve this objective.

Phyto-therapy clinical trial protocols for COVID-19 in Africa.Several African researchers have proposed treatment regimens to prevent or cure SARS Cov-2 infection, but few have progressed to the various phases of clinical trials. Clinical trials in Africa during the Covid-19 pandemic conflicted with treatment protocols proposed by Western researchers and Covid-19 vaccines.The emergence of local treatment protocols was a crucial response to the rise of the Covid-19 pandemic in Africa. African researchers quickly mobilized to develop treatment protocols specific to African realities. In a context where medical resources were limited, they had to be ingenious in devising appropriate solutions. They drew on the wealth of traditional medicinal plants to provide African solutions to the pandemic.

The study describes the reality experienced and the changes and concerns taking place in the educational sphere. It reveals the ambiguity of the system in the face of inclusion and also of special classes, leading the author to reflect on what is experienced and what it means to conceive of education from the point of view of inclusion. She also analyses the importance of Vygotsky in the inclusive process, attributing value to the socio-historical dimension of psychological functioning and to interaction in the construction of the human being, since for him the learning process is equally centred on his conception of man and the importance of teacher training in the process of inclusion. We realise that exclusion is present in the school, which supposedly includes. Actions and positions need to be reviewed by the school, so that all those who make it up are encouraged by the desire to really build an inclusive school.

A descriptive study was carried out on the morphology of the blood morphology (erythrocytes, thrombocytes and leukocytes) of 14 black-chested eagles (Geranoaetus melanoleucus australis) belonging to the Centro de Rehabilitación de Aves Rapaces de Talagante, located in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago, Chile. Describing size, shape, affinity for staining, cell color and nucleus of each cell type, in addition to an analysis of variability according to sex and age, generating as a final objective a guide containing a photographic section of each analyzed smear.

Mangroves are ecosystems that are distributed along the coastline in tropical and subtropical zones, especially in coastal areas located where the mouth of a river meets the sea. In addition, these ecosystems show morphological, physiological and reproductive adaptations to both saline conditions and fluctuating flood levels where their growth develops. These highly productive systems provide benefits for the communities that live nearby, among which we have, good quality fisheries, coastal protection against erosion, act as a barrier against climate change and natural disasters such as tsunamis or cyclones.

The basis of any commercial enterprise is the purchase and sale of goods or services; hence the importance of inventory management. This accounting management will allow the company to maintain control in a timely manner, as well as to know at the end of the accounting period a reliable statement of the economic situation of the company. Inventory constitutes the current asset items that are ready for sale, i.e. all the merchandise that a company has in its warehouse valued at acquisition cost, for sale or productive activities. By means of the following research work, some basic concepts of everything related to inventories in a company, methods, system and control will be presented.

Spain is the third most visited country by tourists from all over the world; this research seeks to know the behavior of the occupancy in extra-hotel tourist accommodations, taking into account that many tourists choose these small establishments for price reasons. This research will seek to know the extra-hotel tourist performance by years by means of ANOVA analysis, of two tourist variables, Overnight Stays and Average Stay; the Pearson correlation coefficient will be sought to determine the relationship between them if it is strong or weak; all the above by means of the data supplied by the Spanish Institute of Statistics-INE of the last 23 years.

This document arises from the need to describe guilt from another, freer and more bearable scenario, as a reality that emerges and accompanies human beings in the learning process of their constant transformation. It describes different disciplines that have investigated the vicissitudes of guilt and with them the realities of two cultures: Oromo Tribe (East Africa) and Mexican, being referents and resources to accompany each other in the same guilt; sometimes being a tie or propitiator of personal growth; through stories narrated in the different stages of life, as possible generators and transformers of personality, behaviours and ways of living in front of a world that was given. Therefore, "The defiant face of guilt" is an incentive to encourage one's own conceptualisation of guilt, inviting to live it shared, that is to say, as a way of living thrown into the world and in the drama of existence itself.
