This book has been designed by educators and is aimed at teachers, recognising that they work at different levels of the education system and considering that they have different and alternative ways of thinking about the same phenomenon, its purpose was to promote reflection based on intrasubjectivity in order to improve management (educational, school and classroom) based on their training and the regulations that have been provided to achieve the participation of the agents involved in education. In this text, the concern for "Teacher intrasubjectivity for an improvement in management" led to the need for an update to identify specific problems, and to solve them an updating strategy was applied based on two axes of reflection that include the awareness of teachers to critically analyse their participation in education and the needs that they experience to achieve teacher intrasubjectivity. In the development of this project, the need for teachers to update their knowledge of management became evident, and above all it was demonstrated that a programme is required.
