Not Natural is the term with which I was labeled as a child by my relatives. It has always caused me severe pain and suffering throughout my life. With no memory of the first 10 years of my life, and only vague exceptions to this with some painful and hurtful events and absolutely no knowledge of what occurred in that period to cause my mind to close, my journey through this life has been fraught with obstacles that, at times, have seemed way too big to surmount. My story is one of adoption, abuse, trauma, stigmatization, compartmentalization, destructive stepchildren, mental illness, divorce, estrangement, and loneliness. The only time in my life that I was ever truly happy and confident was when I was nursing. My passion in life is to love others, care for them and help them to feel better within themselves. The care I afforded was truly appreciated in nursing as in no other area of my life. I lost my beloved nursing and my wish to study medicine by the actions of my narcissistic husband.I suffered from such severely handicapped self-awareness and worth that I truly believed that I was not capable of achieving anything worthwhile in life. This concept was brainwashed into me since my earliest memories by my adoptive mother. This sad, bewildering and unfathomable story is how I progressed through a life in which I could not grasp why I was not loved. As I have tried desperately, with the assistance of psychiatrists and psychologists to heal from this traumatic journey for a decade, the only solace I have found is in Meditation, Spirituality and Mindfulness. My journey to well-being is ongoing as I am unable to accept the loss of four of my children and many grandchildren with them.

My story is about Amanda Louise, our youngest daughter, and the emotional and painful battles we had with a hospital's senior clinician. The challenges and arguments I had with him on the children's ward were many, which made it worse and regretted later that parents' nurses and patients alike suffered our continued confrontations almost daily.

We will look at a very simple everyday normality (habit in other words), but we haven't realized the use of the mirror. How can a mirror be used? What do we see? How do we see it? How can a personality be influenced just by a simple use of the mirror? What results can we receive in just a simple observation? What conclusions can we get, and what can we receive from these observations?

This is my first book. I was compelled to write it as a way of healing myself. I have had a lot of traumas in my life as well as a lot of happiness, and I have used these experiences to help me gain a better perspective and view of the world around me. I believe I am a happy person, and I try not to let things phase me. Even in my darkest hours, I have found an inner strength to carry on. The one thing I love is sitting in my lovely garden on my garden swing, closing my eyes and listening to the birds sing and feeling the warm sun on my face, finding my inner peace and tranquility. This is also a place that I can connect with my angels.

Better Late than Never to Go to Hell is a 33 poems project very personal, in each one you can read different subjects about my life experiences. It's very musical due most of the poems have music adapted to them. I wish the readers enjoy the poems as much as I did writing them.

In my life I have had a variety of careers filled with many experiences. From being a Nursing Assistant working in Nursing Homes to being a Health Therapist, A Reiki Master and a Counselor. I also worked in factories. I met a variety of people from many different countries. I listened to their stories and experiences. I was always in Awe of the stories from the many patients in the nursing homes I worked in, the life they had prior to being "put" in the nursing home.My passion has always been in writing which I had to put aside to raise a family as well as going to work. When I retired, I started writing again, mostly on bits of paper. I hoped my work would be published one day and people would enjoy the simplicity of my writings. Both my Poems and Short Stories are suitable for children and adults.I am indeed fortunate, I have a wonderful husband, I am a Grandmother, and in June 2022 my beautiful granddaughter Ame and her husband Adam made me a great grandmother.

My Little Blue Book: This is my very first book. I wrote it between 2006 & 2014. I started writing it in 2010 though, but I found some poems I'd written between 2006 & 2010 which I included in Blue Book. It's full of poems, rants and jokes. Most of it's about my life & some of it's about what I'd heard on the news & things like that. My late friend Kev described it as the darkest book I'd written. My Little Red Book: This is my 2nd & 3rd book. I wrote it in 2 parts which I put together to form Little Red. I wrote both these books between 2014 & 2015. It's also a book of poems & rants about my life & things I'd heard on the news.I wrote Little Blue & Little Red with the Help of People from beyond the dead. I discovered I had 'abilities' in 2010. Everything I've written since has involved spirits Co-writing with me from the OtherSide (which is very Awesome & mind blowing).
