House on Warbler Estates

Spirits are supposed to live among us in harmony, but the spirits in this house are possessive and want to take over the house. The new family moving in is not so easily scared and they use the spiritual powers of the monotheistic religions to fight the evil beings. Will this family be able to defeat them and claim the house or will it remain haunted forever?
