International Management of Hazardous Wastes

This book analyses the relationship of the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal with other legal rules, and proposes means to form a global regulatory regime for hazardous waste management on the basis of the Convention.
