Implementation of Eleventa software in an SME in the commercial sector

The present work of degree seeks to achieve the correct fulfillment of the system and inventory management in a commercial SME, because prior to this research the organization under analysis did not have its own inventory management that would allow it to clearly identify the demand, control and existing units. For the implementation, a software called Eleventa was implemented, and Joluza shoe store was selected as a local company, due to the growing need to maintain clarity on their inventories.
