Human Performance Management and Evaluation

Juvenal Laurinda da Silva Chadreque is a business consultant, professor, researcher, writer and lecturer on strategy (formulation and execution), Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Governance. He is the author of the book Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho: Economia Centrada no Homem, Factor de Produtividade e Desenvolvimento. He has developed Quality of Life at Work Programs for large national and international companies. Juvenal is an officer of the Air Force Branch of the Armed Defense Forces of Mozambique.
